So this is what needs to happen. You take a box of cereal. One no one eats. Like cheerios or raisin bran, or something else that's nasty. You take the bag out of the box. Then you crap in the box, and then lower the bag back into it. Then Leave the box in the pantry. It will take them forever to find out what's going on.

Today At Work

Among other more traditional things a computer technician does, I also get to provide technical support for events that go on around the campus I work on. TODAY, I set-up some speakers, and microphones and other AV equipment stuffs. I already knew the event would suck serious asshole. It was for a Hypnotist show. I am a firm DISBELIEVER in hypnotism. So come to find out the hypnotist has a whole routine with music, and I am the one expected to make the music transitions throughout the entire gay routine, all based off of his queues that he'll be feeding me from on stage. None of this had been spoken of before hand, and there was no walk-through or anything to prepare me for this. I was NOT about to be turned into someone's cymbal clapping monkey. No way. I don't do this kinda shit. SO, the tech support that they paid for was only for a total of 2 hours. 2 hours came and went, I said I'm outta here, they found someone else to do the music transitions, and I'm assuming the rest of the show went pretty crappy. Best part. My boss totally supports what I just did. BOOYA

Sometime I even have think that Nightcrawler is cooler then Ironmen. He can Teleport with poofing and doesn't afraid of anythin. He look like a blue, and he says in a movie he cant telports without looking cause he can be in a WALL. But then he never looks when he uses powers cause he is a real men and makes alot of risks. Nightcrawler is an real hero.

The Lunch That Never Happened

So, I was riding skateboard home from the store to have what was to be an awesome lunch. Two microwave burritos, and a mountain dew. NOPE, right when I get as fast as I can go, my foot hits the back wheel with my last push. BAM. There's the street. Burritos ripped open, mountain dew exploded through the can. Well... I guess i'm having road rash for lunch.

Working the Nightshift

I find that working the night shift can be very relaxing. Almost therapeutic. There is no one around. How often do we ever have 6 hours to ourselves? I'd like to hear from some other's that have the graveyard shift. Do you find it to be as pleasant as me? Uh oh... my anti-social is showing. Bye for now!

Well, here we go. I am a computer technician at my local (unnamed) community college. I think, to be entertaining, I will start off with my favorite problem. A majority of our calls come from disgruntled teachers. "The projector isn't working," type deals. This call came from an employee, who thought her computer was going too slow. After I arrived to the scene, it was in fact, moving SLOW. The task manager happened to read that the cpu usage was at 100%. All the was open was outlook. Hmmmm. Well, she does have more than 10 mb of RAM i'm sure. What's the problem?

That's when I saw it. The lonely little .bat file sitting on the desktop. I right-clicked it and pressed edit. I was looking to see what this file did. After fixing the problem I immediately deleted it, so sorry for none of the source code, but what it was essentially doing, was attempting to delete Internet Explorer! Of course it can't, so then, it had written as a rule, after failing to delete, re-try. So in the background was code trying to delete internet explorer, over and over and over. I thought it was pretty clever. More of a joke than malicious software or anything. I had a good laugh about it, hopefully you will too.
