½ xícara (chá) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
5 colheres (sopa) de achocolatado em pó&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque os ingredientes no liquidificador, e acrescente aos poucos a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
