From having knees replaced, to how Bob is a bit chubby, but it could be because he's backed up. LBF was beside herself with how much others share.

(4:10 - 9:24) This guy deserves a salute, A U.S. Navy vet just lunged over 4 miles, breaking two world records in the process. He made a self-challenge and called it the Hercules challenge it contained. He prepared for the painful challenge with 12-16 hours of gym training over four to six days a week for three and a half months. LBF said the most challenging thing she's ever done was childbirth.  

(9:24 - 13:20) The other night LBF was talking about how she took an uber from South Station to Northern Ave - quick trip. My friend said You must have a great rating because usually they don't do little trips like that. Turns out she only has a 4.93 rating, most of her friends have 5. That got LBF thinking what if you had a rating for everything you did. 

(13:20 - 18:43) Today's DM Disaster is from Caitlin. She was out to dinner with her foodie friends when they made her do something that ruined the night. They went to a seafood place and had oysters, that they made Caitlin try. The second it hit her lips she instantly projectile it out onto another table. Now she had to pay for the table next to her. She's saying that with the cost of everything going up they thought this was the perfect idea! (26:46 - 30:44) Are you a hugger. You might be psycho! LBF found out that huggers are actually psychos! They have certain kinds of hugs, like a hard hug and don't let go. There's also a performance hug, it's all for show. The 3rd one is a control hug to dominate the situation.

(17:57 - 23:40) Today's DM Disaster is from Miranda! She has an odd bedtime routine; she needs to unplug every appliance in the house because she didn't want her place to catch fire. But what took it over the edge was she had her date spending the night for the first time. She ended up unplugging everything after adult time and he said it killed the mood and he ghosted her. Bob thinks he could survive if he didn't trip. LBF says if she wanted to stay alive, she wouldn't hook up with a guy because they're always the first to die.
