I've just launched a new website for my former employer - Lyons Industrial Solutions.

It was actually Lyons Mill and Timber also known as LMT Transportation Services which was the trucking side of his business. He has since sold the transportation division and kept the machinery moving division now known as Lyons Industrial Solutions.

In Southern Ontario, Lyons Mill and Timber has a tremendous reputation spanning over four decades performing thousands of safe, on time, on budget machinery and heavy equipment moves.

Panic at the Chicken Coop

Ever wonder what's going on at the truck inspection stations and weigh scales affectionately known to truckers as the chicken coop?

Some truckers shake in their boots when they see the lights flashing to enter the inspection station, others go miles out of their way to avoid the dreaded scale house all together and then there are some drivers that don't mind a quick safety check at all and welcome the momentary break.
