Personal selfish love is a separating love, consciously placed before the Christ Love that dwells within all of us. In the busy world of today we tend to focus on our present life experience ”a me first attitude” , whether it be good or not so good and hold it possessively in the center of the mind. We temporarily set aside any thought of placing God first in our daily experiences or to give thanks to God for the good in our lives. Personal love is a selfish way of thinking about one's own comfort and how the external world solely relates to one's own self. The thought of what can be gained through obtaining material things, in the attitude of gluttony and through the accepting of puffed up compliments can inflate one's ego, causing a separation from God's Divine Love. Seeking love for oneself, only to fill one's own needs and not concern for the person who is giving the love, is another level of personal love. Personal love is a cold and uncaring feeling or expression, a very “matter of fact” relationship. This “What‘s in it for me!!" attitude is a self-centered expression of personal selfish love.

Ok so Its been about a month and being impeccable with my word is easy the next agreement "Don’t take anything personally" That one is definitely a harder one to practice . Human nature is to think that we are the center of the universe . That we are responsible for everything and it is worse for women. We grow up thinking that the world and men should make it all about us . The television and music we listen to tells us that we are supposed to make everything about "ME" In the book the four agreements , Miguel Ruiz states "Nothing others people do is because of you. It is because of themselves. " why is that so hard to comprehend . If I am speaking with someone new and I KNOW in the first conversation that I am not liking what I am hearing or that you have beliefs that I absolutely can not agree on , how is that about you? It's not ...but we still have such an ego that somehow it has to be villified and you must state your side to make me UNDERSTAND you.
Even when a situation seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you. What they say, what they do, and the opinions they give are according to the agreements they have in their own minds.
Women need to know what they want , what they expect and know that it is okay to say that is not in agreement with what I want and move on . Men won't like that of course , They too want it to be always about them .However, If you can understabd that its not about you and that is ok ...You will feel 100 times better and save so much time . It is even very common that we want so badly to make that one guy or girl into the person that you wanted them to be and if you try to do that not only are you fooling yourself but your WASTING your time.
The way you see that movie is according to the agreements you have made with life. Your point of view is something personal to you. It is no one’s truth but yours. Then if you get mad at me I know you are dealing with yourself. I am the excuse for you to get made. And you get mad because you are afraid because you are dealing with fear. If you are not afraid there is no way you will get mad at me. If you are not afraid there is no way you can get jealous or sad.
If you live without fear, if you love, there is no place for any of those emotions. If you don’t feel any of those emotions, it is logical that you will feel good. When you feel good, then everything around you is good. When everything around you is great everything makes you happy. You are loving everything that is around you because you are loving yourself.
Because you like the way you are. Because you are content with you. Because you are happy with your life. You are happy with the movie you are producing happy with your agreements with life. You are at peace and you are happy. You live in a state of bliss where everything is so beautiful. In that state of bliss you are making love all the time with everything you perceive.
Whatever people do, feel, thinks or say don’t take it personally. If they tell you how wonderful you are they are not saying that because of you. You know you are wonderful. It is not necessary to believe other people who tell you that you are wonderful.

Can you do this ? Are you someone who is IMPECCABLE with your word ?

Can you say with 100% certainty that you are someone that people are able to depend on and that you are the person that people can trust ? Do you say and do what you mean to deliver that kind of dependability and certainty only will be a vassal of goodwill and blessing . You will be bringing the light of truth and God upon yourself . You create a reputation , you create a destiny and you create a legacy of truth , honesty , dependability and blessings for you and your future generations . Needless to say NOT being impeccable with your word will only bring you the opposite and create GENERATIONAL CURSES .
If you have children you need to think of your duty as a parent to guide and direct your children in how to be good people , how to be good citizens and if you do anything you are to show them how they are treat others and how they are to foster light and truth . By not showing them with your actions, you are as much depriving them as if you forbid them food and oxygen.
Nothing that you say matters as much as what you do . Children are watching more than they ever will listen . Own up to your mistakes .Show your children that you are human and as a human you take ownership of those human faults . but more than just taking ownership, Show your children ,Give them the tools to make good choices and the the same tools to correct mistakes .Do not create and show your children a coward . Someone who deceives and deflects responsibility or ownership .Its their right and your responsibility to be shown the way by you . The RIGHT way .

The four Agreements are a set of four rules that Don Miguel Ruiz wrote about and for many these are life changing rules. These are not just rules but agreements that will not just change your outer experience but change you from the inside out. When you change the inside the ripple effects that move the waves and ripple the universe . The universe will respond in kind . I was explaining to my 6 year old foster daughter that everything in life has consequences. We were discussing telling lies . I explained to her that every action has a consequence . Many times we feel the word consequence has a bad meaning . A negative meaning .However , consequence can be either good or bad and if you do good and expect good in return you will receive blessings . You will attract blessings . Your mind will be filled with positive and good vibrations . Any thought that is not good and harbors negative or hostile feelings or ill will will no doubt deliver ungodly consequences and will deliver the most severe reactions for you and from you. These Four Agreements are going to be listed below and we will delve into each one individually

The grass is always greener syndrome. If you have than you are guilty of a messy mind and with a messy thought comes messy actions . Don't get caught up doing this . It causes confusion and confusion and chaos is the enemy.
Mentally picturing your good is the next step in creating your prosperous mind. This is part of the step of clearing your mind and creating a habit that is prosperous ..
Have you ever met someone who has a beautiful car, a fabulous house,perfect clothes, manicured hands and a picture perfect yard and yet they have drama and chaos and almost always have a foul word or gossip coming from their mouth. A healthy mind is even more important than cleaning your house and manicuring a perfect yard . Be careful of not only what you say because it is very important to make sure that your verbal affirmations are clean and god fearing. Also , make sure that your thoughts are clean and clear as well. In the church they list three kinds of sin in deed, in word, and in thought so make sure that you are pure in all of these some of us are guilty of one or all and don't realize we are bringing a trinity of chaos into our world.
Satan did not sin in any other way except through evil thoughts. That is why he was cast out from before the face of the Lord and thrown into Hades.
So lets try to make it an everyday affirmation take time from your day even if its just 5 minutes a day to mentally clear your mind and pray to God to cleanse your day . We all pray before we eat and before we sleep but do we take time out to pray for our mind to fight off the bad thoughts and cleanse our minds and our hearts REMEMBER OUR MINDS,MOUTHS AND OUR HEARTS ARE OUR MOST POWERFUL ORGANS .

Many times we go through our closets and we throw out those things that either we do not fit or just do not correlate with the present time and styles. We throw out that sweater that an old boyfriend gave us just to get rid of the memories , we get rid of those high heeled boots that a 20 year us used to wear because it just looks and feels ridiculous for us to wear as a 40 year old. we go through the garage and get rid of old toys and junk that serve no purpose other than to take up space and hold on to a memory. We even trade in older cars for no other reason than to get a "NEW " more current car with new gadgets . So why do we hold on to old hurts, memories and baggage for dear life and allow them to take up much needed space in our hearts and minds cluttering up the space that we occupy in our temple preventing any new experiences to come an inhibit our being? If we do not let go of the past and make room for Happiness,Joy and Love to come there just will not be room . Have you ever went to a restaurant on a Friday night and there was a line and wait of 2 hours and yet next door was a great restaurant and it was not as busy? The food was no better and no cheaper. Would you really stand there for 2 hours or did you simply go on and move on to the restaurant that was available, free and convenient . What if you waited 1 1/2 hours of that 2 only to find out that it closed a 1/2 hour ago and although the food was great you missed it because you were over at the other restaurant complaining about the wait yet not moving .

Well a bad relationship or holding on to resentments from a bad relationship are exactly the same thing.

While you are in a bad relationship or mourning and complaining about the bad relationship . Time still keeps moving , people are bypassing you and you create an atmosphere within your being that is dark and gloomy and negative and you will attract the very thing that you do not want to you .If you want happiness you must demand it . Not from the person you are with but from yourself . You must know what you want .Visualize it . live it , breath it . taste it and believe it and lastly you must already KNOW you have it ...Stop complaining about what you don't have.If the person you are with is not giving you what you want or deserve , IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT , IT'S YOURS ! Stop expecting the person to change who they are .Stop expecting them to be a different person .It's up to you to determine your fate .Stop putting your happiness in someone else's hands and demand better from yourself .Stop punishing that person and yourself for not being what you want . Make room for the happiness and the person who is supposed to be there , the person who does fit and is meant for the you at your current age and if it is meant to be they are still in style because TRUE LOVE does not go out of style and if your holding on to resentments LET IT GO if the relationship did not work ,mourn it properly and bury it .You do not hold on to dear loved ones who pass , you do not walk around town with dead pets on your back do you .Let go of that dead relationship and set yourself free . Letting go does not mean that you are saying it is ok that you hurt me. Forgiveness is not condoning the behavior. Forgiveness is not for the other person . Set yourself free. Simply letting go of the baggage will make you feel lighter and happier. and then you can move on quicker and with ease. Open that room up for someone else . The only person you are hurting by holding on to anger is the person who has to carryall that extra weight around.
Set your self free and enjoy your living . Declare your happiness and clean out that closet !!

With the election approaching I wanted to take a moment to reach out to my readers and appeal to everyone that voted for Obama to not get complacent . The republicans are going to get Rick Perry, Gov of Texas and if you think Bush was bad you can just imagine the same but with Evil and higher intelligence and that is far more dangerous. We are not going to be better off with Republicans.Our children will not be able to afford to go to college and if they do what will they do when they come out of college and can not get a job, the republicans want to take away our unions so that we can have no wage protection. As it is there are very few union jobs that do have the protection as it is. The average working family is not going to be protected. Republicans and Democrats alike are all screaming about what Obama has NOT done. Yet, at every step he has been fought for even agenda's that they had previously had supported, Just because he was wanting it.Obama will not be able to continue his work without us getting out there and actively recruiting voters. signing up young voters who were not able to vote for him before. Minorities are not voting , young people are not voting women are not voting , poor people are not voting but believe this REPUBLICANS are and will be voting , that wealthy group that makes over 250,000 and not paying taxes they ARE voting so if you are not registered please do now and get at least 5-10 people who are not registered to do so and follow up make sure they have a ride on election day. We wanted change and yet we are not supporting the man who we expect to facilitate that change. We voted in 2008 and then mid terms we did not bother and left the republicans to determine our agenda. If it was a CD you wanted , a movie you wanted or a concert you would make sure you were in line for however long it took.Let's put that same effort into our future and goverment. Let's not let Obama take the fall for everything.Because with Perry for 8 years you can bet that you will NOT be better off . PLEASE GET UP AND BE HEARD or else you will have no voice.

So starting the planning for the fall and winter!I am planning for everything . The only way I know how to juggle life is to make list and more list. I am planning by the day , by the week and by the month. Zach and I have been having a weekly family meeting and now we are up to nightly. I have so much on my plate that I sometomes don't know if I can fit it all on the list. However, If I can 1/2 my list done I am ok. I am really trying to finish my degree. I have a few more semesters and I will be ready for a certificate in social work. I have the two little one's during the day and I have a job that I go back to Oct 7th. Still dealing with the fibro myalgia and tri gemenial nuralgia so doing everything I can to make it without being tied to a corporate office. I have started this blog a few times and each time I have not been very successful nor consistant. This time will be different because I need the writing outlet. First, a little about me. I just turned 40 in June. I am a single mom , I work from home . I run a daycare and I work for Newcorp.I am also attending college so I really have my hands full.I am determined to be the best person,daughter and mom I can be.I am a licensed foster mom and hopefully,I can write quality topics that people can be interested in and look forward to reading.I am a strong critic and express my feelings regardless of the majority opinion and PCorrectness of my opinions.Many times my topics will very often be about children who are missing and abused,I feel like it is my calling to defend children sometimes its from their parents,from the system and from legal system.I will be writing about legal issues and social issues as I am in school to be a paralegal and working toward my degree to go into social work.I will be often speaking about selling as I have my own business Masseygifts.net and love to help others make money. So check back daily and I promise there will be something new to read. French Bulldogs can NOT live outdoors! Because of their brachiocephalic (short nosed) build they are unable to regulate their body temperature and can easily overheat. Care must be taken to keep them cool in the hotter months. They are better off walked in the cool hours of the day then left at home to hang out in the comfort of the A/C or a fan.
