The topic of living without fear has always been a fascinating one, since most people are plagued by one or more fear. I bought a lecture recording from Ramtha about this topic, his lecture was extremely disappointing to me offering no practical advices. Ramtha basically said that we cannot be truly happy if we have fear, it was filled with some of his stories. In fact, that recording was so disappointing that I decided to stop to listen to Ramtha for good.

Back to square one, fear seems to be born out of ignorance, usually, disastrous conditions are projected upon a place, an event , a person or a group. Europeans are scared of foreigners because they know nothing about them. It is like when one of my Spanish friend went on holiday in Senegal before she left some guy told her that she could get raped over there. However, as far as rape statistic are concerned Spain has the 14th place worldwide per capita , it makes Spain the second European country with the highest rape rate just behind UK. Now, the popular opinion in these two countries is that if their girls go to place like Senegal they will get raped. They are projecting their own demons upon a group of people.
Usually, if you fear something outside of yourself this thing is a symbol representing your own inner conflict. Therefore, the source for a fear is to be found inside. If you fear homosexuality because it is strange, you certainly have issue with aspect of yourself that you find strange.
I believe that in practical terms to live without fear an individual has to have a close look at his beliefs and precisely those causing fear. You might have GRAND time by writing a large list of all your fears and going through a release process for them such as EFT or other.

“You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already. Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.” O Brien (1984, George Orwell)

In the book 1984 written by George Orwell there is a torture chamber called room 101 where prisoners meet their worst fear, their worst nightmare. People talk about doing extraordinary things like teleportation, shape-shifting and more. If we want to do something extraordinary our room 101 must be empty, people talk about contacting their higher self or having out of body experience yet, if they fail it is because of fear.

I think that having a deep understanding on our beliefs can help us to transcend some of the most limiting ones. I like what Datre says about fear in transcript:

The minute you name something, you set up fear. And setting up fear aggravates whatever you found out that you’ve got. I’m not trying to be hard on you, but I’m trying to show you how differently you can look at things. Your belief system is stronger than you have any idea. If you believe, that everything is going to be okay, and you really truly believe that, it will be. And everything you filter through your belief system will be okay - you’ve set it up that way. You believe it, and believing it, it is so. So that is why we say, be an OBSERVER, because you also have to observe ‘your’ actions and reactions. Otherwise, how are you going to find your present ‘belief’ system and make changes? (session 148)

Maturity is when you have come to term with your religion, your ethnicity, your social groups. When you are finished with all these things you can mature. Starting to learn about yourself from that standpoint is very beneficial because you no longer need to pay attention to any of the rules from these groups that you have chosen to imprison yourself.
See , may be you are a so-called African-American or a WASP, if you have to live your life by the rules of these groups, it is really impossible to be your true self on the same vein you do not grow adult by holding the hand of your father.

During this journey of evolution, we have at some point let go of past relationships, this is what I started to do last week, I bought a mp3 called the Freedom exercises from Story Waters and Lee Harris. I did the release drill on my way to Portugal little I knew that this exercise actually does work powerfully. …

I felt nothing special during the exercise itself, however, I understood the teaching for me in it. I had to let go of past relationship and release attachment. There is really no point to stay in spiritual infancy!
I came to a term with many thing already for instance, I don’t understand the nationality concept, it is a rotten thing from my standpoint, I do not want it. I met an African guy in Lisbon, he really wanted to know where I m born , where my parent were born, I do not care about any of these things, it is irrelevant, YOU DO NOT GO THERE BY STAYING HERE.
You do not want to leave your hometown because you are afraid to lose the connection to your parents and friends ? As you evolve you will no longer be compatible with your past relationships , you might attempt to keep them by fearing to be alone or something, but, it will not work.

I made a lot of new friends in Portugal, that was good because when I came back home in Valencia, two of my oldest so-called friends brutally left my life

This is where I understood that the process in the Freedom mp3 works, I knew deep in myself that I had to let go of these two people, they left my life in a rather brutal and violent manner.
Due to the violent manner they left, they understand themselves that they have no chance to ever come back. Which is fine by me!

Ask yourself if they are people you need to let go/release in your life ?

Some people involve themselves in romance then it end but they mentally continue the relationship on a mental level for years, this type of relationship needs to be released.
If you have resentment toward someone , it needs to be released.
If you feel , you could have build something with someone but for some reason it didn’t work out at the time, you really have to let go of that one too.
What hold people back is the past energy they keep recycling and using as base material to create their reality.
If Gary hurt you 15 years ago there is no point to recreate the wound in various forms and various relationships, let go of Gary completely.

One of my best day if not my best day ! was the one I had in Sintra at the Palacio Da Pena, it was an expensive day because everything has a high price in Sintra, restaurant, Palacio entrance, bus and train.
But it was worth it. I had an awesome day there.
