Transit of Venus

One of the rarest astronomical phenomena, a transit of Venus, will occur on the evening of Tuesday, June 5. Similar to a solar eclipse, Venus will move across the face of the sun and block light from the sun to Earth. The planet's transit -- the last Venus transit until 2117 -- will take about six and a half hours to travel across the face of the sun. It will be viewable from many places around the world, and this map shows global viewing locations.

The transit of Venus also demonstrates how scientists on NASA's Kepler mission are detecting planets beyond our solar system. NASA's Kepler space telescope measures the change in brightness from distant stars when a planet passes or transits in front of the star. From the transit data, scientists can determine the size of the planet, the length of its year and calculate the distance the planet is from its star. Kepler has confirmed 61 planets and more than 2,300 planet candidates using the transit method.

"Tahrir Square" The Egyptian Revolution

At the center of Tahrir Square is a large and busy traffic circle. On the north-east side is a plaza with a statue of nationalist hero Omar Makram, celebrated for his resistance against Napoleon I's invasion of Egypt, and beyond is the Omar Makram

The square is the northern terminus of the historic Qasr al-Ayni Street, the western terminus of Talaat Harb Street, and via Qasr al-Nil Street crossing its southern portion it has direct access to the Qasr al-Nil Bridge crossing the nearby Nile River.

The area around Tahrir Square includes the Egyptian Museum, the National Democratic Party-NDP headquarters building, the Mogamma government building, the Headquarters of the Arab League building, the Nile Hotel, and the original downtown campus of the American University in Cairo.

The Cairo Metro serves Tahrir Square with the Sadat Station, which is the downtown junction of the system's two lines, linking to Giza, Maadi, Helwan, and other districts and suburbs of Greater Cairo. Its underground access viaducts provide the safest routes for pedestrians crossing the broad roads of the heavily trafficked square.

Tahrir Square has been the traditional site for numerous major protests and demonstrations over the years, including the 1977 Egyptian Bread Riots, and the March 2003 protest against the War in Iraq.

Tahrir Square was the focal point of the 2011 Egyptian Revolution against former president Hosni Mubarak.Over 50,000 protesters first occupied the square on 25 January, during which the area's wireless services were reported to be impaired.In the following days Tahrir Square continued to be the primary destination for protests in Cairo.On 29 January Egyptian fighter aircraft flew low over the people gathered in the square. On 30 January, the seventh day of the protests, BBC and other correspondents reported that the number of demonstrators had grown to at least 100,000,and on 31 January Al Jazeera correspondents reported that the demonstrations had grown to at least 250,000 people.On 1 February, Al Jazeera reported that more than 1 million protesters peacefully gathered in the square and adjacent streets.

The square became established as a focal point and a symbol for the ongoing Egyptian democracy demonstrations. On 2 February violence erupted between the pro-Mubarak and pro-democracy demonstrators here, followed by the 3 February 'Friday of Departure' demonstration, one of the named "day of" events centered in the square. Within a week, due to international media coverage, the image and name of Tahrir Square became known worldwide.

The 18-day revolt centered in the square — led by the young people of Egypt and joined by citizens of all ages, genders, and classes — succeeded in removing Mubarak from power on Friday 11 February 2011, when the president officially stepped down from office. The announcement that Mubarak had passed all authority to the Council of the Armed Forces, was made by longtime intelligence chief and new vice president Omar Suleiman.Tahrir Square erupted in a night-long celebration after the twilight announcement, with shouts such as "Lift your head up high, you're Egyptian," "Everyone who loves Egypt, come and rebuild Egypt," and others. The next day Egyptian Cairen women and men came to clean up the square, "they came and cleaned up after their revolution," relaying 'projectiles' in the cobblestone paving and removing eighteen day's worth of trash and graffiti.

Metropoliya, a 1.6 million sq m sustainable development valued at over $3 billion, in the Russian capital of Moscow, has obtained approval to proceed with project planning by city officials managing the 2025 vision for the General Plan of Development of Moscow.

Based on cutting edge Japanese sustainable technology the huge ‘city-within-a-city' Metropoliya project features a colossal mixed use development several kilometres from the Kremlin. Metropoliya will utilise the latest ‘green' technology available by architecture practice Nikken Sekkei of Japan.

Mitsuo Nakamura, President and CEO of Nikken Sekkei, said: "Our sustainable design technology can reduce energy consumption by up to 60%. This is critical considering Moscow's extreme range of temperatures throughout the year, from minus 9 degrees centigrade to over 23 degrees centigrade." The focus of the Metropoliya project - grouped around 12 buildings connected by green public spaces - will be sustainability and energy efficiency with a low carbon footprint.

"Although the news has only just been made official, the preliminary notification coincided with our participation alongside Nikken Sekkei at Cityscape Global Exhibition in Dubai. We were delighted with the response we received from regional investors," said Oleg Korol, CEO of the Metropol Development, developer of the Project.

Moreover GCC investors will have been warmed by a recent report by real estate analyst CBRE, which estimated that the Russian property market would witness robust and consistent growth from 2012, which should coincide with the start of construction on the site.

A Super-City Within Dubai

As the inexorable juggernaut of Dubai ‘s construction boom wears on amid a turbulent economic era, the city recently unveiled an incredible new development that is intended to cement its status as “a global city of the future”. Master-planned by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and developed by Meraas , Jumeira Gardens is a modern megopolis that will feature no fewer than three soaring superstructures designed by AS + GG : 1 Dubai, Park Gate, and 1 Park Avenue. Although the super-massive project will consume approximately $95 billion, it’s encouraging to see that the entire community has been designed with sustainability in mind.

Conceived as “an integrated city within a city”, Jumeira Gardens is designed to be a mixed-use development that incorporates low, medium, and high-density zones for business, residences, retail, leisure, and recreation. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill master-planned the East Park Zone, while Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill master-planned the Atrium City area. Although plans are still being finalized, Meraas Development has confirmed that “‘Green’ buildings and construction, resource conservation and overall sustainability will inform every aspect of this new district, with tools such as intelligent infrastructure technology and cutting-edge eco design serving to reduce the district’s collective ecological footprint.”

Chicago-based Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture are credited with designing scores of other structures that incorporate sustainable strategies . The centerpiece of Jumeira Gardens will be 1 Dubai, A tri-partite skyscraper that will rise to 3281 feet, making it the third structure tower in the UAE. Its soaring towers will be connected by a series of glass suspension sky-bridges.

Park Gate comprises six mid-rise towers that are arranged in facing pairs. A hanging garden canopy stretches between each set of structures, providing shade and cooling the neighborhood by as much as 10 degrees centigrade.

The smooth curves of 1 Park Avenue evoke Dubai’s historic relationship with the Arabian Gulf. The 1,800 foot tower will incorporate solar panels, wind turbines, and a variety of other sustainable strategies in its design.

Excavation for Jumeira Gardens has already begun, and the development is expected to take 12 years to complete.

In 1906, Empain established the Cairo Electric Railways and Heliopolis Oases Company, which bought a very large stretch of desert (25 square kilometres) to the northwest of Cairo at a low price from the colonial government.Commencing in 1906-07 this company proceeded with the building of the new town of Heliopolis, in the desert ten kilometers from the center of Cairo. It was designed as a "city of luxury and leisure", with broad avenues and equipped with all necessary conveniences and infrastructure; water, drains, electricity, hotel facilities, such as the Heliopolis Palace Hotel (now the presidential palace of Hosni Mubarak) and Heliopolis House, and recreational amenities including a golf course, racetrack and park. In addition, there was housing for rent, offered in a range of innovative design types targeting specific social classes with detached and terraced villas, apartment buildings, tenement blocks with balcony access and workers' bungalows.

Today, Baron Empain is perhaps best known by modern visitors to Egypt for the building of a palace (the Palais Hindou) in the Avenue des Palais (renamed Orouba Avenue in the Nasser era) Heliopolis, Egypt. Inspired by Angkor Wat in Cambodia and the Hindu temples of Orissa, the Baron Empain palace was designed by French architect Alexandre Marcel (1860-1928) and decorated by Georges-Louis Claude (1879-1963), with construction being completed in 1911.

In 1905, Empain assisted the Belgian government in the purchase of an Old Kingdom mastaba for the royal museum in Brussels, of which he was a benefactor. In 1907 he received the title of Baron, and also suggested to Belgian Egyptologist Jean Capart that he excavate at Heliopolis, where his building constructions were underway. He also made it possible for Capart to acquire some fine ancient artefacts for the Brussels Museum.

When it's completed, Waterstudio’s Floating & Rotating Hotel Tower will rise 25 stories off the coast of Dubai. The Amsterdam-based architecture firm specializes in waterborne projects, and its 100-meter hotel concept will be a feat of engineering made with glass and steel, featuring a boulevard ring that connects the shore with the hotel and a floating foundation that measures only 19 feet in depth. The hotel will also rotate one-degree every minute or so, meaning it will be a truly remarkable experience for those privileged enough to enjoy a stay.

Palm Trilogy:
Many know Palm Jumeirah as an international icon, but few realize that it was created help solve Dubai's beach shortage. The Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum drew a sketch of a palm tree, realizing its fronds would provide more beach frontage than a traditional circular island. There’s something fascinating about ancient cities that makes you want to explore everything they have to offer. If you, too, love to explore ancient civilizations or what remains of them, we have put together a list of the 10 oldest cities in the world that are still standing, reminiscent of how people lived millenniums ago.

10. Lisbon, Portugal (2000 B.C.?)

Set on seven low hills, on the north banks of the River Tagus, Lisbon’s charm is strongly linked to the past. Lisbon was first inhabited by Iberian people, responsible for building the megaliths. After centuries of growing, Lisbon is now one of the liveliest cities in Europe. The renovated palaces, magnificent churches and Art Nouveau buildings are just a few of the things that make up the city’s cultural heritage. There’s an impressive collection of ancient and modern art in many of the city’s museums such as the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, the National Coach Museum, and the Carmo Archaeological Museum. 9. Luxor, Egypt (before 2160 B.C.)

Luxor, previously known as the ancient city of Thebes, the glorious city of the God Amon Ra, has been a hot tourist destination since tourism began. The area started attracting tourists ever since the Greek and Roman periods. Luxor is one of the most popular cities in Egypt, its stars being the monuments of Luxor, Karnak, Hatshepsut and Ramses III. There’s no wonder the city is often referred to as the world’s greatest open air museum, having a great number of well-preserved monuments. The city in itself actually consists of three distinct areas: the City of Luxor on the East side of the Nile, the town of Karnak and Thebes on the west side of the Nile, across from Luxor. You can bargain your way for anything in the city’s bazaar or enjoy the vegetarian paradise Luxor’s restaurants offer its tourists.

8. Asyut, Egypt (before 2160 B.C.)

Located 375km south of Cairo, Asyut is the largest town in Upper Egypt and the first settled in Pharaonic times. Today, Asyut is the region’s most important agricultural center and home of the third largest university in Egypt. The city has almost 400,000 inhabitant . It is said that Virgin Mary appeared in Asyut. Banana Island is a great place to relax, while the 19th century barrage on the North Edge of the city is a popular destination among tourists.

7. Xi’an, China (2205 B.C.?)

With a history of over 3,000 years, the city is one of the most important in Chinese history, being one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. Xi’an, the eternal city, enjoys fame equal to that of other famous cities such as Athens, Cairo, or Rome. The abundance of relics and sites of important cultural significance gained the city the title of a Natural History Museum. Furthermore, the Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is often referred to as “the eighth major miracle of the world”. The City Wall of the Ming Dynasty is the most well-preserved towns in the world of that period while the Famen Temple holds the finger bones of Sakyamuni — the founder of Buddhism. All in all, Xi’an is one of the most valuable places to get a taste of ancient China and their traditions.

6. Giza, Egypt (before 2568 B.C.)

“From atop these pyramids, forty centuries look down upon you.” — Napoleon Bonaparte to his soldiers before the Battle of Giza, 1798. Contrary to popular belief, Giza is a city in itself, but which got absorbed by the rapidly developing metropolis of Cairo. It holds one of the most important attractions in Egypt – the Pyramids of Giza, coupled with the Sphinx at the base of the Giza plateau. Giza’s desert plateau will be part of the Grand Museum of Egypt, a project to be completed in 2012 that will replace the Egyptian Museum in Midan Tahrir.

5. Konya, Turkey (2600 B.C.?)

Located 250 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 500 km from the Black Sea, at an altitude of over 1000 meters in the Anatolian steppe, Konya is one of Turkey’s most fascinating cities, full of mosques and museums. One of the most popular museums is the Green Mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi, a great Turkish poet. Konya has a vast array of historical finds, kept in several museums, such as the Archaeological Museum, the Koyunoglu Museum or the Ethnographical Museum.

4. Zurich, Switzerland (3000 B.C.?)

Switzerland’s biggest city and one of the oldest cities in Europe, Zurich was established in Roman times under the name Turicum. Traces of these times can be found throughout the Old Town – narrow streets filed with antique shops, boutiques and cafes. Shopping is concentrated around the famous Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Europe. Besides shopping, you can explore the city’s culture by visiting Grossmünster or Fraumünster – two old churches with amazing interiors, the Swiss National Museum or Kunsthaus, another popular museum. Head down to Aussersihl – a newly developed area filled with bars, clubs, restaurants where you can get a taste of the real Swiss life. After seeing the city, you’ll surely find out why it was named the city with the best quality of life in the world.

3. Kirkuk, Iraq (3000 B.C.?)

With archaeological remains that are over 5,000 years old, Kirkuk is an important city for the Kurdish identity and also the center of the Iraqi petroleum industry. While it may not be the most inviting tourist destination, Kirkuk stands on the site of the ancient Assyrian, once being the battlegrounds for three empires, Assyria, Babylonia, and Media that took turns controlling the city. Sights include the citadel, the tomb of Prophet Daniel, and Al Qaysareyah Market. If you want to go back in time and see the remains of the ancient city, visit archaeological sites of Qal’at Jarmo and Yorgan Tepe, located at the outskirts of the city.

2. Jerusalem, Israel (3000 B.C.?)

A holy city for three different religions – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, Jerusalem is the place where ancient values combine with modern culture to bring a fascinating metropolis. Jerusalem is divided into three parts – West Jerusalem, the rapidly developing commercial part of the city, East Jerusalem – home for the majority of the Arab population, and the Old City – a truly breathtaking location, declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. Once you get tired of sightseeing, you can check out the marketplace, a place teeming with tourist shops.

The capital city of Gaziantep Province informally known as Antep is the oldest city that’s still standing, with a history dating back to the Hittites period. More info: We have seen tall buildings, we have seen strange buildings, but have you seen buildings in motion that actually change their shape? Sounds unbelievable but not to Dr. David Fisher.

Visionary architect Dr. David Fisher is the creator of the world’s first building in motion - the revolutionary Dynamic Tower. It will adjust itself to the sun, wind, weather and views by rotating each floor separately.

This building will never appear exactly the same twice.

It is amazing but you will have the choice of waking up to sunrise in your bedroom and enjoying sunsets over the ocean at dinner.

In addition to being such an incredible engineering miracle it will produce energy for itself and even for other buildings because it will have wind turbines fitted between each rotating floor (picture 2). So an 80-story building will have up to 79 wind turbines, making it a true green power plant.

The Dynamic Tower in Dubai will be 1,380 feet (420 meters) tall, 80 floors, apartments will range in size from 1,330 square feet (124 square meters), to Villas of 12,900 square feet (1,200 square meters) complete with a parking space inside the apartment. It will consist of offices, a luxury hotel, residential apartments, and the top 10 floors will be for luxury villas located in a prime location in Dubai.

قالت مسؤولة ملف مصر والمشرق العربي بوزارة الخارجية الأمريكية نيكول شامبين، إن بلادها لن تدعم الرئيس السابق للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية محمد البرادعي، إذا قرر خوض الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة في مصر.

وقالت شامبين إن أمريكا لا تهتم بالشخصيات التي ستخوض الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة، وإنما تساند الإصلاحيين.

وتابعت ان بلادها حريصة على ضرورة إجراء انتخابات نزيهة وشفافة دون أي تجاوزات أو مخالفات، ونفس الحال في الانتخابات البرلمانية التي ستجرى نهاية العام الحالي، لافتة إلى أن الرئيس المقبل لمصر سيكون اختيار الشعب المصري.

ويقود البرادعي تحالفا من الاحزاب المعارضة والناشطين أقيم هذا الاسبوع لجمع التأييد الشعبي لاصلاح نظام سياسي أبقى الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك في السلطة لما يقرب من ثلاثة عقود.

وقال محمد البرادعي المدير السابق للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والمرشح المحتمل للرئاسة في مصر يوم السبت إن التغيير الديمقراطي يعتمد بقوة على الشبان.

وتجلى أغلب التأييد الظاهر للبرادعي على موقع فيسبوك وفي مجموعات أخرى على الانترنت. وأحد هذه المجموعات انضم اليها أكثر من 130 ألفا وهو ضعف العدد الذي كان قبل وصول البرادعي الى مصر في 19 من فبراير شباط.

وقال البرادعي ان هدفه الاول هو "حشد أكبر قدر من التأييد الظاهر على الانترنت ومن خلال وسائل أخرى للتغيير الديمقراطي."

وردا على سؤال حول وجود دعم أمريكي للأقباط من شأنه التدخل في الشأن الداخلي المصري، قالت شامبين، إن ما يحدث للأقباط في مصر يعتبر أمراً مريعاً وأحداثاً مؤسفة.

وطالبت بضرورة تطبيق القانون الجنائي ضد الأشخاص، الذين يقومون بأفعال تصفها الحكومة المصرية بـ(الفردية)، وأن تكون الأحكام القضائية رادعة ومانعة لأي أحداث مستقبلية، بعيدا عن اجتماعات الصلح العرفي.

وكشفت شامبين أن مسؤولين في الخارجية الأمريكية التقوا مسؤولين بالحكومة المصرية مؤخرا، للتعبير عن أسف الخارجية لما يحدث لبعض المدونين وحبسهم على ذمة قضايا، مشيرة إلى أن ذلك يلحق الضرر بحقوق الإنسان.

وحول المعونة الأمريكية المقدمة لمصر، قالت لابد من استمرارها، بالإضافة إلى المساعدات العسكرية التي تمثل نحو 1.3 مليار دولار.

وأشارت شامبين إلى ضرورة توجيه المعونة الاقتصادية في المستقبل لتطوير التعليم والاستثمار في البشر، بعد أن ساهمت المعونة لنحو 30 عاما في مشروعات البنية التحتية.

وأضافت أن الإصلاح الاقتصادي المصري يسير بشكل جيد باعتراف البنك الدولي، أما الإصلاحات السياسية فإدارة الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما أوضحت لكل دول العالم أن الولايات المتحدة ستساند التحول الديمقراطي ومشاركة الشعوب بشكل أكبر في العمل السياسي وإرساء المبادئ الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان.

والبرادعي (67 عاما) واحد من أشهر الشخصيات المصرية في العالم بعد أن رأس الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية وأحدث حراكا في السياسة المصرية باعلانه عن احتمال خوضه للانتخابات الرئاسية عام 2011 في حالة ضمان نزاهتها.

وقال البرادعي الذي قضى سنوات طويلة خارج البلاد "سأرشح نفسي فقط اذا التحم الشعب حولي."

وقال ان بناء التأييد على الانترنت من الممكن أن تكون له تأثيرات تصاعدية كما تستهدف الجمعية الوطنية من أجل التغيير التي يتزعمها البرادعي حشد التأييد من خلال وسائل مختلفة بين الذين لا يستخدمون الانترنت في مصر حيث يعيش خمس عدد السكان البالغ 78 مليون نسمة على أقل من دولار واحد يوميا.

ولكي يرشح البرادعي نفسه اشترط ضمانات لنزاهة الانتخابات وتغييرات في دستور يجعل من المستحيل على أي شخص أن يرشح نفسه دون دعم الحزب الوطني الديمقراطي الحاكم.

ويقول محللون ان فرص تنفيذ هذه الشروط قبل انتخابات 2011 بعيدة.

وأحدثت الدعوة للتغيير زخما حول انتخابات 2005 الرئاسية وسط ضغوط أمريكية باتجاه المزيد من الديمقراطية في المنطقة.

وبالرغم من ذلك ندر أن تزيد أعداد المتظاهرين في الشوارع على بضع مئات وتبددت الحركة تحت وطأة القبضة الامنية مع خفوت حماس واشنطن للتغيير السياسي.

وقال البرادعي "سيستغرق تحويل مصر الى ديمقراطية وقتا طويلا" وأضاف أن مصريين كثيرين "يخشون" الافصاح عن رأيهم.

The Vatican is due to publish a letter from Pope Benedict XVI to Irish Catholics, asking forgiveness for paedophilic abuse by priests

The pastoral letter is the first public statement by the Vatican on the sexual abuse of children dating back decades.

It follows revelations of paedophilia within the Irish Catholic Church, which have rocked the institution.

Scandals involving Catholic priests have been reported in other countries, including the Pope's native Germany.

The Vatican recently denounced attempts to link the Pope to a child sex scandal in Germany

His former diocese has only said that he once unwittingly approved housing for a priest accused of child abuse.

In recent months paedophile scandals have also rocked the Church in the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.

The BBC's David Willey in Rome says that by implication, the measures decided by the Pope will have a much wider application than Ireland alone.

'Healing process'

The Pope's letter will be published on the Vatican website at noon (1100 GMT) on Saturday.

It has also been sent to the bishops of Ireland so it can be read out at Masses across the country on Sunday

The Pope has said he hopes it will "help in the process of repentance, healing and renewal".

The message is expected to express contrition for what he himself has already described as shameful and hateful behaviour by some priests.

It will include guidelines on preventing and punishing sexual abuse of children by priests.

Victims rights groups are demanding an assurance by the Pope that there will be no further cover ups by his bishops.

They also want a clear instruction that it is the responsibility of local church hierarchies to inform the police about cases of paedophilia by priests which come to their notice, as well as to report them back to Rome

Google Launches Virtual World Called Lively

Well, this sucks for Second Life . Google is launching a new service today called Lively , a browser based virtual world add-on that lets users create and customize avatars and worlds, interact with other users, and generally have a richer social interaction than is offered by GTalk today.

Worlds can be embedded into web pages, although only Windows users on IE or Firefox can view them, after an add-on download and installation. Mac and Linux users will have to wait for now.

Google has created a number of sample rooms that can be copied and altered, or users can start from scratch and build their own world. Furniture and other items can be added and moved around. Avatars can talk to each other, do things like dance and shake hands, and manipulate objects (in a demo, my avatar was able to blow up drums of toxic waste by double clicking on them. Users can also, of course, chat with each other - GTalk is the underlying chat engine.

كشف علماء بريطانيون أن إناث الأسماك يمكن أن ترمين بأنفسهن في أحضان الخطر هربا من ملاحقة الذكور المعجبين بهن.
وأشار باحثو جامعة اكسيتر البريطانية في العدد الأخير من مجلة "بيولوجي ليترس" العلمية المقرر إلى أنهم اكتشفوا خلال إحدى التجارب التي أجروها في جزيرة ترينيداد بمنطقة الكاريبي أن إناث الأسماك هربت من المضايقة الجنسية من قبل ذكورها إلى مياه أكثر عمقا رغم تعرضها هناك لخطر الأسماك المفترسة.

وأشار فريق الباحثين تحت إشراف البروفيسور دارين كروفت أن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يكتشفون فيها هذا التصرف لإناث الأسماك الملونة في جزيرة ترينيداد حيث تبين أن ذكورها ظلت تعيش بالقرب من سطح المياه الأكثر أمنا من الأعماق.

وذكر الباحثون أن إناث الأسماك الملونة كانت في أماكنها القريبة من سطح المياه عندما تتأكد من عدم وجود أفراد من ذكور جنسها المعروفين بإلحاحهم الجنسي.

يشار أن هذا النوع من الأسماك محب للتزاوج بكثرة

فكرة البرنامج:
رمضان غيرني هو احد برامج مركز حلول للاستشارات والتدريب ، و ترتكز فكرة البرنامج على أن رمضان يمر علينا سنوات طوالا نصومه فيها، وأنّه فرصة للتغيير والانطلاق نحو الأسمى في سلوكنا وأفكارنا، وأنه من خلال رمضان نستطيع تغيير الصفات والعادات السلبية، ولكن؟!
من خلال النظر في الساحة لا نرى وسيلة علمية دقيقة يستطيع فيها الشخص معرفة مقدار التغير بطريقة علمية واضحة! وبالتالي.. جاء هذا البرنامج محتوياً على اختبارات نفسية (لمن يشترك فقط) بحيث يقوم المشترك بأداء هذا الاختبار من خلال الموقع (ما بين 1 إلى 3 رمضان) بحيث يعتبر الاختبار المقام في هذه الفترة هو الاختبار القبلي.

2- عقد النية على التغيير.
3- التقييم الذاتي.
4- تنمية الذات.
5- التعاطف الاجتماعي.
6- ضبط الانفعال .
7- ادارة الوقت في رمضان.
8- الايجابية.
9- الصفاء النفسي.
10- الجائزة.
11- الاختبار البعدي.

ثالثاً: نقاط مهمة في البرنامج:
- سيقوم المتعاونون مع البرنامج“الذكور والإناث“ بمتابعة المشاركين من الجنسين ورفع تقارير أداء عنهم ومساعدتهم في شرح وتسهيل اي نقطة تسبب إشكالا لهم.
- بالإضافة إلى التزامهم بمتابعة حلقات البرنامج وتطبيق مجموعة من الواجبات اليومية والأسبوعية والتمارين المتعلقة بالبرنامج.
- بعد انتهاء البرنامج وانتهاء فترة السماح بتطبيق الاختبارات والمقاييس التتابعية ، سيتم العمل على تجميع النتائج لكل مشترك وكتابة تقرير عام عنه بناء على تقارير الاستشاريين والمتعاونين السابقة وبناء على نتائج المقاييس ..
- سيتم ترشيح افضل 10 مشاركين خلال البرنامج لتكريمهم، وسيتم إرسال جوائز تشجيعية لبقية المشاركين.

رابعاً: الحفل الختامي :
- إقامة حفل ختامي للمشاركين في البرنامج.
- توزيع جوائز للمشاركين في البرنامج.
