I guess it's not a "man-ly" thing to many of you. Hey, if you're one of those guys who feels that way, "to each his own." Me on the other hand, I DESPERATELY need a facial every few months and I received a great one yesterday at Exhale Spa in the Gold Coast.

The Quest for White Teeth

What's the first thing you notice when you meet someone? For me, it's a person's smile. And lately, I can't help but look at people's teeth. Thanks to the popularity of braces, most of us have straight(ish) teeth. As for white teeth, well, that's another story. Blame it on coffee, cola, and the natural process of aging.

Last year I got into the habit of cleaning my desk, keyboard, mouse, and phone with a disinfecting wipe every morning and the tradition continues to this day. My co-workers probably think I'm crazy, but I won't stop hoarding tubes of Lysol Disinfecting Wipes any time soon.
