You’re right Carren. You can either go to the Philippine Embassy (Ottawa) or Consulate General (Toronto) in Ontario. It will depend on your location (eg. northern, eastern). Check the website on the post for more information.

I missed mine as well 40 days after receiving the email. I emailed the officer to request the reschedule, he said I will be recheduled in due course which I am not sure how long it means.

Great! I enrolled in one of his courses : Preparing Canadian Income Tax Return. It was easy to follow and understand. Every now and then I read comments and answers regarding the course although I was done with the course. So that’s extra information for me without added cost.
