"Zé do Telhado" (Camilo Castelo Branco) por Emanuel Botelho</title><content type="html">[Emissão Sáb.31.Out.2009.24h]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;José Teixeira da Silva, nascido em 1818 no lugar do Telhado, Castelões de Recezinhos, comarca de &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penafiel" target="_blank"&gt;Penafiel&lt;/a&gt;, é dos salteadores mais conhecidos da história portuguesa. "&lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z%C3%A9_do_Telhado" target="_blank"&gt;Zé do Telhado&lt;/a&gt;", nome que saltou para além do Marão, diz o povo, roubava aos ricos para dar aos pobres. A fama, essa, não lhe valeu aos olhos da justiça nem o salvou da Cadeia da Relação no Porto, onde por fim recolheu, acusado de roubos vários, homicídio, organização de quadrilha de assaltantes e evasão tentada sem passaporte. Lá travou conhecimento com &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camilo_Castelo_Branco" target="_blank"&gt;Camilo Castelo Branco&lt;/a&gt;, ele que, por &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ana_Pl%C3%A1cido" target="_blank"&gt;outros motivos românticos&lt;/a&gt;, era na altura hóspede do local. Seu pai era o famigerado Joaquim do Telhado, capitão de ladrões, valente com as armas e raio devastador em franceses que ele matava porque eram franceses e porque eram ladrões, posto que, na qualidade de membro da nação espoliada, o Senhor Joaquim chamasse só a si o que era de fazenda nacional. Depois de três &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guerra_Peninsular" target="_blank"&gt;invasões napoleónicas&lt;/a&gt;, o país seguia na miséria, dividido entre &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guerra_Civil_Portuguesa_%281828-1834%29" target="_blank"&gt;lutas liberais e absolutistas&lt;/a&gt;, com a corte exilada num Brasil distante e os que ficaram em terra entregues à crise económica e política. Da Guerra Civil, tal como &lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolu%C3%A7%C3%A3o_da_Maria_da_Fonte" target="_blank"&gt;Maria da Fonte&lt;/a&gt;, também Zé do Telhado sai herói. Pela bravura ao lado das tropas liberais do General-Visconde de Sá da Bandeira, condecoram-no com a "&lt;a href="http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ordem_Militar_da_Torre_e_Espada,_Valor,_Lealdade_e_M%C3%A9rito" target="_blank"&gt;Ordem da Torre e Espada, do Valor, Lealdade e Mérito&lt;/a&gt;". Da tropa e desempregado, voltou para a mulher e cinco filhos, seguindo a vida de salteador que lhe valeu a fama. Os anos ao comando da quadrilha de bandoleiros de Custódio, o "Boca Negra" não lhe custaram enfim a forca, mas o degredo. "El ingenioso hidalgo don Quijote de la Mancha" (Cervantes)</title><content type="html">&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;[Emissão Sáb.08.Ago.2009.24h]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obra cimeira de &lt;a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cervantes" target="_blank"&gt;Miguel de Cervantes&lt;/a&gt;, obra de referência da literatura espanhola e obra que preenche o imaginário de muitas pessoas no mundo: "&lt;a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Quijote_de_la_Mancha" target="_blank"&gt;El ingenioso hidalgo don Quijote de la Mancha&lt;/a&gt;", publicada em 1605, marca o início das aventuras de Sancho Panza, Dulcinea, Rocinante e Don Quijote.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O escritor &lt;a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mario_Vargas_Llosa" target="_blank"&gt;Mario Vargas Llosa&lt;/a&gt; dá-nos o prazer de apresentar esta produção da &lt;a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_Programas_del_Per%C3%BA" target="_blank"&gt;Radio Programas del Perú&lt;/a&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:85%;" &gt;«A veces, un autor o un libro se convierten en el símbolo de una lengua y de una cultura. Lo que son Dante y la "Divina Comedia" para el italiano y los dramas de Shakespeare para el inglés, lo es Don Quijote de la Mancha para la lengua española. Escrito a finales del siglo XVI por Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, "El ingenioso hidalgo don Quijote de la Mancha", cuyo primer tomo se publicó en 1605 y el segundo 10 años después, se convertiría en el libro emblemático de la lengua española, una novela que rompería todas las fronteras e iría conquistando el mundo. Narra las aventuras de un hidalgo de la mancha a quien los libros de caballerías enloquecen e inducen a salir a los campos de Castilla, a resucitar las hazañas de los caballeros andantes, en una época en la que éstos habían ya desaparecido en Europa. En un primer momento, los lectores leían el "Quijote" como la novela cómica de un personaje estrafalario, que confundía los molinos de viento con gigantes y veía princesas en desastradas campesinas. El "Quijote" pasó a ser visto como un adelantado de la historia, un descubridor de mundos, un transformador de la realidad, uno de esos seres gracias a cuya intuición y valentía, la humanidad ha progresado desde la caverna primitiva hasta las grandes revoluciones científicas y los viajes espaciales. En cambio, Sancho Panza pasaría a representar el ser conformista, alguien que, si fuera por él, la humanidad permanecería todavía prisionera de la rutina de la vida animal. El "Quijote" es una novela deslumbrante, que entretiene y emociona, un paseo por los pueblos calcinados por el sol y los caminos peligrosos de la España del siglo de oro. Yo intenté leer el "Quijote" cuando estaba en el colegio. Fracasé en empeño porque su lenguaje contenía expresiones de difícil comprensión para un niño de pantalón corto. Años después, lo intenté de nuevo, estimulado por "La Ruta de Don Quijote", un librito de Azorín. Esta vez se produjo el milagro y aquella lectura fue una de las experiencias más memorables que he tenido. King&lt;/a&gt; e &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad_Ali" target="_blank"&gt;Muhammad Ali&lt;/a&gt;. "&lt;a href="http://www.folkways.si.edu/albumdetails.aspx?itemid=1304" target="_blank"&gt;Ghetto Reality&lt;/a&gt;" é um álbum composto por músicas feitas por ela e o seu o coro de alunos, editado em 1970 pela &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folkways_Records" target="_blank"&gt;Folkways Records&lt;/a&gt;. Um ano depois, Nancy Dupree era despedida da escola. Je voulais dire seulement que le héros du livre est condamné parce qu'il ne joue pas le jeu. En ce sens, il est étranger à la société ou il vit, il erre, en marge, dans les faubourgs de la vie privée, solitaire, sensuelle. Et c'est pourquoi des lecteurs ont été tenté de le considérer comme une épave. Meursault ne joue pas le jeu. La réponse est  simple : il refuse de mentir. [...] ...On ne se tromperait donc pas beaucoup en lisant dans L'Étranger l'histoire d'un homme qui, sans aucune attitude héroïque, accepte de mourir pour la vérité. Meursault pour moi n'est donc pas une épave, mais un homme pauvre et nu, amoureux du soleil qui ne laisse pas d'ombres. Loin qu'il soit privé de toute sensibilité, une passion profonde, parce que tenance l'anime, la passion de l'absolu et de la vérité. Il m'est arrivé de dire aussi, et toujours paradoxalement, que j'avais essayé de figurer dans mon personnage le seul christ que nous méritions. Em 1997 ingressou o curso de &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stage_management" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;stage manager&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; na londrina &lt;a href="http://www.gsmd.ac.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;Guilhall School of Music and Drama&lt;/a&gt;. Possui o grau de Master in Text and Performance Studies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt; pela &lt;a href="http://www.rada.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts&lt;/a&gt;/&lt;a href="http://www.kcl.ac.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;King's College&lt;/a&gt;. Tem produzido trabalho em várias vertentes, nos dois países – como encenador, dramaturgo e actor: Blatlan, Barraca, companhia Crescer com a Música, Workhorse productions, etc. Tem dois livros publicados: Istmo (poesia) e &lt;a href="http://www.criticaliteraria.com/9726107059" target="_blank"&gt;Tristes Trópicos&lt;/a&gt; (teatro) e outras tantas traduções. A sua peça "Loucura" estreou em 2002, no &lt;a href="http://www.galleontheatre.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;Galleon Theatre&lt;/a&gt; em Londres. Em 2004 foi um dos escritores integrados no programa &lt;a href="http://www.royalcourttheatre.com/internationaldetail.asp?ArticleID=28" target="_blank"&gt;International Residency&lt;/a&gt; no Royal Court com a peça "O Sol da Tarde". Recentemente fundou a companhia de teatro Dramascópio, que tem como objecto o desenvolvimento e disseminação de processos de criação dramatúrgica, com início de actividades agendado para 2009. É doutorando na &lt;a href="http://www.brunel.ac.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;Brunel University&lt;/a&gt;, em Londres, onde desenvolve uma tese, aplicada, em dramaturgia.
