The Asean Free Trade Area (AFTA) is scheduled to start free trade in 2010. Six Asean countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philipines, Thailand, and Brunei will spearhead the AFTA while another 4 Asean countries will join in the pact no later than 2015.

Based on the AFTA concessions, the Malaysian Government pledge to rescind import tariff on 1943 type of products,sectors affected including the automobile, garment, fabric, electronic, fishery, agriculture,timber, rubber, & etc.

(Tropical fruit, tobacco, and tobacco products were excluded with import tariff topped at 5%)

What Is It So Influential?

Upon launching on AFTA, we as the Rakyat of Malaysian can enjoy the benefits bring by AFTA which are Price, Quality and Choice. As the free trade environment induce the competition between local manufacturer and foreign manufacturer, quality and low pricing become the key competitive advantage.

However, our government had undertake some counter action by introducing the Goods & Sales Tax to increase the Rakyat's Burden.

It's been a bad year during the 2009. Issues including the Perak Takeover, TBH's death, the PKFZ's scandal, MCA's internal dispute, and many more unhappy thing happen around the country, yet our government unable to do anything to cooldown the situation. The Rakyat's anger is rising, yet our government is increasing our burden by introducing GST and cancelling subsidy on sugar recently. So, whatever promised in the 10th Malaysia Plan remain as a promise until it's been done.

We will never know how many percent of 10MP budget will be inside the pocket of politicians.

The Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is going to issue 3 new licenses for foreign commercial banks. Local banking environment would become more competitive that is going to stimulate the merger and acquisition (M&A) activities amng local financial institutions.

Recently, Hong Leong Bank is pursuing a deal with EON Capital to acquire the latter. On the other hand, there are rumor that Alliance Financial Group is on a merger deal with EON Capital. Not matter how the situation happen to be, the size of banking institutions are going to grow bigger and larger with parrallel growth in revenue and profit. The banking institutions is still the industry worth investing in. Perhaps, consumers would also benefit from possible lower loan rate.

ISS: Beware! New & Simple Method To Steal Your ATM Money

Dear Readers,

Beware when withdrawing money from your account when using ATM machine.

Thief no longer need to steal the whole ATM machine to take away cash inside it.

There's a new and simple method in town stealing our ATM card and password. Take a look on the pictures below:

Firstly, the man standing in front of the ATM looks like doing a transaction.

In What he's really doing there?

In fact, he is actually placing a trap to "capture" the next user card.

Altering the ATM is a risky business, these men work in teams.

The lookout warns of any possible eye witnesses/ or next potential victim.

Here comes the "prey".

He inserts his card and begins his transactions.

The ATM card is confiscated, and the "prey" is confused.

However, here we see the cavalry coming to help. (HELP!!!).

Here we see the thief pretending to help. He is trying to gain access to the "preys" PIN number, since he already capture the card.

The good Samaritan convinces the "prey" to press his PIN, while the Samaritan press 'cancel' and 'enter'.

After several attempts the "prey" is convinced his card has been confiscated. The "prey" and the Samaritan leave the ATM simultaneously.

After making sure the area is clear, the thief returns to recover the confiscated card from his trap. Not only did he has the card, he also has the PIN the "prey" provided unknowingly.

In possession of the card and the PIN he leaves the ATM with money from the "preys" account.

How the trap been set up?

The trap is made up of XRAY film, which is the preferred material by thieves. Simply because the black color which is similar in appearances to the slot on the card reader.

The trap is then inserted into the ATM slot. Care is taken not to insert the entire film into the slot. The ends are folded and contain glue strips for better adhesion to the inner and outer surface of the slots.

Once the ends are firmly glued and fixed to the slot, it is almost impossible to detect by unsuspecting clients.

Slits are cut into both sides of the trap. This prevents your card being returned prior to completing your transaction.

As soon as the "prey" has gone, and the have your PIN. The thief can remove the glued trap, by grasping the folded tips, and simply pulls the trap out that has retained your card.

My advices to all readers

After viewing the above pictures, what type measures should the ATM users need to take? Note that majority of us are ATM card holder. Don't use ATM anymore?

Here are my personal suggestions to undertake when you encounter such problem,

i. Never leave your card unattended even it's been confiscated or trapped inside the ATM machine. Do contact the bank's customer service hotline immediately to request for help. Stay there and wait for help.

ii. Never let anyone standing in a short range that allow he/she to peep at your PIN. You will end up providing your PIN unknowingly.

*Don't ever reveal your PIN to anyone, except your immediate family if necessary.

iii. Always observe the ATM slot and the card reader for any signs of tampering. Should you see the film tips glued to the slot, unglue, pull the trap out and recover your card.

2010 is coming to our way, had you plan your year ahead?

If yes, I hope your plan would be successful.

If no, you better finetuned yourself for the tough 2010.

In 2010, I aims for the achievables only. I wish to achieved all 7 wishes of 2010 before 2011.

Why am I planning to achieve these?

Everyone knows that a plan may not always goes the way we want it to be. However, a planning will guide us to do the right thing, focus on the priorities, and make sure everything is in progress.

Indeed, I have to accumulate Euro 1 billion to board the ark for saving my life in 2012. (I know its lame =P)

My Wishlists Are:

1st. Provide monetary support for my family

As I'd just started to work on NOV 2009, I hardly can provide any financial aids for my family back in Penang. Moreover, the expenses in KL is much heavy than in Penang.

So, I hope to increase earnings from secondary income & also hoping for salary increment from my primary job. Hopefully the effort paid are being rewarded.

2nd. RM10k savings in bank

Everyone needs to keep their own saving for emergency purpose. RM10k in bank is to let my heart feel comfortable in order to meet any unexpected expendicture.

3rd. Equity Investment

Throwing some money into the equity market is the dream I'd longed-for. I personally believe that the stock market will drop again next year, probably during the CNY. In my opinion, short-term investors will withdraw their current position in Malaysia, and that's the right time to enter.

4th. Blog readership to reached 50k

I hope everyone can get some precious info they want from this blog. Other than that, I plan to have 3 updates per weeks for this blog. Which mean I have to update 156 posts per year (52 weeks X 3 updates = 156 updates). I will try my best to write the most relevant topic to the current market movement. Please stay tuned.

Before end of 2010, i hope total visits will reach 50,000.

5th. Buy A car

Living in this modern age without a car is quite miserable. A car can provide me mobility to shuffle around where i want to be.

Therefore, I need a car to travel in Kl and also for the convenience of going back to Penang. Currently, Proton Sage seems to be the most viable car model available in the market with the affordable price, spacious design, fuel saving, and low maintanence fee. I think i will opt for Saga if no better new model with same price range to be roll out next year.

6th. Buy A new laptop.

My laptop is essential for gaming, surfing, blogging, chatting, reading e-mails, reading newspapaer, and also watchig movies. My present laptop is getting slow in term of speed and easily to get hang.

So, i expect to buy a new laptop in 2010 with higher processing power, higher storage, higher RAM, and equipped with Windows 7. My preferred brands are toshiba, samsung, asus, and sony.

I don't mind if getting a Dell =)

7th. Get A Credit Card

I need a credit card to make purchase online, especially for buying movie ticket online. I would most probably apply a credit card from AEON and also EON bank (to enjoy 50% rebate on movie ticket).

However, I will not apply any credit card if the RM50 service tax on the credit card is not cancelled or being absorbed by the card issuer. I will use Debit Card instead.

I personally believe that I can manage my credit usage decently.

Our medical card has a annual insured limit. For example, the annual limit is RM100k. Then, the hospital will prompt for payment when the bill accumulte until RM100k.

Therefore, please remember the limit of your medical card although there is little chance to bump into such incident.

3rd. Coverage Details

Major insurance companies in Malaysia had set a treshold for certain type of treatment. For instance, max. RM30k for dialysis treatment, max 30 days of outpatient treatment, max 30days of post hospitalization treatment.

Knowing every details of the medical plan help the insured to properly arrange schedule for their treatment.

4th. Policy Status

Important!

*Never ever lapse any payment on any insurance plan.

Once we had lapse payment (especially during emergency), the insurer will take it as an excuse & will not providing coverage for the insured.

Always remember to make payment on time, my friend.

5th. Pay 1st, reimburse later

A lot of hospitals would request patients to pay for their treatment in advance. The money will be reimbursed after the insured filed a proper claim.

Normally, such event will happen when the insured consult non-panel doctor in the panel hospital.

My View On REDtone

- REDtone mobile is currently aiming the prepaid mobile service section which made up to 80% of 27 million Malaysia mobile servise user. The market is worth RM10 billion and the potential is numerous. Of course the probability of success is depend on your effort and luck.

- A disadvantage for REDtone is that the minimum usage is RM38/month. I can conclude that most prepaid users are students/old folks/those been blacklisted by Telco/low-income group and RM38/month would appear to be unaffordable for them.

- Additionally, working people ~~often~~ subscribe to postpaid service than prepaid one. There are also quite alot of postpaid users paying more than what they are using. WHY? Because some of them working whole day and lack of social activity. Keeping mobile service activated is primarily for contacting family members and emergency events. These are the possible subscribers of REDtone.

- In conclusion, I think its an opportunities to earn extra income via REDtone agent programme which is legitimate. Althogh it is something like MLM. They will held opportunities talk every week on Monday (2pm), Wednesday (2pm and 8pm), and Friday (2pm) in IOI Business Park, Puchong. Try to arrange your time and attend one of those session. How Does A Serviced Room/Hostel Look Like?

I am showing you the place I am staying currently.

The entrance is preferably a steel door with pad lock.

As I walk up the stairs, there is another steel door to separate tenants of different gender (The male and female shouldn't stay together, they will create alot of troubles)

My room is in level 2. You can see quite a number of rooms (there are 12 rooms) in this storey. They are being singled out by partition. The only thing I don't like is that there is no sound cut-off in each room. So, it is advisable not to speak too loud.

Take a look in my room. It cost me RM650 because it located in the premium area of Subang Jaya, SS15/8A.

These are the basic home appliances such as air-con, fan, washing machine, refrigerator, bathrooms (More bahrooms are needed to avoid jam), dryer (because there is no place to hang your cloth for drying), and water dispenser machine.

How To Manage?

My suggestion for you is to hire a hostel/apartment manager. A hostel manager can help to maintain the security and handle complaints from tenants. Moreover, the hostel manager can help to solve any emergency problem occur at any time. The Hostel Manager are also request to maintain the occupancy of rooms.

Profitability

There are several factors determine the profitability of your serviced room/hostel,

1. Nearby competition

2. Pricing strategy (You can set a lower price if you are the landlord of the serviced hostel)

3. Location (Strategic or not, you can set a higher price for strategic ones)

4. Room occupancy

5. Reputation (Depend on your promotion and the history of the place)

6. Cost (The renovation cost can burn a hole in your pocket, try your best to get a good contractor with reasonable price)

7. Luck

Conclusion:

- Such investment require a substantially large amount of capital, please do your own research before making decision.

- Location saturated with colleges, universities and big companies are consider strategic.

Malaysia unemployment is a serious problem to the society. Getting a good result doesn't mean job security. Rather, it is a pass for fresh-grads to enter the door of large corporates. Some fresh-grads choose to wait and have fun before start working, while some choose to work immediately. Its all depend on personal financial health and preferences.

As a fresh grad without experience, it is very challenging to get notice by your future employer unless you aggressively applying for various jobs. While waiting for interview calls, the only thing you can do is to enhance your knowledge in the field and the company information.

Also must remember to update yourself with the latest market information. Then you attend the interview with 110% confidence. Usually the interview session will start with some paper test and reasoning test.

Then, showing your integrity and commitment into the relevant job is the last step to impress your interviewers. Be prepare to response to 2 interviewers.

What you can do after 1st interview? My answer to you is to apply more jobs and waiting for previous interviewers calling up for 2nd interview. Some companies will even employ potential candidates after 1st interview. However, your chances of getting hire is about 80%.

I have apply roughly 30 jobs after finishing my last final exam. All I have is my result slips, then I slowly know that we need to take transcript from exam department.

Job Selection

Another important thing I have to tell you is the selection of job. Basically there are 2 type of job functions in a comapny. It is either a sales job or technical job. An un-tested fresh grad shouldn't expect something more than RM3,000 but not lower than RM2,000 for a technical job to survive in Malaysia, especially Kuala Lumpur.

On the other hand, fresh grad can look for higher basic salary + attractive incentive in a sales based job. Basically extrovert will have higher chance to get such job. Below is the type of job I have interview with.

In comparison of technical and sales based job, I would say that a sales based job is more in demand. Therefore, alot of people have to fight for limited technical position in various company.

Finally I choose AEON due to the unique experience. For me, I would rather choose for long term career development by enhancing my skills in the back-end processing than short-term frontline thrust.

Conclusion:

- I choose to work immediately because I am struggle for survival after finishing my degree.

- I need experience to crawl faster, not run.

- Fresh grad gud luck in your job interview. Don't be choosy. Especially those with poor result.

- Bear in mind that starting from the lowest position is not an insult. Treat it as a training.

MM: Maxis Re IPO

Have you apply to buy Maxis share that are going to re-listing in Bursa Malaysia on 19 Nov 2009? Mind to tell you that only 2.83% out of 30% of allocated share is dedicated to retail investors. 30% is 2.25 billion of shares.

The indicative price will be around RM5.20 - RM6.00.

I am sure you are asking yourself now about why I am writing this post. To be frank, I had a bad experience with Maxis broadband service. I just want to share my opinion with you to determine whether to buy or not to buy.

My Experience With Maxis
I personally dislike the service provided by Maxis due to a problem in my Maxis Broadband subscription.
The story begin here. I subscribed to Maxis USB Broadband service in the January of 2008. Taking the USB modem home after paying RM100 deposit happily, with the confirmation from the sales girl that I can condition-lessly get my refund of RM100 deposit if returning the modem in less than 7 days.
From that moment, I'd made the biggest mistake in my life. My computer keep disconnect from Maxis service due to lack of phone signal (USB modem work like your cellphone). And I stay in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The 3rd biggest city in Malaysia. It become impossible for me to endure the life without internet, so I return the modem on the 3rd day.

Maxis Treatment To Me
Right after I terminated the broadband subscription, I receive a letter from Maxis that stating I owe them approximately RM2.7k (18 months contract X RM145/months X 5% Gov Tax). I called the customer service to tell them I already terminate my service on the 3rd day. Then they send another letter to me, stating that I still owing them 20 cents.

How about my RM100?
I keep insist on getting back m RM100 from Maxis as it is part of the sales attraction to me. I am regret to have believe the sales girl in Subang Parade. Of course, I am very optimistic of getting back my RM100. Thus, I keep calling to the customer service center. The customer service operator keep telling me they have filed a case to the one in-charge, I just had to wait he/she to call me.
So, I choose to wait.
After 1 week, I was still very optimistic.
After 1 month, I was anxious.
After 1 year, I knew i'll never get my money back. (There is not even one f*cking call from Maxis)

Facts about Maxis/ that possibly supporting the share price
- It is owned by Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd (The private company of Malaysia Tycoon, Ananda Chrisnan)
- It is one of the two local telcos in Malaysia to acquire the 3G license and rollout 3G service in Malaysia. (Digi only launched their 3G service this year)
-.It operates via MEASAT satellite. (Ananda Chrisnan owned MEASAT)
- It is been strongly protected by the Malaysia government (Linked with the BN government)
- It is the largest telco in Malaysia.
- It is the telco appointed to offer iPhone 3G & BlackBerry service in Malaysia.
- It is providing sux service yet earning big money.

Conclusion:
Maxis currently control 40% of market share in Malaysia Telecommunication sevice. Their earnings are less likely to be diluted due to stiff competition. Moreover, they target payout ratio is 75%. Which meant that for every $100 of net profit, $75 will be given as dividend. As a home-grown company, Maxis advantages are fully exploit (I think you know what i mean).
Another impressive remark should be given on the institutional investors whose holding the remaining 27.17% of shares. There are large institutions namely PNB, EPF, and Fidelity Investments from US. Such institutional investors are actually sharing risk with retail investors and supporting the share price.
So, join in the fun or stay away? Decide yourself!

5 days after the "my mlm experience" post, I have to forget the loss I suffered and moving on with my life. And yea, the budget 2010 had just over. Our PM announced the new budget titled "1Malaysia, together we prosper", sounds nice huh! I am writing this post to examine what I support and what I don't support in the budget 2010. Everything discussed related to personal finance =)

Highlights

- 1 Malaysia clinics to be set up in urban areas.

- Convertion of PTPTN loan into scholarship if graduate with 1st class honours.

- 30 top students to get merit-based scholarships for world renowned universities.

- Tax relief up to RM500 on broadband subscription fees (2010 - 2012)

- RM1 billion for the police to enhance their efficiency.

- 1 Malaysia Retirement Scheme to enable non-fixed income earners to contribute to EPF. For every RM100 contributed, Government will contribute 5%.

- Personal relief increased from RM8,000 to RM9,000.

- Income tax reduction from 27% to 26% for income above RM100,000.

- Service charge for credit card (principal card - RM50, supplementary card - RM25)

- (RPGT) Property gain tax makes comeback, up to maximum of 30%.

I support....

~ 50 unit of 1Malaysia clinics are scheduled to open in selected areas. Ultimately, I hope rakyat can wait in a modern clinic with good air-conditioning and equipped with ASTRO.

~ Finally our government allow PTPTN loan to be converted into scholarship if he/she obtain 1st class honours in tertiary education. Walao, I am sure alot of student would eat and digest the entire text book to enable them getting 1st class. (One question, when will it be started?)

~ 30 top students get to study overseas, anywhere they like. (Hope that race quota system don't apply anymore, 1Malaysia rite?)

~ Tax relief of RM500 for broadband subscription will start on 2010 to 2012. (I can save RM1,000 for my Streamyx payment, but I am still unemployed currently. Sigh!)

~ RM1 billion for the police to buy better equipment? Or a cup of coffee? Pray for the crime rate to drop, please make Malaysia a safer country.

~ I think those casual workers can put their money in EPF since the government offer 5% interest rate p.a. It is better than putting in FD.

~ Personal relief of extra RM1,000 will be given solely on annuity scheme premium from insurance companies that commence payment from Jan 1 next year.

I don't support....

~ The reduction of maximum income tax rate only benefit certain group of rakyat. Especially those with high earnings. But think of one question, how many people are earning RM 100,000 annually? It is a fact that more than 50% of Malaysians are earning less than RM3,000 monthly. Such implementation will only help the rich to get richer and the poor get nothing out of it.

~ Normally people spending "future money" with credit. However, those people that owe credit card loan are mostly low and middle income group. Applying an extra RM50 will not reduce the rising non-performing loan in credit card, and will increase the burden of the rakyat. I am sure that there are other alternatives to reduce default in credit card loan such as strengthen the application requirement, limit the number of cardholding, and etc. The service on credit card will be effective by 1st of Jan 2010.

~ The RPGT make a comeback after government make an exemption on April 2007. Some exemption still in place. However, the property market in Malaysia might not be attractive to investors compare to its neighbour countries.

Conclusion:

As a rakyat, I personally think that the new budget 2010 has more pros than cons. However, I hope the government will put more care on the low and middle class citizens. Obviously, the poor needs more attention than the rich.

Secondly, there is a need to set up the minimum wage for the rakyat to maintain their standard of living. As the inflation grow faster than our salary, the standard of living is deteriorating.

Another area I want to touch is the possible imposition of goods and services tax (GST) to replace current sales tax and service tax, such idea is still under review. I pray again for the government not imposing GST on low and middle income group.

Lastly, I hope the size of federal funding to various states government to be rationalize by the rakyat's needs and with proper planning, not by political agendas.

My MLM Experience: One Community

As promised, the post is dedicated to all my readers in all around the world. Please read carefully and stay away from MLM (Multi Level Marketing), especially from SYN (Steven Yeam Network) which is a SCAM.

The story started last thursday with a rare call from my sister,

Sis: Bro, are you free this saturday morning?

Me: I think so, why?

Sis: Come, I 'll come to KL and attend a seminar in Sunway Convention Center (SunwayCC). Would you come with me?

Me: Erm, what seminar? (Common question, Must ask before you go)

Sis: It's a business (MLM like to regard themselve a business), a whole - new business concept you can't find it in Malaysia yet.

Me: Oh, got so Keng ah? (Keng = Awesome) Direct Selling izzit?

Sis: No la, You come and listen lar. Then you can see the opportunity.

Me: Hanaaa, OK lar (shouldn't had said this)

Friday night, another call from sis to reassure. I missed the call and called back.

Me: Hamisu? (What's the matter?)

Sis: Remember tomorow is 8.30am meet in Sunway Hotel.

Me: Er, actually what type of business is that?

Sis: I tell you also dunno la.

Me: If that is MLM, then I dun want to listen larr.

Sis: You hear before one com ar?

Me: Nope!

Sis: Then go and listen lar, the ticket is RM80. I pay for you.

Me: Want meh? I no money to join one leh.

Sis: Go and accompany me listen kenot ar?

Me: Hanna (Hanna = OKAY loh) (Don't want to resist already)

Next morning, I took a cab to Sunway CC and listen to the seminar. 1st speaker talk about change, investment, and risk. The 2nd speaker talk about the product, and the business model. They are selling Hi - Tech Wellness product. And the last speaker is the founder itself, Mr Steven Yeam. Keep telling about the creation of new business, Hi-Tech Wellnessm & urge the partners (Frankly, It's a downline rather than partner. They just want to make it sounds good) to make it a new phenomenon and bullshits.

What Type of Product Do They Sell?

I had been briefed on the products and given the brochure. Bur I didn't join into the GANG in the end. So, I get nothing. But I manage to remember all the products and description, take a look on the picture below.

How Do They Approach Us?

1. Firstly, they will invist us to attend a paid seminar. Of course the paid seminar will be held in some high - class venue to generate the feel that it is a legitimate business and Yes, it's big. Because got alot of people EXISTING members attended it.

2. Everyone are so ~~friendly~~ fake and passionate into lending you a helping hand. Nah! Then, they 'll ask successful member to start sharing their experience. And they like to use young people like university students to entice more youths to step into the trap.

3. They bring you to the office, I can't deny that they have poured in alot of money in such a big premise. I get my free - trial session with the E - Life machine. Wow, the machine really works. However, the CPU - sized device cost RM 25, 000. Then they 'll say, "Cheap Things Not Good, Good Things Not Cheap". (F*ck You) Then I did my research ONLINE again, I found out that a company called ELANRA which had invented the air ionizer machine 40 years ago and their product selling at less than AUD 1000. Its even 100 times more convenient than that f*cking E - Life machine which require us to sit for an hour with the risk of getting electric shock (I accidentally shock my girlfriend). (Curse The Founders of One Com meet a horrible car crash....and everyone don't have to see them again....SCAMMER and LIAR)

4. They bring you to the office, go to discussion (more like wasting your time) and then bring you home at late night. When you came home, you just don't feel like doing anything. Soon, You forget to make research on the company. Oh My God, You are the Big Fish!

5. Currently, they are promoting their new business model. They said: "we are not only MLM, we are everything. Mr Steven Yeam is a wise person. He make this business model : MBS."

- MBS? Mortgage Backed Securities? NO! Its Micro Macro Business System. MBS comprise of all business model. Ranging from Retail, MLM, Franchise, Wholesale, and Merchant. I wonder: "Is that something new? Not really. They just brought the same business model in Lampe Berger and apply it again in new SCAM"

6. The profit margin is so high. For example, selling an E - Life will earn you RM5,000 as a member only (member get 20% discount). As your position get higher, you can get more discount and earn more. It can goes up to about 50%. Have you ever think that a good businessman will mark up the price so high? And have you think that people will buy the product if they know about the price being mark up so tremendously high?

7. If you are interested, can you recruit your fren to join by just became a member? NO.

You need to become one of the franchisee, paying RM1,200 for 2 packs of E - Nutra and E Z Out. Thereafter, you can recruit anyone you like. (wtf, go die lar) Moreover, you can always buy up position, and this convince me that they are real SCAMMER.

PS: I am half way from joining the SCAM as everything comes handy, but luckily I did my own research and decide to stop after paying RM230. You shouldn't pay any money before you do research.

Why I think it is a SCAM?

I am sure that there is a group of people will think I purposely spoiling the reputation of One Com, but there are few reasons convince myself that One Com is a SCAM.

+ The introducer is reluctant to tell me what type of business they doing previously. When I asked, they said that is old business and don't want to further mention. Definitely it raise my suspicion further, so I went ONLINE and checked.
+ One Com is only two and half months old baby. Well, This new company is established by SYN (Steven Yeam Network). Do you remember the famous Lampe Berger SCAM? I think you do. The Lampe Berger SCAM is operated by the SYN.

Thus, I also believe that if a person can SCAM for 1 time. Then, there will be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, .....infinity times.
+ Everything is very clear now. SYN is established a new pyramid scheme with the name of One Com as the Lamp Berger SCAM doesn't work for them anymore. Furthermore, SYN bring all its downlines in Lampe Berger SCAM into the new One Com SCAM.
+ So, it means that there are few hundreds or thousands of people are on top of you when you are joining the One Com SCAM. Are you willing to work hard and generate income for those B*st*rds?

+ Lastly, Do you think that a genuine businessman who want to build up a good business will allow its sales agent to earn 40 - 50% of product sales price? For example, if you sell an E - Life machine then your profit will be about (40% X RM25,000 = RM10,000).

+ Please think and re-think again, is the machine worth RM25,000? The cost of manufacturing might not more than RM1,000. But they said its Korean technology, you know the price of copyright. But a "partner" can earn so much, can you guess how many percent they mark up the item? Maybe its 1000 - 2000%?

+ Haha, I personally doubt that whether people will buy such products. Nowadays, people even need to think again and again for item such as a massage chair which cost only RM3,000 - RM10,000. The price of an E - Life machine will cost about the price of Half Myvi already and RM25,000 you can make down payment for a car already. SO, HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL PAY RM25,000 FOR A DEVICE AS SMALL AS A CPU.

+ If those are sincere in promoting healthcare products to the public, then the profit margin for them shouldn't be so high. Obviously, the One Com SCAM want to reap off every cent in our pocket.

Conclusion:

I hope everyone who read this post will know a little bit about One Com and make your personal decision on their invitation. You may say I misjudged them and should give them a second chance. Well, I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

For your information, they are currently new in Malaysia and Hong Kong. The One Com SCAM will expand to Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia in 2010. Be careful my friends.

Currently my own sister being brainwashed by them. I pray for her to realize One Com is a SCAM earlier and not losing any of her friends. May God bless her.

Based on 8 October closing rate, the Ringgit further adjust to RM 3.39/ USD 1.

Moreover, many speculations on the Malaysian Central Bank to follow suit Australian Central Bank to lift the interest rate. So, the Ringgit is predicted to move up against several major currencies in coming weeks. Obviously USD is one of them.

If Ringgit appreciated from RM 3.39/ USD 1to RM 3.29/ USD 1 in coming weeks, you will lose the opportunity cost of RM 10 per USD 100 being converted into Ringgit.

* USD 100 X (RM 3.39 - RM 3.29) = RM 10 (Opportunity Cost)

Thus, I think its time for Malaysian Bloggers begin to minimize your foreign exchange exposure by cash out your adsense earnings. Apart from prevent loss, you can also capitalize your money in wise investment during the market recovering period.

Most of us "boiling porridge" during these days. "Boiling Porridge" means making long phone call. XD

When our monthly postpaid phonebill finalizing, we began to scratch our head to fork out a sum of money to "BAIL OUT" the mobile service company.

Making a long phone call will burn a hole in your pocket. So, alot people turn to Skype now. Well, you will miss the day holding the phone at bed then.

Maybe I am abit too late for telling this but it's better than i didn't.
