This open floor-plan house presented some challenges for buyers when they saw the home unstaged and unfurnished, as is the case with most open floor plan homes. Yesterday we staged this terrific Los Angeles contemporary condo in West Hollywood. We worked with the homeowner’s existing furniture, editing it and rearranging it. Then we added artwork and accessories from our home staging warehouse for the finishing touches. We opted to keep the contemporary furniture to a minimum and go with the condo’s clean, modern lines. I wanted to make sure the large, open floor-plan and gleaming hardwood floors remain key selling features.
