The Biden Administration's Disrespecting of American Freedom Principles and Illegal Immigrant Kids

It is no secret that I feel that the Biden administration was one of the worst Presidential administrations ever, surpassing the Jimmy Carter failed Presidency. The failures are many:

Overall inflation that hit 40 year highs at one point.
Overall food inflation rose over 20% during his time in office.
Millions and millions of illegal immigrants flooded over the border into the country that resulted in tens of billions of taxpayer dollars diverted from American citizens to provide free food, free shelter, free medical care, and other benefits to illegal immigrants.
Many of those illegal immigrants went on to rape, beat, rob, and murder American citizens that were just going about their ives.
He lost track of over 300,000 illegal immigrant kids that came over the border, many of which likely ended up in sweat shops, being sex trafficked, or killed.
The open immigration borders allowed record amounts of illegal drugs from Mexican drug cartels to enter the country and poison Americans.
His disastrous withdrawal plan from Afghanistan resulted in the unnecessary death of over a dozen of U.S. armed forces personnel and provided the Taliban with a massive amount of weaponry that Biden’s plan left behind.
He continued his history of issuing racist statements with this selection being just one of them: "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black."
He called tens millions of Americans “Garbage” if they voted for Trump.

This is not an exhaustive list but you get the idea, he was a terrible President based on results and the fact that his significant cognitive decline left him likely incapable of making any decisions during a long stretch of his tenure.

But new information is coming out about how bad his administration was and how human beings and our freedoms suffered:

1)Biden let so many illegal immigrants to cross into this country that illegal immigrants kids suffered for his inability to control the border:

So many illegal and unaccompanied immigrant kids came into the country so fast that the Biden administration struggled to find adequate and humane shelter for them according to recently discovered emails.
A Department of Health and Human Services inspector general report in June , 2022 found that most emergency shelter sites for unaccompanied illegal immigrant kids did not follow Covid testing requirements simply because there were too many kids to handle.
The report shows that there were not enough beds and structures to handle the kids.
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) was the Federal agency desperately trying to find adequate resources to handle the kids but was overwhelmed: “At the height of the Biden administration border crisis, 22,000 [unaccompanied alien children] were in [the Office of Refugee Resettlement] care,” ACF’s Office of Communications said in a statement to the DCNF. “These children were then rapidly released to poorly vetted sponsors.”
As a result, the Federal Office of Refugee Resettlement has been able to locate over 150,000 lost illegal immigrant kids that Biden released to sponsors and unfortunately, with many of those rescued being “found and rescued from trafficking situations and abuse.”

The incompetence is overwhelming amid the suffering that thousands of illegal immigrant kids were subjected to and many of whom are still being subjected to.

2)Obviously, a main tenet of freedom in this country is the ability to safely express an opinion without fear of government reprisal. Apparently, the Biden administration did not understand this basic liberty:

We already know that Jack Smith within Biden’s Justice Department spied on Americans and members of Congress, illegally, without cause, and without judicial permission, a blatant abuse of power.
Government documents now show that Smith did not just spy on sitting politicians or leading conservative pundits and advocates.
The Biden Justice Department also collected American citizens’ personal information if you simply bought a hat, a coffee mug, or other memorabilia that had Trump’s signature motto,”Make American Great Again” on it.
That’s right, your taxpayer dollars and government law enforcement resources were being spent to track Americans who simply bought a hat with a non-aggressive, lawful stitching on it while drug cartel and sex trafficking cartels were running amok at the border.
And apparently this was not just a handful of Americans who had their name and personal information collected by Smith since according to RedState’s Teri Christoph, Smith’s spying and data collection effort under the code name, Arctic Frost, “Hoovered up” the personal informal of well of over half a million Americans simply for supporting a legitimate and legal political candidate.
According to Senate Oversight Committee Chairman, Chuck Grassley: “The documents also show that Jack Smith’s SCO and Biden’s Justice Department obtained information on sales of red MAGA hats, including individual buyers, their purchases and their shipping addresses for home delivery. This is in addition to collecting a catalogue of Trump campaign products including these red hats, t-shirts, mugs, and door mats. This further illustrates the extensive scope of irrelevant and personally invasive records obtained by Smith which were shared with FBI agents.”
Furthermore: “Thru my oversight I’ve uncovered Jack Smith & the Biden DOJ targeted Americans for the simple act of buying a MAGA hat Jack Smith had an enemies list and at least 639,000 innocent Americans were on it INDEFENSIBLE.”

It is hilarious and so hypocritical that liberals and Democrats were supportive of the “No Kings” protests and concept once Trump got into office but stood idly by when Biden and Jack Smith were taking tactics out of George Orwell’s “1984” playbook to undermine the basic American right to express an opinion….and to buy a hat.

3)Speaking of attacking freedom:

According to a recent report from the Federal Office of the Comptroller, nine of the country's largest banks blocked financial services to conservatives, Republicans, religious organizations, and law abiding companies because of their stated political beliefs or activities.
This blackballing ran from 2020 to 2025, the Biden years.
The banks accused of blackballing include JP Morgan, Bank Of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank Capital One, PNC, TD Bank, and BMO Bank.
According to Comptroller Jonathan Gould: "Today's report provides irrefutable evidence that the nation's largest banks have denied, debanked and discriminated against customers and lawful businesses,"
The report reviewed almost 100,000 complaints from those turned away from banking services along with 420,000 pages of bank documents.
Example: JP Morgan Chase closed accounts that belonged to merchants selling Trump “Make America Great” merchandise, as reported by the NY Post.
Built into the bank’s information systems were lookouts for phrases including “MAGA.” “Make America Great,” and “American First.”
Example: PNC denied a line of credit to a media company associated with conservative owners.
Example: Wells Fargo pressured a payment processor to drop a religious non-profit because of its position on same-sex marriage.
Wells Frago also denied loans for firearms businesses, fearing pressure from the Biden administration.

So, Biden harassed Americans who had differing views, illegally and immorally spying on them, and advocated for denying financial services by pressing banks to discriminate against those they viewed as political opponents. Kind of a “No Kings” type attitude and philosophy, don’t you think?

4)But Jack Smith was not content spying on thousands of MAGA hat wearers or Republican members of Congress:

He spied on Trump’s White House Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles.
He spied on Melania Trump, the President's wife.
He spied on Barron Trump, the President's teenage son.
Smith oversaw the tracking of their traveling and cellphone usage.
None of those three posed any danger to public safety, criminal activity, or terrorism and yet Department of Justice and FBI resources were used to spy on them while real violent crime rampaged through many U.S.cities .
Government documents show that: “Then-Attorney General Merrick Garland signed off on the [Wiles] wiretaps on the advice of then-FBI Director Christopher Wray, who sent Garland a memo in May 2022 warning the sensitive investigation could encompass top figures from the 45th president’s administration and ‘could potentially be disruptive to the democratic process if publicly disclosed prior to an election.’”

So, Biden’s people knew that their spying actions could be "disruptive to the democratic process” and yet they went ahead with the spying anyway. One would think that doing something disruptive to the democratic process is another way to describe treason. And yet, so far, no one has been put in jail for disrupting the democratic process.

5)One last Biden anti-democratic and anti-American action:

Mark Zuckerberg is one of the founders of Facebook/Meta and its current top executive.
In a recent letter sent to a Congressional committee, he claims he regrets bowing to Biden administration pressure to censor Facebook content during the Covid years.
He claimed the Biden interference was "wrong" and he would not allow the censorship to happen again: “I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it, I feel strongly that we should not compromise our content standards due to pressure from any Administration in either direction — and we’re ready to push back if something like this happens again.”

So it wasn't only banks, it wasn’t only the President's son and wife, it was also at least one social media company that Biden pressured to suppress alternative views, individual rights, freedom, and democracy.

October, 2026, Political Class Insanity Part 4: Financial Suicide In Seattle, Potential Food Stamp Fraud In Seattle, Biden Ignored The Immigration Violators, and Conflict of Interest In Wisconsin?

The incompetence and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars and government programs, be it Covid, voting, or over staffing continue to waste taxpayer dollars while never resolving any major issue facing the country.

1)Most recently we have been talking about the failing city of Seattle in the context of the “Race To Bankruptcy Court” as the politicians in the city hollow out their tax base with stupid programs. These programs drive businesses and residents out of the city. However, let’s look at some recent political class insanity from the city’s hisotry in today’s discussion:

According to Fox 13, taxes in Seattle have grown five times faster than the population in the past 13 years or so.
City taxes grew from $900 million in 2013 to $2.8 million in 2026, a threefold increase.
That threefold increase compares unfavorably to a 50% inflation rate over that time period.
This info comes from an analysis by ECONorthwest.
Their report found that while taxes tripled since 2013 the population grew only 31% and employment grew by 23% meaning that remaining residents and businesses were paying much more in taxes than previously.
City businesses now pay 68% of the city taxes with most of the tax burden falling on only 20 companies who pay almost $360 million a year.
This 68% is up from 55% in 2016.
On a dollar basis, business taxes in the city were 2.18 times higher in 2026 compared to 2018 while non-business taxes were only 1.32 times higher, i.e. the city placed a heavier and heavier emphasis on business taxation.
As a result of the higher and higher tax burden on businesses, the city has lost 24,000 taxpaying jobs since 2020.
The fleeing of businesses out of the city has caused business/commercial buildings to lose about 50% of their assessed value over the past five years with about 35% of the downtown business office space sitting vacant.

The report goes into much more detail than this summary but you get the idea: politicians implemented new taxes which have driven businesses, employees, and residents out of town. This has decreased the size of the tax base and put pressure on the remaining residents and business from a tax perspective. Since a lot of the tax-collection volume comes from a small base of companies, if even a few of those companies pull up stakes and move out of town, the down size tax implications are huge.

Looking forward, an onerous and growing tax burden on businesses will repel future businesses from coming into the city when they can go elsewhere, both locally and further away to avoid the ever increasing Seattle city business taxes. And that is how a city goes into a financial death and eventually bankruptcy. And why we continue to bet that Seattle will be the next major city to go bankrupt.

2)While sliding down the financial death spiral, Seattle government officials and politicians continue to make idiotic decisions:

Apparently Lam’s is a grocery store operation in Seattle.
The business had received $1.7 million from the city government as a result of Mayor Kate Wilson’s grocery support program.
The program is supposed to give taxpayer money to city grocers to help them thrive and serve Seattle communities.
Lam’s Seafood Asian Market received the money to help pay for repairs after break-ins and other improvements according to a city’s announcement hyping the program.
And then fraud buster, Nick Shirley showed up.
In a Shirley video, a woman allegedly offers $60 in cash in exchange for a $120 food stamp/SNAP card, in other words, food stamp/SNAP money laundering.
The woman then brings Shirley inside the store where the cashier allegedly rings up a can of spam and a small sushi package for $120 dollars.
The transaction never got consummated in order that Shirley not get involved in the money laundering but outside the store he confronted the woman on video, “You’re committing food stamp fraud. It’s against the law.”
The woman responded on the video with “I know, yeah.”
Lam’s denied any wrong doing and is still considered innocent until proven guilty if this matter ever gets law enforcement attention.
However it is not the first time that the store came under suspicion of food stamp laundering, having been investigated by law enforcement in 2025.

Maybe this is the lone exception of food stamp-fraud in the program and the city, one bad apple. But given the fraud we have discussed extensively over the past several months both in Seattle and beyond, it is highly likely that Lam’s, if guilty, is not the only fraud operating draining Seattle taxpayer funds.

3)David Crowley is running for governor in Wisconsin. He used to be in charge of Milwaukee county in the state of Wisconsin. Good for him. But apparently according, to some news reports, there has been some alleged nepotism with taxpayer dollars in his family in the past:

A nonprofit up in Wisconsin called Community Advocates (ERA2) received taxpayer funding via Milwaukee’s Emergency Rental Assistance program.
Which seems legit, and it may be, but it gets dicey when we find out that when receiving the funding Mr. Crowley’s wife was an employee of the nonprofit.
And the money that went from the taxpayers through the Crowley county administration is not small, totaling more than $65 million since June, 2020.
His wife, Erica Crowley, started working at the non-profit in, wait for it, 2020
She was later promoted to director at the non-profit.
ERA2 claims that Crowley “did not influence the decision making process for the ERA2 funding.”

As we have said many times, the appearance of conflict of interest is just as bad as actual conflict of interest: husband oversees a government entity, money approved by the husband goes to an NGO that just happens to have the husband’s wife on the payroll who just happens to eventually get promoted to director. Nothing to see here, move on.

4)Far too many times in this blog we have had to point out how illegal immigrants allowed to enter this country by the millions have led to the deaths of American citizens:

Laken Riley, nursing student, abducted, beaten, raped and killed by an illegal immigrant when she went out for an afternoon jog.
Mother Rachel Morin, abducted, beaten raped and killed by an illegal immigrant wen she went out for an afternoon walk.
Twelve year old Jocelyn Nungaray, abducted, beaten, raped and killed by two illegal immigrants.

We could go on and on but you get the idea: Biden’s immigration policies allowed thousands of American innocent citizens to be killeed, raped, robbed, and their lives ended up seriously damaged in one way or another.

And now we have some new insights on why so many Americans’s lives were negatively affected:

During the Biden administration only 8 illegal immigrants were arrested for visa overstays out of the estimated 3.1 MILLION overstays that existed during his term.
This was a finding of the Department of Homeland Security inspector general audit.
Out of the 3.1 million overstays, only 496 were investigated and only the eight were arrested.
Millions of leads came into the Biden administration regarding illegal immigrants overstaying their visa but obviously the Biden administration took little action to follow up on the lawbreakers.
Some of those that overstayed their visas but were ignored by the Biden administration went on to commit crimes against American citizens according to the inspector general findings: “The degree of the Biden Administration’s dereliction of duty, which needlessly put American lives at risk, is staggering and enraging,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said.

Another example where politicians in this country cared more about illegal immigrants than the American citizens they were supposed to serve and protect and the immigration laws they were supposed to enforce.

Enough insanity for today: Biden ignored the lawbreakers, potential major conflict of interest in Wisconsin, alleged food stamp fraud in Seattle, and Seattle politicians continue to commit financial suicide.

Government Tax Fraud And Corruption, Part 20: Minnesota To Florida and Back To Minnesota,The National Fraud Crisis Continues

We are continuing our discussion time to review the massive amount of criminal fraud that has infected government programs for many, many years. The outstanding investigations recently done, and still being done, by independent journalist, Nick Shirley, has started a cascading identification of the numerous fraud instances at all levels of government across the country.

It is unbelievable how many billions of dollars have been wasted and are currently being wasted and siphoned off by all types of criminal activities. And while it is amazing how much taxpayer wealth has been wasted and lost, possibly even more amazing is the reality that through the decades the political class and the government entities they overlook were unable or unwilling to stop the fraud.

1)It seems that when ever we talk about defrauding government programs and the taxpayers that fund them we always seem to circle back to Minnesota, the premier center for government fraud:

The first big fraud case to break in Minnesota was the so-called Feeding Our Future government funded program during the Covid era.
About $250 million were defrauded from taxpayers and dozens of people have pleaded guilty or have been found guilty in court.
And somehow, the governor, Tim Walz, and the state attorney general, Keith Ellison, either never saw it happening or allowed it to happen.
The fact that many, many state government whistleblowers went public with the fraud they were witnessing, often at the expense of their jobs and careers, makes it unlikely that Walz and Ellison did not know what was going on.
A House of Representatives Oversight Committee report found that Walz and Ellison and others “turned a blind eye to rampant fraud and retaliated against state employees” while the fraud dollars walked out of the door.
The committee estimated that almost 500 Minnesota state employees accused Walz of ignoring the fraud they saw every day on their jobs but their warning went unheeded for many years.
The report went on to accuse Walz and Ellison of managing the fallout of the fraud rather than stopping it.
The Feeding Our Future was just a drop in the ocean since it now appears that upwards of $9 billion may have been lost to fraud in Minnesota.

And Walz still refuses to face the reality that he was useless in protecting taxpayer wealth. A reporter recently asked Walz if the Minnesota Somali community should hold itself responsible since a lot of the defrauding has been associated with that community. Rather than answer that straightforward question, he did what many liberal politicians do, he tried to deflect with a racism defense: "If that were the case, there's a lot of white men who should be holding a lot of white men accountable for the crimes that they have committed."

Pathetic leadership from a pathetic politician. And the American taxpayers and Americans in need got shortchanged and defrauded.

2)Let’s leave Minnesota and head down to Florida:

In late September, a Florida Federal court session accepted a guilty plea from Hasan Seyhun.
He pleaded guilty to operating a fraud scheme that submitted millions of dollars in false claims for reimbursement from Health and Human Services.
He personally grossed over $4 million from the fraud.
During Covid, he claimed that his false company did a lot of Covid testing that was never done but that did not stop him and his company from submitting claims to the government‘s Covid programs.
He has agreed to pay back over $4 million and is just one of the con-defendants to plead guilty or found guilty of fraud in this scheme.

Covid, along with Medicare and Medicaid, was one to the worst government programs when it came to getting defrauded. So sad that the government and the politicians who operate it were so negligent and inept in protecting taxpayer wealth.

3)Vice President JD Vance has been leading the fight against the defrauding of Federal government programs so let’s check in with him to see what other successes his anti-fraud task force has had, what fraud schemes he has uncovered:

His task force and the General Services Administration have uncovered over $1.2 billion in just Covid fraud.
One disgusting reality they uncovered is that the Federal government under Biden continued to dispense taxpayer money via Covid programs after the pandemic was over.
This pipeline of fraud continued until Trump shut it down, five years after the pandemic.
The total fraud uncovered so far including Covid and other government programs is now estimated to be almost $246 billion.
Another $63 billion in fraud has been blocked before the taxpayer money was dispensed and another $59 billion is being sought via indictments and settlements with fraudsters.
Medicare and Medicaid were the two major targets of fraud, likely to have sent out over $96 billion in fraud payments.
We now know that a lot of the fraudsters that stole were foreigners, not American citizens, and the taxpayer money they stole went out of the country.

The fraud under Biden and previous administrations is mindblowing. And Americans in need, homeless, hungry, and sick, were denied the full amount of aid they could have gotten if it wasn't being stolen from just about every government program.

4)But it is not just Medicare, Medicaid and Covid programs that leaked billions and billions of dollars over the decades:

A basic premise of Obama Care was that American taxpayers would help subsidize the health insurance premiums of the less wealthy members of society so that they could finally afford health insurance.
But Obama Care audits and controls apparently weren't working efficiently since Vance’s anit-fraud taskforce has cut 760,000 Obama Care accounts from people that were not entitled to the subsidies as outlined in the law since they had too much income.
These accounts cost the American taxpayer billions of dollars in false subsidies.
This should save the Federal government and Federal government $2.2 billion a year.
As another indictment of Biden’s incompetence, during the Biden years Obama Care enrollment more than doubled from 10 million to 22 million, many years after Obama Care was enacted, obviously padded with ineligible customers.
Recent analysis estimated that at least half of those new 12 million enrollments were fraudulent, indicating that Vance’s Obama Care fraud is just getting started.
Possibly a million enrollments did not even present their Social Security number when applying, a blatant violation of the Obama Care law, but they got the subsidies anyway.
There is also a good chance that a lot of Obama Care immigrants are also not entitled to Obama Care money, as stipulated in the law.
Forty Obama Care insurance agents and brokers have already been identified enrolling ineligible customers to Obama Care, costing taxpayers $45 million via 50,000 illegal enrollments.
And that is just the start since the administration has already cut off 66 insurance agents from the program and has plans to terminate another 469 agents who signed up bogus customers.
Brian Blase, the founder of the Paragon Health Institute, is not a big fan of the whole Obama Care disaster: “The Trump administration actions to suspend brokers engaged in these activities and disenroll phantoms is welcome and will save taxpayers billions of dollars each year.”
The closer scrutiny now estimates that possibly a whopping third of all Obama Car enrollees are fraudulent.

Just another government program that is a disaster. As readers of this blog know, we have been critics of Obama Care since day one. They tried to solve

a public problem with an economic solution, not a public health solution. Thus, it was not a surprise it failed. And that failure continues over a decade later.

5)It seems appropriate that we begin and end this discussion on government fraud back in Minnesota:

Last year Federal immigration officials came into Minnesota with numbers to find and deport illegal immigrants that swarmed into the country under Biden.
State politicians like governor Tim Walz were vehemently against the apprehension and deportation of illegal immigrants, many of whom were defrauding taxpayers.
In keeping with Minnesota politicians who care more about immigrants than citizens, the Minnesota Hennepin County created a $2 million taxpayer fund to help local businesses who may have been negatively impacted by the illegal immigrant sweep.
Hundreds of applications for relief flooded in.
If approved, the loan applicants would get loans that ragged from $3,000 to $10,000.
Of the 300 or so applications that were received by the county, 200 were immediately flagged as bogus, i.e. fake businesses.
.County commissioner, Jeff Lunde, was surprised and disgusted with the attempted fraud: "The fact that people, after all this fraud, felt that they could apply and get away with it, I think it's a problem because clearly there's no fear out there."
Fortunately, the program was stopped before any taxpayer dollars were sent out.
A lot of the applications used the same boilerplate information across different fake businesses.
Fortunately, when county employees followed up with visits to the addresses on the applications they found no business at the address location.

From Minnesota to Washington DC to Florida, to the rest of the country, the fraud that was allowed to go on for so long is very sad. Given the huge magnitude of the obvious and widespread fraud, it makes you wonder if the American political class allowed it to happen because somehow, some way they profited from the defrauding of the American taxpayer.
