<p>So, I&#8217;ve been thinking about moving this site.  That kinda messes up stuff Ive already done on it, and all the links and people who know me as this domain&#8230; but I am probably leaving Memphis in a few months and don&#8217;t want my weight loss to be strictly tied to a place.  Thats silly.  So I might change it.  This site was never meant to be used as a weight loss blog anyway.  It was just a domain I had for something else that didn&#8217;t happen that I converted to my weight loss blog.  So Im thinking about changing it.  What do you think?</p>
<p>** Update ** I will be moving this site to another site that I have.  Apparently I buy more domain names than I need.  But soon this one will go away.  So I will let you guys know where I go once I get it all set up. :)</p>

<p>Also, I am starting a challenge on YouTube called the Lucky 7 Challenge. It started yesterday, 7/7/08, and the goal is to lose 7 pounds during teh next seven weigh ins, which the last one is in August.  So, yeah.  Bye bye to seven more pounds this summer.  That is definitely doable. :)  I am just happy to finally have a positive weigh in&#8230; they lately have been depressing.  </p>

<p>I could have just turned away.  Drank some water.  But I didn&#8217;t.  I savored those yummy treats that are so bad for me.  Mmm, taste those calories. Not very helpful to the weight loss effort, haha.</p>
<p>Oh well, thats over now. At least I dont have stuff like that at my house because apparently willpower is not something I have developed yet.  I will work on that&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I always forget about the Healthy You Challenge check ins until the next day which makes me one of the last to sign in always.</p>
<p>This week has been better than the last couple because I finally got back on track.  The last two months were super hectic, but now they are over and I have an easy summer as far as my schedule goes.  So I decided to get back in the saddle and start exercising again.  And let me tell you - it feels great!  Yesterday I swam for thirty minutes and today I biked for thirty.  :)  My body feels better already. </p>
<p>Foodwise, not much has changed.  Ive been eating a little healthier, but food is always my biggest enemy.  When I have lots of free time its even worse because I look for something to do and food is always convenient.  Ugh.</p>
<p>Im facing up to some feelings that I didn&#8217;t even know I had.  Mainly - FEAR.  I am scared to lose weight and see what I am without this long time fat suit companion of mine.  I am still thinking through this so I will probably right more on it later. </p>
<p>All in all its a good week to be back on track! Woohoo!</p>

<p>It has been really hard for me to find the motivation to leave the house and go get a workout in.  Im doing the self employed thing right now, so my schedule is very flexible.  Its not that I don&#8217;t have time to leave the house and work out.  Its just that I can&#8217;t seem to make myself do it. </p>
<p>This whole situation makes me sad because exercising is usually my favorite part about staying healthy and losing weight.  But I stopped for a while with finals and graduation and a trip afterwards&#8230; and now&#8230;. now my body doesnt seem to remember the joy it got from working hard.  It seems stuck in lazy mode.  And my brain is all to happy to support the decision to stay lazy. </p>
<p>I know that if I don&#8217;t get back out there no one is going to make me.  And if I don&#8217;t start again I will NEVER run a 5k like I want to.  Which not being able to run the race I had planned because of other commitments threw me off.  Once I realized I wasnt going to get to run that I kind of gave up my training.  Apparently I need to find a new 5k race to have as a goal and make sure no other event conflict with the date! </p>
<p>At home I have very little support or motivation.  I always work out alone  because none of my friends want to go.  I will have to motivate myself and that has been hard to do lately.  Very hard to do.  This lack of motivation is really hurting me.  I haven&#8217;t worked out in an entire week!  Here is to hoping I talk myself into working out today.  My body could use a good bout of exercise.</p>

<p>In 8 weeks she went from 218 lbs to 170 lbs, losing 47.5 pounds and 21.79% body fat.  Thats a pretty intense two months.</p>
<p>These are the reasons she gave in the beginning for wanting to be the Biggest Loser in Memphis:</p>
<p> <font color="#000000">5. To fit into an airline/theatre/bus/whatever seat without spilling over and without having to see “that look” from the person who has to sit beside you.</font><font color="#000000">4. To not worry about being decapitated in my car with my seat belt on if I should be in an accident.</p>
<p>3. To have a bra fit comfortably and to be able to buy underwear at Victoria’s Secret rather than at “Tubby the Underwear Guy”.</p>
<p>2. To be able to use toilet paper as it was meant to be used and not to have to invent ways to “get the job done”.</p>
<p>2 1/2. To not have to watch TV news reports on fat people in hopes that I haven’t been caught on camera!</p>
<p>1. Because with all the hard work, dedication, and the amount of weight I will have lost I will deserve to be Memphis’ Biggest Loser!<br />
 </p>
