"Small is beautiful."

That's a quote I heard somewhere. I don't know where but I think it can be true.

Even a small space can have a beautiful garden.

Suggestion:

Take an inexpensive pot.

Fill with good potting soil mixed with soil amender like a good compost or earthworm castings.

Plant with some simple easy care plants like herbs or flowers.

Then add a few nice rocks and some ornaments.

I found this blue Buddha at a thrift store. The pot is just an inexpensive plastic one that someone gave me with primroses already planted in it. The ornamental grass I bought and planted. The moss I found and transplanted into the pot. BTW, moss can look fantastic in a small garden. It's possible to create a lovely simple container garden using different kinds of moss.
