I am back. It's been 4 months or so since my last entry, I don't really know why I stopped posting, it wasn't a conscience decision as such, I just, well, life happened, life took over, work took over, general every day shit that bogs you down. My internet connection is on the blink, hence no posting. This one is a covert one from work during my break. I didn't go back to the meeting this Monday. I made a decision at last weekend not to go and I stuck to it. Well, I lost a total of 4 and 3 quarter pounds - which I am crookedly rounding up to a nice round 5 pounds! - what's 0.25 of a pound between friends eh?!?!
