I love this little game. It keeps kids occupied a good hour and improve their spelling in a game-like manner. She call it "the friendly bird", it talks, likes to be petted and kiss with  people :) We just managed to talk Melanie out of putting this bird on her Birthday wish list for now...may be just only to save ourselves $1,000. We had to drive over four hours to our destination and then back.  The problem was that I was not prepared for this experience.When we got to this road, I smelled trouble.. Our Marriott resort is wonderful (no picture yet) and very kid friendly, next time I know where to bring our babies.We spend lots of time driving around looking at local Real Estate and went to a Flaglers Museum. Unfortunately, Dragon Fighter had to stay behind due to intense work schedule while girls and I played away, enjoying beautiful coastline views of the Pacific Ocean. So being Stay-at-home-mom and not being tied to work schedule has its perks, I must say! This year was no exception. But this time, unlike other rainy days, we had a perfect summer day that was little bit unusual for this time of year in our area.After visiting with several friends, I spend lots of time with the kids. We were excited to take advantage of their fish-filled pond in their backyard. On the first day we wanted to fish, we surveyed the pond to have rough idea for the right place to fish. I jumped on this opportunity as well.They had this costume that doctors, who preforms knee and other bone surgeries, wear during the surgery. Kids could not wait to try it on as well. We try to do one day-long getaways every month, sometimes it take us two months to take one.
