I abandoned my blog for such a looooong time. I've lost interest in producing a good post lately and I know I lost a numerous count of blog readers *shed tears*. Oh yes, Selamat Hari Raya to all Muslims and I also hope I'm not too late to wish you all a blessed Aidilfitri this year ;)

Ibu dan saya bertungkus lumus masak untuk diagihkan kepada jiran dan saudara semalam. Tak tau lah rasanya macamana sebab masing-masing berpuasa. Termasin ke termasam ke, but I guess everything went well, ayam cukup rasa, kuah kacang pun perfect.

I was so busy capturing every minute the dishes were being made into camera sebab belog ini dah macam usang tanpa gambar yours truly, bukan? Gambar original pun dah kurang (I mean, gambar yang ditangkap oleh kamera saya) dan hanya gambar dari Google yang banyak *facepalm*

Anyhow, minta maaf banyak-banyak saya post ini waktu tengahari, di waktu kemuncak, nampak air paip pun dah macam air pepsi. Haha. Sebab sekarang tengah hujan, sejuk sejuk sahaja so gambar kobis pun tak heran.

NOTE: Tiada gambar saya kerana saya sangat comot di dapur bersama Ibu and I've got pieces of kobis all over myself. It's the proof of how clumsy I am in cutting kobis. Haha!

Firefox dan Google Chrome berbeza kah? I mean, blog saya nampak berbeza menggunakan GC in terms of penggunaan font dan juga navigation links diatas tak kelihatan. Berbanding dengan menggunakan Firefox, semuanya run perfectly well. Jangan lah macam ini, blog saya nampak sedikit huduh dengan GC dan pening jugak lah nak edit coding, etc.

Went shopping with my parents yesterday and today. Finally Raya vibe is here! Can't wait to gather together with my siblings, cousins and other family relatives. Akak Shapadela still struggling with her thesis which probably makes her baju rayaless. Haha! She bbm-ed my just now asking to go shopping together after she's finish with her thesis (which is gonna take forever) cause she can't find time to get them herself. But then, her size is not gonna be available anymore because all small sizes baju kurung probably sold out already. There's only one solution kakak, finish your thesis quickly then you can get your baju kurung size easily. Ibu dah give up menjahit baju kurung for us, "Tahun ni Ibu jahit langsir sahaja". Ooookay.

So, Adib came up with a briliant idea sebab semalam tiba tiba ~~bergaduh~~ bercanggah pendapat. Here's the thing, I gave him one of my fav song and the problem is, he didn't even want to hear it. What a nerve that boy! I choose a perfectly beautiful song with a perfectly beautiful lyrics so he can understand them and probably made it one of his lullaby song. He was just, "Nah, I'll hear them later, I got a game in a minute, we'll chat later okay" then an hour later, "I heard the song, it was nice thank you"

And you could probably guess what actually happened after that *punches here and there*.
So we agree to made a playlist of our memorable *pukes* song and few songs for each one to hear and most likely to be top 3 lullaby song LOL.

Guess which one is mine, which one is his. Clearly he got the lamest song ever. Haha! Still, I adore your song selection. Thank you dear.

Alhamdulillah my application for Kolej Kediaman for next semester is accepted today and I'll be staying with the rest of my seven friends. Kalau tak dapat, memang merana nak ulang alik dari rumah untuk pergi ke kelas. Cae bbmed me last night telling me she didn't get place at Kolej Kediaman so she need to go back and forth from her home to Puncak Perdana which is far for her, with no transport and all. But it turns out, UiTM server was down last night and she checked again today and she got in too. We're gonna be roomies babe!

Saya rindu Tomyam di Kandang. For those who don't know, Kandang is a slang for a bunch of warungs and kedai makans di Puncak Perdana. All of the students go there for breakfast (only few warungs were open), lunch and like me, for dinner. There are like six or seven warungs at Kandang, two kedai runcit and one photocopy/cyber cafe/stationeries shop. It's quite cruel to called it Kandang, though. I was a bit taken aback to call it Kandang at first. It's where people eat anyway, it feel inappropriate to me. Even one of my lecturer refrained us from calling it Kandang, and told us to started to call it warung or kedai makan or anything appropriate.

Names aside, one of the warung sell the best Tomyam ever. I kept coming back for more. Now I miss my life at PP.

10 Favourite Things: Clutches

Because I haven't done any shopping lately, I found myself searching for nice clutches to wear on Raya and of course, for daily purposes. I like natural, earthy color hues because I think it's modest and goes well with everything. I was supposed to name my Tuesday post; Tantalizing Tuesday though where I post pictures of my 10 favourite things. But I think the shorter, the better.

Hai!

Sudah 6 hari kita umat Islam berpuasa bukan? Moga Ramadhan anda diberkati oleh Allah SWT. Amin. I didn't get the chance to drag Ayah and Ibu to shop for raya necessities (baju and tudung) yet. Maybe it's still too early or maybe my parents are more interested to buy baby's stuff instead =_='. I'm confused now of who's the one about to have a child, is it Kak Maria or my parents.

I'm quite bored now. Akak Shapadela is cruising her sea of happiness at JB, never want to return home and Shaguji struggling to adapt to the situation of first Ramadhan without family by his side and now that Abang is a permanent resident in Putrajaya, I have only Adik to talk to and to discuss about games to. We don't really have a conversation together. Usually a very short one like "What are you doing?" "Adik pick up the phone!" "What movie are you watching?" "Kak Ida computer hang" "Kak Ida computer tak boleh start" and then we ate together and then he goes to sleep.

I don't have anyone to talk to beside Adik though. The thing is, he's like really quite. Really really quite and he walks really slow. He watches TV like a robot. Not a single moves at all, you cannot tell whether he is sleeping or not.

Kak Maria better give birth now, I want her baby to play with, to talk to, to squeeze that little baby hand and tell stories to him/her. Can September come any faster?

I've been trying to blog, really but it's just so hard. I don't have anything to do on this super long semester break other than playing Samantha Swift flash game and watching countless movies and dramas. So unproductive at all. But I did accomplished one of my to-do-list during sem break which I kept hidden from everyone but of course my family knows lahh.

So, anyone here sign up for Pottermore yet? Well, I did just now on it's Day 3 Clue and I'm proud of myself for finding the magical quill on time! Let's all join together, who knows we could be roommate :)

I'm really really lazy to write anything now. I was about to think what would be my next 10 favourite things (it's Tuesday)when I realize something big is coming up tomorrow. A very big day. No, I'm not going to be engaged or married. It's just big.

When everything is done and if I manage to do well tomorrow, I'll blog non stop. Yeah, non stop. Ramadhan is near and I can just feel the hype of Bazaar Ramadhan which I'll be going with Ibu everyday next month, just to get my Murtabak fix.

Found this amazing shop while I was searching for shoes (but didn't bought any, you see, I'm broke). They sell lomo cameras, all kind of films and they also provide services for film development. I'll definitely come again next time and bring my used film here. haha. haha. haha.

Deathly Hallows Part 2

It was superb!
I recommend you to watch it twice, or maybe thrice!

WARNING: SPOILERS!

Everything was perfect, the lines, the cinematography, everything was as exactly the same as the book. The scene at Shell Cottage was perfectly delivered, the Gringotts scene was perfect as well. I was almost certain they'll cut the part when Harry put an Imperius curse on Bogrod. I'm sure they'll just gonna cut it off but I was wrong! They put it in! But they didn't put the Voldemort-killed-Snape part inside the Shrieking Shack. It was supposed to be at the Shrieking Shack but they moved it into some boat house or whatever that is. And oh, I cried when Snape died. If you read the book you sure know why I cried. It was sad, really sad because you'll imagine how much sacrificed he made for Potter and his never ending love towards Lily Potter. Oh Snape. The Prince's Tale was amazing, they put almost everything from the book to live! Now everyone know why Snape is innocent, why Dumbledore had been protecting him all this time. And the war, oh, and did I mentioned it was the most epic war ever? Everyone's got to be the hero, from Luna, Molly Weasley, Neville (he's the coolest!), Ron and Hermione, everyone got their heroic moments! Which is totally cool! I cried again when Fred died and I cried even more when I saw the sight of Remus and Tonks dead body. Oh boy.

Then, the nineteen years later part. It was amazing, I just wish it was longer though, come on, James (Harry's first child) didn't say a single word! I'm complaining too much I know, I just don't want this to end you know, *grabs tissue*.

The movie was great. Even Adib who didn't really like to sit in a cramp seat in two hours and ten minutes straight loved it. I was determined to see it again after that but decided to slow it down. I'm taking my fandom into a complete crazy movie marathon. Maybe next time with Shaguji and adik.

After the movie ended, everyone clapped their hands, and I clapped too. It was so touching and I never want to leave.

You need to watch it, yes you! You don't have to watch the first part, or from the first one. You just have to watch it! Haha!

[FINAL] Day 22 - 30 Potter Challenge

I'll be watching HP7 Part 2 tomorrow. So yay!! But first thing first, I need to finish off this Potter Challenge. Even though I'm not doing this everyday, but at least I finish it off in the end, right? Right?

Day 22: Pick one, Harry Potter or Twilight?
Harry Potter definitely. It's just so many fascinating things in HP compare to Twilight. I'm not really a fan of sparkling vampires anyway. The first book was good, but it gets tiring to read and the plot development was slow. I skipped a lot of pages in Eclipse (Book 3) though.

Day 23: Any/all parts of the book that makes you cry.
I got goosebumps all over me when Dumbledore died in Book 6. But then again, I already knew he is dead (from spoilers all over the internet) before I get to read the book. So, it was not really a sad part that makes me cry. I was about to cry when Remus and Tonks died, and then got teary eyed when Fred (my favourite character) died.

Day 24: Any particular scene you wished was in one of the films but wasn't
This is the hardest part. The thing is, I've no idea. Maybe I was hoping to see the part when the trio got their OWLs result. Or maybe the part when Harry dived into Snape's memory, the one he saw his father and his friends bullying Snape. Yes, that part. I wish it was longer.

Day 25: Are you satisfied with the epilogue.
To be honest, no. I wish to read it longer, to see each of their friends ending, how Hogwarts had been doing after the war, etc.

Day 26: If you were able to use one spell without a wand, what would it be?

Day 30: Describe the affect Harry Potter has had on your life and how much it means to you.
I started my HP fandom when I was about 14 or maybe 15. It was late, the first two movies were already ended in cinemas. Shaguji was playing this one nice game on Playstation then I asked him what game is that and he said Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secret. I was like, wow this is good. So I watched the first two movies with my sister and my brothers and we were completely swept of our feet with the storyline. It was fresh and fun and we loved it so much we watch like 2 or 3 times a week. I memorized their dialogue, the spells and everything.

I even made my own school timetable; changed the subject into the subject at Hogwarts ex. Potions (Science) because I hate my science teacher just like Harry loathed Professor Snape in the book. It was fun. HP is like an era. A great childhood era. Every kid in the world grow up together with the book. It reminded me of my childhood memories.

No more sleepless nights

Home PC is not functioning for a while, a week to be exact. Adik seperti orang hilang arah. Usually his routine will be like, go to school at 7am, come home, turn on the PC, he'll go to shower, solat, and then FB, then play his online game, watch cooking/food show on TV (or maybe Nat Geo & Discography Channel) and then back to play the game. His life is completely in front of the computer these days.

It's tiring to ask him to do his homework before this, ask nicely pun tak nak dengar. I scolded him numerous times, I even said to him "It's better kakak marah dari dengar Ibu marah". He replied once, "Main game pun result PMR okay what". Sungguh belagak lah ini budak. His doing well in his school I know that but it's troublesome as a sister to watch his brother not doing anything rather than games. I need him to pay attention to school more!

He even got grey hairs as a result of thinking too much; According to the game, in order to gain a powerful sword, you need to get seven chicken on a different parts of the nation. I don't even know what monster he have to destroy to gain that particular sword so I called it a chicken. I've watched how he played. I even tried once, but nahh, not my thing.

This game phenomenon is seriously damaging. Especially kids these days. Alhamdulillah Shaguji has passed this gaming phase. Because he's now into korean drama, from what I've heard. Pffft.

So now that Adik have nowhere to do after school, he invaded my laptop. But FB only from 4 to 5 or maybe 6pm. He said he need to get updated with his online gaming friends. Aiyo, offline friends tak ada kah adik? I need to fix the PC so he will not kacau me anymore.

But he's a sweet sweet boy. Ask him to do this do that he'll do it. We went rempit just now. Both of us on a motorcycle.

On a different note, somebody just bought HP movie tickets for me. I can sleep now haha! I'm sure Potterheads out there already bought their tickets, I'm sure. Let's cry at the movie theater after the movie ends, I'm sure I'm gonna cry.

NOTE: My grandfather just turns 77 today. He's still as strong as ever!

Kecoh pasal bersih bersih ni di Malaysia. Minta maaf lah saya tak ambil peduli hal politik. But my parents do. Mereka cukup sensitif tentang politik. I never really care much about this bersih thingy, not after they've caused traffic jams and road block sana sini. Semua orang complain tentang business, time consuming and penat berada di traffic jam. Saya sendiri stuck di traffic jam almost an hour and and a half. Plan semua tak jadi.

Nevertheless, attended a little kenduri at Shah Alam yesterday and visited an auntie at Sri Andalas sebab nak merasa kuih raya. She's doing a kuih raya business and also muffins. I got free muffins too which is soo good. I never really like cakes and muffins or anything in between but she made a really good chocolate muffin I tell you lah.

Majisuka Gakuen

So, I'm gonna watch this Jdrama tonight. I've been a secret fan of AKB48 since Beginner become the most played songs on my iTunes. Yes, Beginner is the first song I've listen from them though it is not a very recent song. They're quite good though, if you like Japan songs. If you don't know about AKB48, click here. They're mainly from Akihabara, Japan and they're consist of 48 girls singing and dancing together. A friggin forty-eight girls in one girl band, and I only recognized one.

So, happy Sunday everyone. I've plans today. Hope there'll be no traffic jam anymore, my butt hurts from sitting too long yesterday :(

Day 15 - 21 Potter Challenge

Somebody already offered to buy me tickets for the last HP film this 14th. I just cannot wait and I'm spoiling myself with behind the scenes, footage, interviews and anything related to the movie. Yeah, because I'm impatient like that. So, let's continue on the Potter challenge. For those who find it boring to read on the challenge, well you just have to endure it for a while.

Day 15: Who would be your best friend at Hogwarts (up to three)
Draco Malfoy - everyone need at least one bad boy/girl in their list of best friends, no?
Ginny Weasley - because she's cool.
Harry Potter - there's no need a further explanation for this amazing boy.
+ Luna Lovegood - Luna is very loyal to her friends, and even though people call her weird and read magazines upside down, you can rely on her on everything.

Day 16: Your favourite professor
My favourite question. Definitely Professor Remus Lupin. He's very fun, caring professor and he's a werewolf ;)

Day 17: What would your wand be made from?
My wand is 12", Yew with Phoenix feather and my patronus is a Wolf.

Day 18: Your least favourite of the 7 books.
I love all of them, but I'm gonna choose Book 5.

Day 19: Do you prefer the books of the films?
I prefer both actually. But I would say the books, because it's got everything in it, everything you need to know from the beginning to the end, from the character who you would think become the evil one in the book but actually turn out to be the greatest character ever. If you ask me, go read the book first before watching the movies.

Day 20: If you could meet one member of the cast, who would it be
Emma Watson. I have a girl crush on her.

Day 21: If you could bring one of the characters back to life, who would you choose?
Severus Snape. He did not deserve to die.

Had a lovely lunch with siblings. Guess who's excited to watch Transformers 3 and found out the tickets is already sold out? Us.

Day 8 - 14 Potter Challenge

So my last post was a bit.. uhm, bitchy? I don't know. I'm not gonna comment on that.
I decided to continue on my 30 Day Challenge anyway, it's a fun thing to do as I'm revising Book 6 and 7 now before sleeping.

Day 8: What do you think would be your favourite subject in Hogwarts?
I would say, without doubt, Defense Against The Dark Arts (DADA). You need protection whenever you go so in case Voldemort came knocking on my windows, I just swish my wand with a good jinx and he'll never come back. Simple!

Day 9: Your least favourite male character and why
Barty Crouch Jr. Because without him, Harry will never enter the Triwizard Tournament, Harry will never touch the Triwizard cup and transported into the graveyard and Harry will never sacrifice the blood for the bald-headed-no-nose Voldemort to rise again. I'd rather see Cedric die though, so there will be no Edward.

Day 10: Pick one: Horcruxes or Hallows.
Emmm.. this is a tough one. Horcruxes are cool while Hallows on the other hand makes one become powerful. I pick the Hallows, the Invisibility Cloak are rather useful.

Day 11: The character you relate the most.
I don't know, I just don't have a particular one that relate to me the most. I would say Hermione but I don't have the brains. Maybe an unknown character who's sorted into Gryffindor on the same year as Harry, have a Potion class with him, become part of the DA and maybe play Quidditch for the house.

Day 12: Your favourite pairing
Remus and Tonks. I love them in Book 6.

Day 13: Your least favourite of the 7 movies so far.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Day 14: Pick one: Team Voldemort or Team Harry.
Well, duh. Team Harry all the way!

I guess that sums all. No more hutang =)

I know I've been posting A LOT of HP related stuff here, but you like it, right? Rrright?! I have no updates regarding what I'm doing right now though, so in a meantime, just deal with this. Just for a while. Well, at least until 14th July.

Day 5: Your favourite male character and why
Fred and George Weasley definitely. Because they're funny and always so fun to be with.

Day 6: What house would you want to be in? Which house do you think you would get?
Everybody would like to be in Gryffindor, right? I would like to be in it too. Gryffindor are all about bravery, Ravenclaw focuses on bright and clever student, Hufflepuff values the loyalty and friendship while Slytherin values leadership, etc. I would like to be in Gryffindor but maybe the Sorting Hat will place me in Hufflepuff.

Day 7: Your favourite female character and why
Ginny Weasley! Obviously I have a thing for Weasley family, I just realized that. At first I don't really like her but she grows in me. With the Chaser position, clever some more (Reducto) and also calm. Harry made a very right decision in marrying her though, he needs someone who is not clinging all the time and also very independent, you know with killing Voldemort and stuff, he need support the most, not an annoying girlfriend who want to be together all the time.

Day 4: Your least favourite female character and why?

There's this Potterhead jokes saying that whenever they heard the name Bella, they will think about Bellatrix 'Bella' Lestrange, NOT Bella Swan and that is funny!

Bellatrix Lestrange is the cousin (correct me if I'm wrong) of Sirius Black who joined Voldemort to become one of the Death Eaters. More about Black Family Tree. She escaped from Prisoner of Azkaban to join Voldemort among with other Death Eaters in Book 5. She's the one who tortured Neville's parents into madness and also the one who killed Sirius Black (Harry's godfather). Bellatrix Lestrange is portray by Helena Bonham Carter who also acted in Alice in Wonderland and Sweeneey Todd, just to name a few.

Dolores Umbridge is also one of the female villain I don't really like. She's just cruel and rude for sacking teacher and for having student write line using their own blood for detention.

So I guess that's it. So much for the 30day challenge haha now I'm writing 2 day of a challenge in one! I need to be more discipline next time.

NOTE: Can't wait to see Hermione turn into Bellatrix Lestrange this July 15th!

I know I'm waay too late, I'm not breaking any rules by posting this sangat lewat kan kan? Okay here we go, I think the movie was pretty much good in any way, they put almost every important parts from the book but maybe it was not as the same as what I imagined it would be. Haha. I print it out on normal paper though, so it was very thin and I stick it on my parent's bedroom mirror, I don't have the courage to give it out directly to him coz I'm afraid he don't like it :). So that's it, my father didn't really like celebrating birthday or Father's Day or whatever Day people invented so I just gave him a card to show him that I know it's his day. Happy Daddy's Day, Ayah!
