At a tempo 128bpm with progressive arrangement, the song look a bit faster but modern enough despite the fact that it still has the classic verse-refrain structure.

This is the early 2012 surprise! A totally-new remake of the first-ever hit from Modern Talking: "You're My Heart, You're My Soul". But this time, it's neither a mellow mid-tempo Euro-disco song nor a "scrambled" kick-and-bass-over-mixed version like the 1998 version; it's a totally new up-tempo and contemporary Electro House version which has been fully rebuilt from scratch.

For the first time in the life of live-mt.com, we are also presenting the low-quality full version of the song mixed with a capellas (as a video) in addition to the instrumental version, however, we can not publish the full version or allow you to download it for free. You may still have the instrumental version for free anyway but we can't publish the high-quality full version.

As you can see in terms and conditions and disclaimers, the full version can not be commercially published nor sold and is being presented at a non-commercial and low quality to fulfill the requirements of "fair use" and keep the potential market of the original song unaffected. This is a slightly-fast version of "With A Little Love", one of the songs of Modern Talking's 2nd album, "Let's Talk About Love".

At 130BPM, the rhythm has been completely modified and nice progressive movements have been applied on the music over the verses of the lyrics to avoid that "flat" arrangement, which is a typical characteristic of almost all Modern Talking songs, however, it was definitely a pity to remove the nice piano melodies and that's why you still hear them twice during the song. The lyrics have been played at a low volume under the chorus unlike the high-pitch chorus in which the piano sound only supports and fills the rich high-pitch chorus melodies.

Lonely Tears In Chinatown 2008

At a tempo of 137BPM, this is a modern version of "Lonely Tears in Chinatown", a classic Modern Talking song from "In The Middle of Nowhere" album, back in 1986, but it can be no more categorized as a classic Modern Talking song with those mute guitars and bass patterns.

This version is fully progressive and high-energy with heavy bass line and powerful trance synths. The progression pattern is the same as a typical commercial dance/trance song that you may see on Viva on these days quite frequently.

The first part of the verses and those high-pitch "da da da danger"s have been played by a synthesizer on the rhythm, however, they may be required to be removed if one wants to create a fully performed version of the song.

Heaven Will Know 2008

This must be one of the most favorite classic songs of Modern Talking, which is a bit hard-to-touch. In fact, there's nothing you can do with it to make it be the same song and at the same time more modern and contemporary. The more one tries the more they'll see that "this is it, it's the best form this song could ever have", however, there's always space to make some changes but one thing is clear: "You are not able to remove the piano riffs and call it a re-make of Heaven Will Know". And that's why you still hear those nice piano melodies!

At a tempo of 130 BPM the song is much faster now with a modern bass line. The arrangement may also resemble with "Time Is On My Side" or "I'm Not Guilty" in which the 2nd verse starts on an almost empty rhythm.

Hope you all enjoy this instrumental version.

Sweet Little Sheila 2008

This is a modern version of "Sweet Little Sheila", an old song from the album "In the middle of nowhere", which has not been in the center of attentions like other old songs of "Modern Talking".
Almost 22 years have passed since it was first presented but the modern version still can take you back to the time when you heard the song for the first time!
Almost all those mute guitar and electric guitar riffs have now been replaced with modern trance lead sounds on an updated bass line at 132BPM. It is ready to be mixed with vocals by those who are ready to give it a try and make a fresh version of an old song!

This song is a gift for Christmas and the new year, performed by "Georgiana Lupescu", whom you know well from "It's like a dream" and "Life is a game", but this time the song is much more mature.

The bass line can sometimes remind you of Sandra Cretu's songs, although the piano, the kick drum and the pad sound can make the song be categorized in DREAM genre, not necessarily Modern Talking's nor Dieter Bohlen's musical formulation.

It should be highlighted that the pitch-range of the singer's line is too wide in this song, making it quite hard to perform but Georgiana has done it in a great way.

This is a fresh and modern instrumental version of "Romantic Warriors", one of the best songs of 80's Modern Talking!

Unlike the other new versions of Modern Talking songs presented by live-mt.com, the lyrics of this song have been played on the music to make it more listenable for the listeners.
At a tempo of 135 BPM, the rhythm is now totally different and sometimes it reminds "Win The Race", "Ready For The Victory", or "10 Seconds to Countdown" and modern Trance synths now completely fit with the energy and tempo.

Unlike old live-mt songs, this one brings you Modern Talking's atmosphere with some new concepts like "loops", the will give the listeners some unexpected shocks!

This is a fast, fresh, high-energy and modern version of the old song, "Modern Talking Will Survive", which had been presented in the early 2004.
Without extra words, at the tempo of 135 BPM and the use of modern trance music, this song can hardly be considered to be in the traditional Modern Talking style, however, we should accept the fact that Modern Talking's music needs improvement for today's tastes.
Some of the listeners may hardly believe that the motto of such a song is the survival of 'Modern Talking' as a musical genre, however, it is indeed!

This is the new version of 'Save Me, Don't Break Me', which is probably more important for the fans from the viewpoint of "reminding memories" rather than "being a super hit".
It's a very nice song full of nostalgic memories from the past times during which you'd been listening to it!

The same as "Cheri Cheri Lady 2005", this song is also presented as a ready-to-mix instrumental version so that if others want to give it a try to sing it, they'll be able.

The song is arranged so that its MT atmosphere is still preserved although the instruments and the bass line have been replaced with newer ones.

Cheri Cheri Lady 2005

This is a new version for one of the best MT songs ever, "Cheri Cheri Lady".
At a tempo of 130 BPM, the use of modern trance synth sounds has given a new atmosphere to this old song, which is probably chosen as the best MT song by their old fans.
In the middle of the song, some short clips of the old 80's version has been used with brand new kick drum and bass line to give the feeling of a real remix to the listeners.
Although its full version (with Thomas Anders' vocals) was also ready on October 1st, 2005 but due to copyright limitations it was decided not to publish it.
If someday I have the time to get the needed permissions from BMG, it will be published.
Probably some friends will try to add their own vocals to this version in near future while you will hear more newly arranged versions of old MT songs!

This song is the first live-mt ballad, entitled as one of the purest facts in the universe, that says 'life is a game'.
Using natural guitar riffs and strums can be considered as the most outstanding difference for this song in comparison with typical MT ballads; however, its philosophical content can not be ignored as a very important difference between this song and any other ballads. At the same time, the saxophone sound at the end of the song has given a special atmosphere to the song that a real ballad must have!
The chords are typical for a ballad but they change from time to time frequently.
Georgiana's performance for this song is just great while the backing vocals, which have been performed by Georgiana's friend, have enriched the atmosphere of the chorus.
We all hope you like this song as much as we really do!

This song is the performed version of "It's like a dream", which was published on May 15, 2004 and has been performed by Georgiana Lupescu from Romania. She is another Modern Talking fan who is a musician herself and composes music for children.
She has a singing band of children in Romania and you can find more information about her at her website www.grupfloaredecolt.ro .
Unlike the other performed songs of live-mt, the music of the song has been re-arranged in a different way in comparison with the original version that had been published in the past. Also the tempo is 7 BPM higher than the original version.
Gerogiana's performance is perfect from the view of synchronization and correct pitch of singing.
We hope you like the song too as much as we do!

Save Me

Ignoring some changes, this is another version for "Love's not the game that you play", which was re-arranged by Hakan Hannu and published in December of 2004. The lyrics have been written by Gurcan Erdem and the song has been performed and mixed by himself. He has a website (www.gurcanerdem.com) and he also presents his own songs, that will remind 80's Blue System.
This song may be more interesting for the fans of Blue System rather than Modern Talking because of the atmosphere of the vocals.
I feel that applying the De-Esser effect to the vocals could solve the problem of "S" sounds in the vocals but this has not degraded the whole song from what it should be.
From the total point of view it is a good song and I hope you like it.

It's Christmas (High-NRG version of MT's song)

This is a high-energy instrumental version for Modern Talking's song, "It's Christmas". Although the tempo and the energy are high but I've tried to keep the original atmosphere of the song. The drum and the bass line are a bit different from what Dieter Bohlen used in his high-beat songs.
For the first time in this song you see there are some extra effects that are usually used in modern dance music. I had to change the original transposition ( which is +2) to keep the balance of the bass line and prevent it from getting too low.
I hope you enjoy the song.

Don't Go Away

This song can take you to 20 years ago, to the middle of the 80's years. Sometimes it may remind "Don't give up"! A good intro based on strings with a normal tempo of the 80's dance style.
Its bass style is different from the old Modern Talking songs although it fits on the music well.
The intro, section 2 and 3 of the song are based on the chords Am, Dm, G, C, E, Am, Dm and G the same as my own "Love is the freedom of your heart" and Blue Systems's "Romeo and Juliet". The exact chord sequence was not used in any of the old Modern Talking songs.
The lyric is written by Anastasija Skobtsova and it is really a good lyric. In future more songs based on the fans' lyrics will be composed!

Love's Not The Game That You Play(BlueStar Remix)

Many thanks to Hakan Hannu, the creator of Blue Star Project, who has produced and arranged this remix of my previously presented song "Love's not the game that you play". You can listen to other songs created by him here and visit his web page here . He and his friend have already published a performed song named "Last call to your heart" which is really great!
The remix of "Love's not the game that you play" has the same tempo on a totally different rhythm. The intro of the song is also different with the vocals of the song's title and the piano-based intro of my own version is replaced with a different intro. The order of the sections of the song has been renewed while we you can hear nice piano-based melodies near the ending of the song.
Finally I should say that the new version of the song is great and nice, especially at the starting point of the verse 1 and 2 of the lyric.
I wish it would be a good starting point for further co-operation between Hakan and me.

Lisa Has A Heart of Diamond

This song fits the complete characteristics of the 80's Modern Talking style. I've composed it with these parameters on purpose because I felt the old fans of Modern TalkingÂ are missing such song for more than 17 years.
"One in a million" is the first song that is reminded by "Lisa has a heart of diamond". Its bass pattern is completely the same as many old MT hits like "Heaven will know".
Mute guitar is also used as one of the outstanding fillers of the rhythm. The harmonica sound as the intro and also in the middle of the song has made the music nice. Also the effects with the pitch bender seem to be necessary for 80's Modern Talking and I have used it in the same way.
The main chords of the intro and both the choruses are Dm, Am, C and Gm, which have been previously used in Bad Boys Blue's "A world without you".
There's nothing left to say about the lyric because it describes a girl with a broken heart who should forgive whatever has happened and make a brand new start.

Hearts Are Better Left Unbroken

This is a medium speed dance song which can be considered as a mirror for MT's 'Only Love Can Break My Heart'.
Section 2 of the song is based on the chords Dm,Am,C,G and Am which were also used as the basic chords of Rednex's "Spirit of the hawk". With ignoring of Am at the end of the chord sequence, we will get the same chords for Thomas Anders' "Crying in the night" and my own "Can this be love" and "Can a girl be found the same as you?"
The introduction can deeply remind the introduction of "Only love can break my heart" to you because of the similar chords (Dm, A#m, C and Am), similar piano sequence and similar rhythm but in a newer and updated form.
The rhythm is looking nice with a brand new bass pattern which can be considered as a new form of the 80's MT bass pattern which was used in a verity of MT songs in the 80s.
The lyric describes the feelings of an old broken heart after telling its story and emphasizing on the fact that at the end everything will be OK but hearts are better left unbroken or better say they MUST be left unbroken. So it's better not to start such love affairs that will have nothing at the end but a broken heart.
Hearts are so valuable!Â

This song can freeze C.C.Catch lovers because it will deeply remind 'Jump in my car' but it is based on different chords. The mixture of Whistle and Strings gives a good feeling to the listener who gets ready to hear the story of a sad love. If you omit Esus4 from the sequence of the main chords you will see that these chords are also used in 'Win the race', 'Last exit to Brooklyn', Bad Boys Blue's 'Pretty young girl of my mind' and 'Modern Talking Will Survive'.
Our friend Stefan Zadorozny is the writer of the lyric. He is a great lyric-writer and he has personally sent me MORE THAN 50 lyrics till now!

This song can brightly show you how the new House/Trance styles can be mixed with the dance style of Modern Talking to form a brand new style! I am sure you can rarely hear the sound of Accordion on such rhythms but you hear it now!

The idea behind the lyric is very important and can solve many problems of the lovers!
