Miss H. recently visited to try on holiday dresses and treat us to a little impromptu concert on our miniature pianos. The music brought smiles all around as did the lovely Miss H. in her stunning red gathered rosettes dress of choice. She definitely has star power!

How cute is this book? No, we don't carry them, but found this fun website that allows you to read and review children's books online. Hopefully it will be a long time before reading on the computer replaces the joy of holding a book in hand to read (and you can always purchase a hardcopy) but this is nice way to share a few minutes of computer time with your little one.

Sure, most of the time we want to see our boys in casual clothes, knowing they need clothing that will hold up to play activities - running, jumping, tumbling...you get the drift. The holidays are such a social time of the year, where every week seems to bring another occasion to gather together with our family and friends. What is it about a child in a hat that is so heart meltingly sweet? Beyond fashionably keeping little heads warm or protected from the sun, a hat seems to frame the face and really bring our focus to those innocent eyes. Whether vintage inspired or mod trendy, hats are simply cute!
