Heinz ist Österreicher und Koch mit Leib & Seele. Sein Beruf führte Ihn bis nach London. Er kochte in führenden Restaurants, Hotels und zuletzt als Privatkoch für eine Industriellenfamilie - als Herrschaftskoch, wie man in Österreich sagt.
Dabei hat der heute 64 Jährige das Improvisieren gelernt und mit den Zutaten gekocht, die gerade verfügbar waren. So ist auch die Idee für Lookcook entstanden. "Kochen mit dem, was gerade im Kühlschrank ist" so lautet das Motto - verknüpft mit dem umfangreichen Repertoire, der Rezeptsammlung und den Ideen des Meisterkochs.

Beeindruckende Ausblicke genießen Saunagänger auch in der Stadl Sauna - nämlich direkt auf das imposante Zugspitzmassiv von Deutschlands höchstem Berg, der Zugspitze. Direkt vom Haus geht’s los auf Wanderrouten und Biketouren in eine naturbelassene Berglandschaft mit zauberhaften Gebirgsseen. Und wer den ersten Anstieg bequemer möchte, schwebt in nur 10 Minuten zum Gipfel der Zugspitze.
