As the Covid crisis mounts and thousands are in distress, Lok Seva Sangam has been reaching out to the communities it works with and boosting their morale Through this pandemic we have screened residents, provided food to those families whose have lost their jobs, counselled community members on the need to be vaccinated, wear masks properly and maintain social distancing. We are happy to say that all those screened are safe from the virus and are following the protocols. Ketaki Chalke , niece of Seema Patil (Teacher Co-ordinator) sharing her flower craft skills with community children in Bainganwadi and French Volunteers – Hannah and Pauline engaging children in drawing and jewelry making classes. Yoga exercises continue at the Chunabhatti and Bainganwadi education centres.
