Creat more loans by leveraging the technology of a smart phone.

If you have a smart phone, here’s how to use it to connect with more prospects, close more loans and make more money. If you don’t have a smart phone - I use a Treo 650 - Here’s why I recommend one.

• receive calls via main marketing phone numbers
• sync contacts to phone, having everything for all my contacts in my phone
• phone is my calendar, too. It sends my emails to remind me of events.
• checks my email, live, using “push” technology. I can receive, reply and send email just like I’m at my computer in my office and no one knows otherwise!
• open attachments to my email. I have a utility that reads native PDF files and one that reads TIF files. My faxes are Tif files.
• since faxes, and voice mail are all emailed, I can get those on my phone too. That means I know immediately if conditions are in or the appraisal is done and I can forward them to my processor, AE, UW, etc.
• Treo 650 has a financial calculator built-in so I can calculate payments without lugging a separate calculator with me.
• utility let’s me use my phone to log into my office computer. I see my computer right on the screen of my Treo cell phone. I click on my application, such as Calyx Point, fill it in just as if I’m sitting at my computer, save the changes, Print, Fax & Email right from my phone.
