Being beautiful, becoming more beautiful and staying beautiful is every women’s dream. Because of this, mirror mirror on the wall, you are my best friend of them all. Just like every women in the world, the love for beauty is my 1st priority in life. I cannot live without having a mirror in my life.

Am I looking alright with this outfit today?

From the mirror, I can find my confidence

From the mirror, I can find my flaws and correct them

But There were 3 incidents in my life that change my view of the mirror.

First incident, I started falling in love with a man. His name is James Bond.

James Bond is a man with character and principle. Every word he said is like a famous quote engraved on the wall of fame.

He said , the women he love is the women with inner beauty

What does he mean by inner beauty? Our personality our character. I suppose that is what he mean.

The mirror can only show me what the eyes can see. My Exterior beauty and not my inner beauty.

2nd incident, I visited a new museum in my hometown. On the wall of a museum, I found a beautiful picture of large flower fields. Below the picture, there was a paragraph that read,

“People who are filled with love will live in a world full of love. People who are filled with hatred will live in a world full of hatred. Every person that you meet is your mirror”.

This sentence makes me realize that there is another mirror in our life. That is our friends and best friends that we hang out with everyday. They are the mirror of our personality and behavior. Through them, we can see ourselves. And this mirror is a valuable mirror to have. If we want to have a great inner beauty, it has to start from ourselves. A kind hearted girl will be surrounded by kind hearted friends. The invisible mirror is everywhere in our lives.

The 3rd incident, my mom told me about my grandmother’s youngest sister. At 17, she was the most beautiful girl in her school. My grandma said, she was not only the most beautiful but the most popular girl in school. What makes her popular? She help every single person that comes to her. The one story of her benevolent act that stays till today is her story of paying the medical bills of her friend’s sister by raising money from a part time job she worked everyday after school. She worked as a ticket seller at a theatre. I decided right then that I have got to see her. She has both inner beauty and exterior beauty. When we arrived at her home, she was busy entertaining a group of friends. After waiting for almost an hour, I decided to enter the room and I met a group of 7 womens in one table. Just one look, I knew she is my aunt Elly. When we met her, her exterior beauty was no longer with her, but it was her inner beauty that makes me realize she is who she is. Surrounded with many friends at the age of 70. The only thing that people will remember you for, is your behavior, your actions and your personality.

These three incidents has made me realize the mirror mirror on the wall cant compare to the mirror mirror i met in my life. Through the mirror I met in my life, that is, through my friends, I can find my inner beauty. inner beauty is what a man would love you for. Inner beauty is ever lasting. To attract the right mirror, it starts from you having a good personality and behavior. Today I can stand in front of you and give a speech, Because of you my Mirror. Mirror Mirror please tell me.

Once upon a time

Some things can never be explained with words. It just takes a moment to feel and realize for ourselves. The ropes to my goal is straining my courage. It makes me hope for less each day each month each year. Walking forward is what I should have done, but I found myself walking backward most of the time. Lethargic moaning has overtaken the precision futuristic state of mind.

I had a real strange dream last nite. I was carrying a guitar bag walking in the dark along the alley of new york city. With no knowledge of whats inside the guitar bag, I entered into a pool that allows me to breathe into a different underwater world. In there I met a gigantic fish with metallic fins all over his bulky body. He guarded the palace. I did not understand or remember what I did inside the palace. Eventually when I got out of the pool, there were policeman and secret agents surrounding the streets and my guitar bag was found half opened. Inside contain full sets of human bones.

I was extremely horrified and the shock wakes me out of my dream. If I were to interpret this dream, where do I begin...

It is said in the fengshui almanac that it is bad to have mirror inside the bedroom where we sleep. It will lead to nightmares and it is a platform to another world. In Buddhism, there are 6 worlds aside from the human world. Was i traveling to another world or it was a recalling from my previous life as a human trafficking agent

Indonesia is South East Asia largest economy. Between the years 1965 and 1997 the Indonesian economy grew at an average annual rate of almost seven percent. This achievement enabled Indonesia to graduate from the ranks of 'low income countries' into that of the 'lower middle income countries'. However, the Asian Financial Crisis that erupted in the late 1990s caused a severe negative impact on the Indonesian economy, resulting in a decline in gross domestic product (GDP) of 13.6 percent in 1998 and limited growth of 0.3 percent in 1999. Between the years 2000 and 2004 a period of economic recovery took place with a combined average GDP growth of 4.6 percent annually. Hereafter GDP growth increased to an annual average of at least six percent with the exception of 2009 when, amidst the global financial turmoil, Indonesia's GDP growth fell to - a still admirable - 4.6 percent.

Indonesia is increasingly mentioned as an appropriate candidate to be included in the BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) as the country is rapidly showing signs of similar newly advanced economic development. Recently, a new set of emerging economies has gained public attention. Members of this set are countries that contain promising markets with diverse economies, reasonably sophisticated financial systems and fast-growing populations. These countries are grouped under the acronym CIVETS (Colombia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey and South Africa), and its combined Gross Domestic Product is predicted to account for half the global economy by 2020.

Prudent financial macroeconomic policy is one reason why Indonesia was resilient to the global financial crisis of 2008-2009. Both public and private debt have fallen sharply (as a percentage of GDP), international reserves have grown fast and inflation has been under control. In combination with relative political stability and certain favorable demographic trends it provides opportunities for strong economic performance over the medium term. Regarding the longer term, the Indonesian government aims to be in the top six of largest global economies by the year 2030.

Another key element that accounts for Indonesia's recent economic growth is domestic consumption. In line with rising per capita GDP and low borrowing costs, Indonesia's private consumption is robust. It accounted for 56 percent of the country's economic activity in 2011 and future projections indicate that it is to grow further.

The table below indicates a remarkable development during the last five decades in the percentage shares of the three main economic sectors (to wit agriculture, industry and services) with regard to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Indonesia changed from being an economy that was highly dependent on agriculture into a more balanced economy in which the percentage share of manufacturing in the country's GDP quickly exceeded that of the agriculture sector. This also indicates that Indonesia lessened its traditional dependency on primary exports, although it still remains relatively high today. It should also be underlined that all of these sectors underwent rapid expansion, despite the fact that its contribution to Indonesia's GDP fell (agriculture) or remained at a similar level throughout the indicated period (the services sector). Sailormoon Second Series: Sailormoon R

The Second Sailormoon Series is the Sailormoon R

Usagi regains her memories after Luna revives them when a new enemy force shows up to attack Naru. The enemies are Ail and Ann, two aliens who take energy from the humans on Earth to feed the Makaiju, the tree that is their life source. Ail and Ann, lovers, pose as two students, Ginga Seijuurou and Ginga Natsumi, brother and sister, at Juuban Junior High School. The plot becomes strange as Ail falls in love with Usagi and Ann falls for Mamoru. The other Inner Senshi regain their memories in episode 48 after Luna restores them while the enemy is fighting Sailormoon, but Mamoru still doesn't, much to Usagi's horror. Instead of Tuxedo Kamen, Tsukikage no Knight, a new ally, appears to save the girls. Sailormoon gets her powered-up transformation when her first season powers prove too weak to fight the new threat on Earth, receiving the ginzuishou back in the process. The other Inner Senshi eventually gain powered-up versions of their old attacks.

The Makaiju finally lashes out after being fed so much energy and getting some of Usagi's: it attacks Ail, Ann, Mamoru, and Usagi. This is where Usagi reveals her identity to the aliens, and Mamoru remembers his past when she tries to protect him. The Makaiju reveals its past and that of Ail and Ann, who discover what love is after Ann dies protecting Ail from the tree, and then Sailormoon heals the Makaiju. The Makaiju revives Ann, and then she and Ail then go off into space to start a new life with a Makaiju sapling. Tsukikage no Knight also reveals his true identity as being a part of Mamoru's soul.

In the second arc, Chibi-usa arrives from the future to find the ginzuishou to save her mother, Neo-Queen Serenity, in the 30th century. She stays with Usagi's family having hypnotized them into believing that she is a family member. The new enemies are the Black Moon Family, consisting of the Ayakashi Sisters and the main family members: Rubeus, Esmeraude, Safiru, Demando, and Wiseman. Usagi and Mamoru break up in this arc, thanks to visions Mamoru receives from his future self, King Endymion, warning him that he must stay away from Usagi or else she will die.

The Black Moon family is after Chibi-usa and the ginzuishou in order to take over the future Earth. However, the Ayakashi sisters fail at this task, and they are healed by Sailormoon after they are betrayed by Rubeus. Chibi-usa eventually discovers the Sailor Senshi's identities, and Usagi and Mamoru get back together. Chibi-usa then takes them to the future to save her mother. There, they meet another new senshi, Sailorpluto, the guardian of time. To make everything shorter, the Sailor Senshi find out that Chibi-usa is the daughter of Usagi and Mamoru in the future. The Black Moon are actually exiles from Crystal Tokyo, the Utopia of the future, which Usagi and Mamoru's future selves are the leader of as Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. The Black Moon desires to take over Earth so that their people may live there. However, they are unknowingly being manipulated by Wiseman, or Death Phantom, for his own purposes. After running away from the Palace upon Sailormoon being unable to awaken her mother, Chibi-usa is kidnapped by Wiseman who warps her mind and causes her to transform into Black Lady. In episode 88, Usagi transforms into Neo-Queen Serenity and with Tuxedo Kamen's help, she manages to get Black Lady to remember her true past. Chibi-usa then discovers that she had the ginzuishou all along (it was sort of absorbed into her), and she and Usagi combine the power of their two ginzuishou to defeat Wiseman.

Will start with a summary of Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Series

Tsukino Usagi is an ordinary 8th grade schoolgirl who, one day on her way to school, saves a cat with a crescent moon on its forehead. At home, depressed after having failed a test, Usagi meets the cat again in her room. The cat, amazingly, can talk, and she introduces herself as Luna. Luna gives the dubious Usagi the ability to transform into Sailormoon, the pretty sailor suited soldier of justice.

Sailormoon faces the Dark Kingdom, an enemy group that wants to take over the Earth. The Dark Kingdom consists of Queen Metallia, Queen Beryl, and the four generals: Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoicite, and Kunzite. Sailormoon's mission is to protect the world while finding the Moon Princess whom she is sworn to protect. She finds allies in Tuxedo Kamen, a mysterious masked man who assists her in her fights but has his own agenda (and whom Usagi/Sailormoon has a huge crush on), and the other Sailor Senshi that she gradually discovers in four other girls: Mizuno Ami/Mercury, Hino Rei/Mars, Kino Makoto/Jupiter, and Aino Minako/Venus.

Usagi's main relationship crisis throughout the season consists of her problems with Chiba Mamoru, an attractive but annoying college student who constantly teases her. He is really Tuxedo Kamen, but he (and the Sailor Senshi) don't discover this fact until much later.

The Dark Kingdom's first job is to gain energy for Metallia by draining the life forces of humans. Later on, however, they begin to look for the ginzuishou ("mystical silver crystal"). Eventually this leads them to go after the seven rainbow crystals sealed inside seven people who were originally the Dark Kingdom's seven original youma. When brought together, the rainbow crystals create the ginzuishou. Thus the new priority of the Sailor Senshi is to find the seven rainbow crystals before the Dark Kingdom does. The Dark Kingdom, the Sailor Senshi, and Tuxedo Kamen all vie for the crystals. Eventually because of the crystals, Usagi and Mamoru discover each other's identities when they are trapped together by Zoicite. Usagi is the true Princess of the Moon, and Mamoru is her lover, Prince Endymion of Earth. Usagi receives the ginzuishou, but Mamoru is kidnapped and brainwashed by the Dark Kingdom.

After a whole bunch of filler episodes in which the Dark Kingdom and evil Prince Endymion/Tuxedo Kamen try to get Sailormoon to hand over the ginzuishou, Usagi, Ami, Rei, Minako, and Makoto must confront the Dark Kingdom, learning about their pasts on the moon in the process. In episode 45, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus all die trying to protect Sailormoon. In episode 46, Mamoru, as evil Prince Endymion, tries to kill Sailormoon, but before he can finally do so, Sailormoon revives his memories. Mamoru then dies trying to save Sailormoon from Queen Beryl. Sailormoon then defeats Beryl and Metallia as Princess Serenity using the ginzuishou and the other Sailor Senshi's powers, then dies, since that is the consequence of using the full power of the ginzuishou. Usagi's last wish is to live a normal life as a normal girl, so her wish is granted, and at the end of the episode, all the girls and Mamoru come back to life without their memories.

Being Beautiful, becoming more beautiful, staying beautiful is every women’s dream, since millennium years ago. As early as the Han Dynasty 241 BC, women have continuously looked for ways to sustain beauty through healthy herbs, aromatherapy, organic facial mask in effort to maintain their flawless complexion. To you beautiful women and men here today, I want to share with you the beauty tips from Empresses, Concubines and Princesses of China.

First from Empress Wu Lu Zhi: Empress Wu luzhi, was the wife of founding emperor of Han Dynasty. She started each day with a bowl of soup made from this jelly fungus call Tremella Fuciformus. Tremella fuciformis is sweet to taste and rich in natural colloids. Consuming this fungus keeps facial pigmentation and freckles away, promotes gastrointestinal digestion and reduces fat absorption. Simply soak it in water and braise with rock candy, lotus seed, and pawpaw to make a thick, nourishing soup.

Zhang Lihua: renowned beauty and concubine of the last Southern Dynasties Emperor, compiled the earliest recorded imperial skincare recipe. Zhang preserved her good looks with the help of a facial cream made from egg-white and powdered vermilion. The cream whitened and smoothed the complexion.

Yang Gui Fei was the most favored concubine of Tang Emperor Xuanzong (685-762). Her power over him secured high government appointments for members of her family. Historical records speak of Yang Guifei as having a "face that puts flowers to shame." Yang maintained her luminous complexion with her own almond cream recipe. The combination of almond oil and honey softens and smoothes the skin. Bathing in spring water toned her body, keeping it supple, and milk baths moisturized her skin, bringing out its healthy glow.

Empress Wu Tse-Tien was the first and only female emperor in Chinese history. Wu Zetian had been a de facto ruler of China through her two husbands Emperor Taizong and Emperor Gaozhong and her two sons emperor zhong2 (Lixian) and emperor ruizhong (Li Tan). She broke all precedents when she founded her own Zhou dynasty. Historical records speak of her youthful-looking complexion at the age of 80. Chinese motherwort (yi mu cao) was a main ingredient of Wu's facial beauty preparations.

Method
1. Pick Chinese Motherwort (yi mu cao) and let it dry in the sun.
2. Pound the herbs into powder, add flour and water and shape them into egg-shape pills;
3. Burn the pills and pound them into powder;
4. Add talcum powder and kermes (dried bodies of female scale insects).
To use:
Wash face and body with the powder, morning and evening.
Wu Zhi Tian also nourished her complexion with a more complex herbal facial mask.

Method:
Mix with lard the powdered Chinese herbs
1. Siebold wildginger (xi xin),
2. Rhizoma polygonati odorati (yu zhu),
3. astragalus root (huang qi),
4. Typhonium rhizome (bai fu zi),
5. Chinese yam (shan yao),
6. Magnolia liliflora (xin yi),
7. Cnidium officinale (chuan qiong),
8. Radix angelicae dahuricae (bai zhi),
9. Fructus trichosanthis (gua lou)

To use:
Spread this herbal mask on the face Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse off with cold water.
Wu Zhi Tian habitually ate food rich in protein and microelements, such as skin and tendons, aquatic foods and flower jam. She was also a devotee of aromatherapy, and would burn special herbs whose fragrance cleared her head and helped her stay alert.

In ancient China, jade powder was used to remove pigmentation and aid in whitening the skin. It forms a moisture barrier on the skin to help protect the skin from losing moisture, elasticity, and stimulate the regeneration of new cells.

During the time of Princess Taiping (Wu Zhi Tian’s daughter) an exclusive facial mask recipe made of Grind peach blossoms that have dried in the shade into powder and mix into a paste with the blood of a black chicken. The mask nourishes and whitens the skin and stimulates the metabolism. Soup made from this breed of "black-bone" chicken was, and still is, considered a tonic of immense medical properties. Dear Fellow Toastmasters and Friends,
Today I want to share with you a story of someone I deeply love and respect. In my younger primary school days, when I ran away from home, she would take care of me. Tell me stories of her younger days… She is my grandmother. She went through 3 transitions in her life. Each transition brought with it lessons for every women in the world. First as an orphan second as a wife third as a widow

It was the year 1931 when she was born. Her parents were killed when she was two. She know who her dad was, because The brother of her real father adopted her. What she doesn’tknow, as of today, who is her real mother. All she was left with was this small suitcase containing her mother’s handkerchiefs and a dress. On the handkerchief there was a signature SUMI. My great grandfather then decided to name her SUMINJATI. And so what was the lesson that she learned as an orphan living with her relatives? Well for a start, When she was fourteen, her stepmother said to her : Listen carefully, you are a women. All you can be is to be useful to your parents, siblings and your future husband. I am going to teach you everything only once. You are to follow everything that I ask you to do. She gladly accepted her fate. She woke up at 5am every morning. She mopped the floor and cooked dinner and lunch for 15 coolie workers and 11 family members. The lesson that I get from here is that, often times being born a girl, our parents would ask us to do the brainless work like helping to clean the backyard or mop the kitchen or help me around when I cook. While the boys would be asked to do more intelligent things like watching the news on television. My grandma taught me that, gladly accepting what you were told to do, you will be a better person in the future. Today, She is talented not only in cooking, sewing and cleaning. But everything that she learned, just by seeing it once, she can create exactly the same thing that you want. Because is embedded in her mind, My mama said “I am going to teach you everything but only once”.

The second transition in her life took place when she was 18. A fairy tale was coming her way. She became very beautiful w skin as white as paper , waist as small as 65cm and her hair were long like a willow tree. The chinese proverbs that she taught me to remember was : “The woman who appeals to a man's vanity may stimulate him, the woman who appeals to his heart may attract him, but it is the woman who appeals to his imagination who gets him” My grandfather first spotted her when she was sitting in front of the house balcony waving fans to get rid of the heat from her sisters in the night. Ever since, My grandfather passed the house everyday riding a bicycle wearing khakis and a white shirt. My grandmother’s first impression of him was , a poor coolie in khakis passing my house every evening. My grandfather eventually asked a matchmaker to approach my grandmother’s family. The matchmaker came to tell my great grandfather that the son of TAI SAN would like to marry your eldest daughter. My great grandfather said my daughter is going to marry the kang family’s eldest son. Their wedding will take place on the fourth month next year. The matchmaker delivered the news back to my grandfather family. My grandfather did not give up. He kept riding his bicycle every nite passing my grandma’s house.

When March came along, the father of Kang family came to inform my great grandfather that they would like to pospone the wedding . My great grandfather was furious and decided to cancel the wedding altogether. To console my grandmother of the sudden news, my grandma’s first brother took her on a ride to see the house of TAI SAN. It was like a palace with 12 bedrooms and 3 balconies overseeing a pond. My grandmother’s eyes lightened up and ever since she waited everyday for the matchmaker from taisan family. 2 years went but the matchmaker did not come. Instead, all she saw was the man in white shirt riding a bicycle passing her house every nite. My grandfather was the eldest son of Taisan and he was the bicycle rider. But my grandmother had not clue at all. Finally one day my grandfather heard that my grandmother’s first proposal had been cancelled. My grandfather quickly asked his mom to propose. And thats’ how they got married. The lesson that I learned from her story as a cinderella of her time is that : Sometimes A women may not have a choice whom she wants to marry. Willingly accept the fate that comes your way, is what will make you a real happy women”

The third transition in her life is being a widow. The day my grandfather passed away, she was only 50 years old. Thankfully all her children were married off. The only thing that was unsettling for her is the next 30 years of loneliness. Being a widow was another difficult life on her own. But she passed each day with enthusiasm and energy. She may look like an 80 year old lady but when you hear her voice, she has a voice of a 50 year old lady. The lesson I learned came from The chinese proverbs that she sing in the temple , “You may not be Forever young but if you can refill your mind with new things everyday, you will be a happy young girl in your heart”

Credit bubble is a time when banks around the world lost equity capital. For this reason, they decreased lending even though the government increase money supply and interest rates fell. Short term rates fell to a point near zero, economic growth is still poor and a real threat of deflation, central banks began a policy termed Quantitative Easing.

In the United Kingdom, quantitative easing entailed large purchases of British government bonds in the maturity range of three to five years. The intent was to reduce interest rates to encourage borrowing and generate excess reserves in the banking system to encourage lending. Takeuchi Naoko was the founder and writer of Sailormoon. Sailormoon catch its first public attention by appearing on television channel in Japan as early as March 1992. The first manga series was published a month earlier. But it was the anime television series that catched a massive attention from the public. By the end of 1995, sailormoon managed to reach 23 countries worldwide.

A thousand years ago, there was a kingdom under the rule of Queen Serenity. It was the happiest kingdom when all the planets were at peace. Queen Serenity raised her daughter Serena to follow her footsteps, but most of the time Serena spent staring at the earth, for she had fallen in love with a young man from there. He was Prince Endymion of Earth. Everything was peaceful until the arrival of dark power of Metalia. On the earth, she found an ally in Queen Beryl who was propelled by her lust for power and unrequited love for Prince Endymion. Together with Shitennou and Seven Great Youma they conquered the Earth then moved to the Silver Millenium in order to obtain the power of the Silver Crystal. Princess Serenity, Prince Endymion and Sailor Senshi were all killed in the battle and in her grief, Queen Serenity used the Silver Crystal, despite the fact that it would cost her life. The power of the crystal sealed away Metalia’s evil and fulfilling the last wish of the dying queen. That is to send Serenity, Endymion and the Senshi into the future in the hope that they could be reborn again on earth and live a peaceful lives.

And so our story begins…
Sailor moon was reborn as Usagi Tsukino, an ordinary 14 year old school girl who is lazy, a cry baby and she spent all her free time after school at the game center playing the Sailor V video game. One day she bumped into a talking cat named Luna and discovered that she was a Sailor Senshi, destined to protect the princess and the world from the evil forces of the dark kingdom. As Sailor Moon, Usagi later joined by Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus and occasionally helped by Tuxedo Mask. Eventually Usagi discovers that she is the Princess and the reborn heir to the ancient moon kingdom and wielder of the silver crystal.
Just as the sailor soldiers were back on earth, the evil minions of Queen Beryl also returned to earth. Queen Beryl and Metalia emerge from the seal placed upon them by Queen Serenity in the past and threaten to destroy the Earth once more. The stories endlessly involved the battle between queen beryl and sailor senshi. As the series progresses, gradually Usagi discovers the truth about her own past life, her destined true love, and the possibilities for the future of the Solar System.
The story that I just told you is the Sailormoon first season.
