Sorry this one is like a week late. I got a PS3 and Metal Gear Solid 4 for Giftmas, which in turn consumed my life until I beat it. Which I beat for the new year. (Posting from the future! I know…)

So here’s the holiday comic. Was doing this one late into the evening before leaving for my parents when I should of been packing. :/ I was gonna do this one last year, but never had the time and it was just too late to get around to it when I did. Anyway, Happy/Merry Gift/Christ/Kwanza/X/mas.

Also, I hope everyone notices the new site design. I find it an overall better fit for everything and just plain better looking. There’s a few more addidtions I’ll be making that hopefully make for a better overall reading experience.

Yep, another true story. Been having problems sleeping. I’ve pretty much been an insomniac since I was little. Just can’t fall asleep when I want, but when I do, I sleep like a rock. I’m sure I’m just made to sleep whenever, but having a job pretty much negates that. :(

Sorry about the lack of updates last week. I was focusing all my time into fixing a stupid problem with the server, but basically I gave up and restored everything to the way it was.

Yep, all the things in the sadnwich are poisonous to some degree, so you probably shouldn’t eat it as it will probably kill you, yet these ingredients are part of the very same thing we eat with no harm to ourselves. Weird huh? I do highly recommend Rhubarb jam or pie, or just straight from the stalk with a little sugar sprinkled on. Stuff is fusking awesome.

While this never actually happened, I do keep a lot of stuff by my bed (including a bottle of 90,000 BTU Cayenne Pepper). I figure one of these days I’ll be a little too sleepy and grab something beside a water bottle. :( No, this thought won’t keep me from changing my ways!

Anyway, added a rating system at the bottom of blog near the comments section. Rating the comics shows which comics you, the audience, likes best and gives me a better idea of what you like. In the end it just means better comics for you, so have your say and rate away.

True story again. Some guys that I was playing Borderlands with decided to make my car explode then run off on me while I was trailing behind. d: Well, it was pretty funny at the time.

So Borderlands is a pretty fun game, but it’s not really anyone’s cup of tea. If you liked Hellgate: London you’re pretty much going to like Borderlands, though I think I liked Hellgate better. I might reinstall that this week. :D

Also the comic was late due to me playing said game. Yep.

As for scheduling goes, I don’t have the time anymore to do 4 comics a week (unless I have holidays or something.) so I’ve been trying to do whatever I can on weekends as weekdays pretty much leave me with little to no time to actually do the comics. So the skinny is, I’ll be updating Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, but with only what I have done. Example. I do 2 strips on the weekend and I decide to put them on Monday and Friday, but the next weekend I get three done and decide to put them up Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. There will be an update every week, but you’ll just have to come Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays to see if I updated on those days or not. It’s not like you didn’t have the incentive to come back as is. :o

Yeah, there WAS a free weekend pass for Champions online. But now, now it’s gone. And all I know it by is the trail of dead bandwidth it wasted. Oh woe is me!

Anyways, the game file you had to download on steam was about 2.6GB and this patch was over 2.8GB! A friggin’ PATCH! Not the game, but a single, solitary patch. And every time it lost it’s connection (Which was a lot BTW) it restarted from 0. Yep, you heard right, 0. I gave up after my second night of leaving it on over-night.

You see, this is where they get you. In order to play the game you need to BUY the patch-free version or you’re just stuck 95% of the time downloading ‘patches’ that you ‘need’. Pretty sneaky Cryptic Studios.

Also, trying out new forums, the old one is still there if people like the old one better. Let me know what you think.

Okay, I’m back, kind of. I realized I still enjoy drawing the comic, but I think I’m gonna do more of a when I want, what I want and deal with it comic. It’s not like I make a living from this anyway, so might as well enjoy it for myself. I’m a really selfish person. Drawing stuff I want to draw! :O Either way, read the comics and you might like them, if not, oh well, the world will be here tomorrow. d:

Broke my break to do a tribute comic because I heard Les Paul died. :(

One thing I’d always tell people who say “I’m too old to play guitar.” is that Les Paul, even into his nineties was STILL playing guitar! That’s like double or even triple of the age that these people who would make up that excuse. Though I know it ’s really just other reason (usually afraid of getting embarrassed) that they don’t want to llearn or play anymore.

**EDIT** The reason for the lack of updates lately is I’m deciding on a new direction of how to go with the comic, how to manage it with the other projects I’m working on, work on site design, and just a lot of stuff. So apparently there’s some sort of Eurobungee trampoline thingy by where I live. (Not sure how it works or what it mostly looks like because I have never saw it.) I’m pretty sure this is anyone’s worst nightmare when they don’t want to go on one of these things. I’d still like to go on one. :D

So I have to go to my parents this weekend. O_O It’s a 10-12 hour drive each way, so that’s pretty much my whole weekend right there. So basically I’m gonna try to do a mad scramble to get Friday, Sunday AND Monday’s strip done by Thursday night. It’s doable I think. Unless something comes up like Hamster attacks. :(

Yep, parents are visiting for a few days and will be here on Monday (Which is today… AW CRAP! D:)

I guess I’ll actually go do stuff around the local area now. Been meaning to find time to do it, but usually it’s too late in the day to go when I finally get a chance too. Apparently they have this thing you can run in like a sphere that is put on a river. Interesting… and a bungy trampoline too! D:

Went to go get a new driver’s license today, but found out I needed more than just any mail with my current address on it. Evrything up to criminal background check is actually what they all asked for. The lady literally needed to pull out a list to make sure she got everything. And people wonder why Manitoba is so underpopulated…

Was at Ai-kon. Just wasn’t as fun as Animethon was in my home province. :/ It just seemed like the people were much less friendly there, the vendor room was much MUCH smaller and all the stuff there was, Naruto, Bleach, FF7:AC, or Death Note. I haven’t actually seen Death Note so I decided to give it a try, but man, people need to expand on their animes, just because it’s the most popular doesn’t make them the best, or the only ones you can watch without feeling left out. MAN! >:0

Also the vendors had this strange habit of having none of the first volume in the series in a manga, so if you wanted to try a new manga, you’d have to start from volume 2 or 3. :( Maybe they sold them all in the first few hours, who knows…
