Today, at 7:00PM I started to write it. 3500 words, one quick edit and a conversion to PDF, here it is almost 11:00, and I’m ready to roll it out.

It’s not perfect, it’s less than 4 hours of effort. But, I hope you enjoy it and think it is fun. I had fun dashing it off, my first real writing in a month.

As any regular reader of this blog must know, I have nothing but love for my fellow Torontonian podiobook author James Melzer, but I’m starting to get worried about him.  I just got sent some weird footage, like he’s having a breakdown or something. Now, I have know idea what’s going on here. I have heard rumours, speculation, and innuendo floating around Twitter. The INVASION is related to The Zombie Chronicles, but it’s not book two. I mean, he just started to write book two, so it can’t be that!

It also appears that The INVASION is spreading. Who knows who it will hit before June 17th? Thats two weeks away.

Finally it has happened. After years of waiting and wondering when they would catch up with me, I have been comitted to the Brink.  I finally snapped after working on this freaking episode for so long (as of this writing it is currently crashing Audacity every time I try to edit it, so we will see if I ever get this up!)

Story So Far: I totally forgot to do one. Jeebus this episode is making me mad. So, Coyote and Anansi try to have a civilized dinner, but Kanene realizes that something is amiss and drugs Coyote. Anansi uses the Baron’s hat and bones to transport them to the library, where they warn Judy. Thinking his friends are safe, Anansi is ambused by Pritchard.

Promos: None this week, I just can’t edit anymore!

Yes, there should be a new episode today. Yes, it is March Break, and I am a teacher and therefore off so I should have nothing but time.

But, I accidentally deleted the episode. Not just deleted it, formatted the SD card it was on.

See, the thing is, my in-laws are visiting, and March Break is about 100000 times more busy for me than an average week, so I cleverly recorded a few episodes in advance, so I would be ready. Then I had some computer problems on my production machine, and I ended up erasing this weeks episode.

Which sucks, because I really nailed a character’s voice.

So, I can’t record again until Monday at the earliest. Maybe next week will be a double episode week, because I feel silly holding things up.

Here is the deal. I’m starting to get a bit of a following here, people are checking out Lost Gods on a semi-regular basis, and listening to the podcasts and everything, which is super. But I have a problem, I need to come up catchy nickname so I know what to call you all.

It’s like this. J.C. Hutchins has his Beta Clone Army, and (New York Times Bestselling Author) Scott Sigler? His fans are so into what he does that they are called Junkies. Now I’m not saying that any of you people are as fanatic for my stuff as people are for those guys, I mean, they are both awesome, and their success is well deserved, but I think a lack of a nickname for people who listen to this story is holding me back. A catchy nickname will do wonders for this podcast, and perhaps even boost your self esteem as well! No longer will you be lost and alone on the road of life, you will be able to hold your head up high, and say “I am a Lostie!” or something like that. Apparently “Lostie” is the nickname for the fans of some television show, so that one is out. But I need something.

Here is where you come in. I’m so busy podcasting the story that I have no time left to be creative anymore, I need YOU to come up with that special, special name that will help identify those who are in the know (the select group of people who listen to Lost Gods) and the rest of the world (the 99.9999999% of the population who apparently “have better things to do with their time”).

So, here is the challenge. You come up with a catchy name. A day late and a dollar short. Missed posting yesterday, sorry about that. I am now officially on holiday mode! Also, I rented Spider-Man, Web of Shadows for the Wii, and got a little wrapped up in it!

So, now that my forearm is all sore from to much swinging through New York, I am free to resume the podcast. Here is Chapter Five, the PDF!

I’m actually not sure if Story So Far-er is the official title, I will have to look into that.

In other news, I am still not well, so the snappy chatter that prefaces the episode is at a minimum, but to balance that, I have included EXCLUSIVE CONTENT! I had the opportunity to interview MWS some time ago (I think it was April or so) and I was not able to use the content, until now.
