Nak grill dalam oven cam tak challenging langsung.. Cover sket keliling tungku dapur gas dan letak jaring2 atas stove.. Sangat menyeronokkan...but cleaning part always never be fun...:( &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Resepi rempah sate &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; 3biji bawang besar &lt;br/&gt; 4ulas bawang putih &lt;br/&gt; 3inci halia &lt;br/&gt; 5 tbs ketumbar &lt;br/&gt; 2 tbs jintan putih &lt;br/&gt; 4 tbs lada boh &lt;br/&gt; 2 tbs sos tiram &lt;br/&gt; 1 tbs lada hitam tumbuk &lt;br/&gt; 3 tbs minyak &lt;br/&gt; Garam * sikit je &lt;br/&gt; Gula * ni byk  &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Bila dah blend semuanya..dh marinate pun atas daging dan ayam baru perasan saya miss nk blend serai..dan serai pun ada 2 btg je...so last resort serai tu guna masa nak sprinkle minyak dan kicap manis masa membakar je...hihi selesai masalah...:) &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Oh masa dah gaulkan rempah ni pada daging dan ayam,jangan lupa taburkan gula pada perapan.. Masukkan molasses garam cream olive oildan bancuhan yis &lt;br/&gt; mix semua sambil masukkan air perlahan2. &lt;br/&gt; Biarkan mix sampai permukaan doh licin &lt;br/&gt; rehatkan doh seketika sehingga naik sekali ganda &lt;br/&gt; serata udara kepada seluruh doh. Biarkan seketika. &lt;br/&gt; Bahagian doh kepada potion 50g dan dibentukkan seperti donut. Rehatkan lagi doh yg dh dibentuk. &lt;br/&gt; Sementara doh rehat, panaskan air mendidih dan toast bijan &lt;br/&gt; bila doh bagel dh kembang, celupkan dlm boil water dan coat dgn toasted bijan &lt;br/&gt; bakar pd suhu 150-180c selama 15-20min &lt;br/&gt; sedia dihidang bersama stew atau kari &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; resepi stew &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; 3 ekor puyuh dipotong 2 &lt;br/&gt; 4biji tomato &lt;br/&gt; 3 biji lada merah &lt;br/&gt; 1 biji +1 biji bawang holand &lt;br/&gt; 2 ulas bwg putih &lt;br/&gt; 1 tbs ground cumin &lt;br/&gt; 1 tbs ground coriander &lt;br/&gt; 2 helai daun salam &lt;br/&gt; tepung gandum &lt;br/&gt; 2biji kentang &lt;br/&gt; 1 biji carrot &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; cuci bersih burung puyuh &lt;br/&gt; didihkan air dan celur tomato yg di lorek kulitnya.keluarkan tomato dan buang kulitnya.masukkan dlm blender bersama lada, sebiji bwg,bwg putih, cumin dan coriander. &lt;br/&gt; coatkan puyuh dgn tepung gandum &lt;br/&gt; pnaskan periuk dan brown kan puyuh.ketepikan puyuh &lt;br/&gt; tumis bawang holand yg dihiris. Klu beli sendiri mean kena install sendiri..dan masalah nk install sendiri tu ialah, technician telekom before memandai tukar id streamyx kami dan membuatkan tiap kali saya reset modem terus xfunctional...grrr..  &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Oh ye, gambar hiasan ni adalah chocolate chunk cookies.. satu lagi product tambahan jualan saya.. Hehe jualan tabung oven saya..hehe... Cookies ni diperbuat daripada mentega, tepung, tepung jagung, kacang badam, telur, coklat dan gula.. Chukey C (haha kitorg pun xtau kenapa frasa "chukey c" tu macam fun sungguh bg saya dan adik bongsu saya) &lt;br/&gt; Semalam dia sebelum balik kampung sempat saya buat sebuku Choc Cheese Brownies.. Haha tu kira hadiah birthday..lalala... &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Selama ni saya ralit meneliti resepi kek,jarang2 buat brownies..Secara specific saya pun xpasti perbezaan kek dan brownies..cuma tekstur brownies harus between cakes and biscuits.. Resepi brownies yang saya buat saya sertakan di sini : &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Bahan2 : &lt;br/&gt; A - choc part &lt;br/&gt; 250g butter &lt;br/&gt; 1 cup cocoa powder &lt;br/&gt; 3 biji telur &lt;br/&gt; 1 1/2 cup gula castor &lt;br/&gt; 1/2 cup fresh milk &lt;br/&gt; 1 cup tepung + soda bikarb + baking powder &lt;br/&gt; 100g melted dark choc &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; B-cheese part &lt;br/&gt; 250g cream cheese &lt;br/&gt; 1 cup gula castor &lt;br/&gt; 2 tsp jus lemon &lt;br/&gt; 1 biji telur &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Cara2: &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Cairkan butter &lt;br/&gt; Masukkan cocoa powder dalam butter cair dikacau sehingga sebati. &lt;br/&gt; Dalam mangkuk lain, whisk telur dengan gula. &lt;br/&gt; Masukkan gula-telur ke dalam butter-cocoa powder. &lt;br/&gt; Masukkan susu dan kacau sehingga sebati. &lt;br/&gt; Masukkan tepung dan  melted dark chocolate. kacau sampai adunan seperti adunan kek yg agak likat. &lt;br/&gt; Tuangkan dalam acuan swiss roll dan bakar lebih kurang 20 min atau sehingga permukaan sedikit keras. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Sementara adunan A dibakar, sediakan adunan cheese (B). &lt;br/&gt; Cream cheese dalam suhu bilik dipukul dengan gula castor sehingga licin. &lt;br/&gt; Masukkan jus lemon dan masukkan telur. &lt;br/&gt; Pukul sehingga sebati. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Setelah bahagian  A dah keras sedikit permukaan atasnya, tuangkan lapisan cheese di atasnya ( tuang perlahan2, klu tak jadi telaga cheese). &lt;br/&gt; Setelah lapisan cheese rata, ambil sedikit baki adunan A,masukkan dalam plastik piping dan di paipkan dalam garisan lurus atas cheese.Gunakan hujung toothpick untuk hasilkan corak. &lt;br/&gt; Bakar lebih kurang 20 min atau sehingga cheese golden. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Kalau malas nak buat, boleh juga tempah dari saya.. Saya buat dua ukuran, terpulang anda mau tempah yang mana :) &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Jika mau yang beratnya 1.5 kg ; dimensinya 10" x 8" x 2 " harganya RM 65.00 &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Jika mau yang beratnya 750g ; dimensinya 5" x 8" x 2" harganya RM 35.00 &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Semua order blh place within 2 days and self pick up di Dengkil ya.. Saya cuba mencari alasan kenapa saya nk buat pasta sendiri sedangkan melambak2 pasta kt tesco atau giant nilai atau carrefour alamanda hatta mun seng dengkil pun ada..  Last2 saya beli ribbon edge cutter (benda alah macam cutter pizza tapi tepinya boleh buat potongan macam ribbon).. Bila dh beli alat, klu tak buat tu kang jadi kufur nikmat kan..hehe so saya spend satu hari untuk practice buat pasta..hehe &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Macam zaman nak buat macaron dulu, kegentaran membuat pasta ni menyebabkan saya termimpi2.. Sangat gerun..tapi saya kuatkan juga tekad ( haha macam lah ada acara sukan nk buat pasta kan).. Saya pilih untuk buat ravioli sbb alang2 tu biarlah buat pasta yg ada filling... &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Resepi doh pasta saya try resepi Tyler dari web Joyofbaking.. Tapi seperti ada penderhakaan juga sket2.. &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; 2 1/2 cups flour- saya guna 3 cups &lt;br/&gt; 3 eggs &lt;br/&gt; 1 tbs salt &lt;br/&gt; 1 tbs olive oil &lt;br/&gt; Some water &lt;br/&gt; Some flour for dusting &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Mix semua ingredients except flour untuk dusting dalam mixer..  &lt;br/&gt; Mix perlahan2, masukkan air guna sudu sedikit demi sedikit..klu adunan dah form bentuk bebola atau crumbling..dah blh stop mix. &lt;br/&gt; Satukan doh dan rehatkan &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Bagi saya cabaran memasta bukan pada resepinya, tapi semasa menggelek doh itu.. Masa ni bahan rahsia seperti pati halia mustajab sekali disapu kt bahu..haha &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Ravioli saya berintikan cream cheese + dill.. Manakala sosnya pula tomato marinara bersama daun selasih.. Saya buat ravioli half way sebab separuh masa lagi dah malas.. Akhirnya separuh adunan saya transform kepada flat pasta je..hehe &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; Secara keseluruhannya, homemade pasta mmg sedap.. Tapi membuatnya bencinta.. Haha telur masin tu lah yang saya kerjakan..tapi pakai telur ayam.. Kuningnya less lemak, dan putihnya less masin..&lt;br /&gt;

Nah ini resepi kalau mau try sendiri mengeram telur masin;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt; &lt;u&gt;Resepi telur masin&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan air. Masukkan garam sehingga garam tidak boleh larut dalam air berkenaan. Biarkan larutan garam sejuk&lt;br /&gt;
 Susun telur dalam balang. Tuangkan air larutan garam yg telah sejuk ke 
dlm balang berkenaan. Biarkan telur terendam sepenuhnya selama 2-3 
minggu.&lt;br /&gt; Setelah 2-3minggu rebus telur berkenaan.&lt;br /&gt; *telur masin saya usianya 2 weeks plus&lt;br /&gt;

Sinful taste with angelic ingredients..hehe.. Selain goodaan xhenti2 dari kwn2 saya yang cakap kek ni sedap * gila!sumpah tak tipu!*.. So saya saya gagahkan la diri membaking..padahal misi asal saya cuma nak kemas dapur sebelum balik kampung.. &lt;br /&gt;

Memandangkan saya ada lebihan sebiji zucchini lepas buat topping roti foccacia hari tu.. Maka ngam2 lah untuk buat 1 loaf pan cake ini..saya fikir,buat byk2 pun pemakannya kami berdua je sepanjang perjalanan nnt.. Tapi skang ni dah rasa menyesal sebab dah ada orang kedekut sambil berkata "cake ni makan sikit2,klu x nnt dlm keta xde kunyah!"..haha &lt;br /&gt;

Non vegan,you gonna love this vegetable cake.. Trust me! &lt;br /&gt;

Cuaca kerap hujan mcm sekarang,nak buat macaron mmg macam kena curik2.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tapi this time nak share satu jenis roti yang tak payah susah hati ada mixer atau bread maker atau tak ; roti foccacia.. Roti ni asalnya dari itali.. So nama foccacia tu asalnya dari perkataan focus.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Roti foccacia ni boleh dibuat dengan topping atau klu nk jadikan roti sandwich biasa,atau boleh juga diletakkan topping.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Resepi doh &lt;br /&gt;
3 1/2 cup tepung roti (tepung gandum biasa pun blh) &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup tepung gandum untuk dusting &lt;br /&gt;
1paket yis ;11g - blh guna mauripan &lt;br /&gt;
3 tbs gula &lt;br /&gt;
1 tbs garam &lt;br /&gt;
1 cup air &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup air suam &lt;br /&gt;
2 tbs olive oil &lt;br /&gt;
1 biji telur &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bancuhkan yis dengan air suam yang ditambah 1 sudu gula. Biasakan sampai yis bekerja dan berbuih. &lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan 3 1/2cup tepung roti dalam mixing bowl. Buatkan telaga ditengah2 tepung. &lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan garam,gula, olive oil dan telur. &lt;br /&gt;
Masukkan pula yis yang dah berbuih ditengah2 telaga tepung tadi. &lt;br /&gt;
Kalau guna mixer; boleh terus masukkan air dan biar mesin buat kerja. &lt;br /&gt;
Kalau pakai tangan; masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit ke arah telaga yis tadi. Uli dan tambah air sedikit demi sedikit. Uli sampai doh licin dan tidak melekat pada tangan ( doh foccacia ni a bit cekodoky.. So klu melekat dust tangan dengan tepung tambahan tadi) &lt;br /&gt;
Bila doh dah ready ;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1) anda blh terus tuang doh ke atas pan yang dah di gris dan biarkan doh rehat dan naik sekali ganda. - roti anda akan lebih berat, crust luar lebih keras sikit&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Atau&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2) anda boleh rehatkan doh naik sekali ganda dlm bowl. Lepas doh naik tumbuk doh untuk sebarkan co2 nya ke seluruh adunan dan rehatkan lagi ( dust lagi kalau melekat kat tgn). Setelah naik lagi,bahagikan adunan kepada bahagian kecil dan dibentuk bulat2. Leperkan atas pan pembakar dan biarkan ia rehat untuk naik sekali ganda.- roti lebih lembut dan crustnya nipis sedikit&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;*saya buat cara ni..byk sket keja&lt;/em&gt;*&lt;br /&gt;
Sementara doh rehat boleh buat topping nya. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Untuk topping saya guna dua jenis topping.. Satu ialah topping bawang dan portabello mushroom yang disaute kemudian diperah jus lemon dan satu lagi menggunakan slice zuchini sprinkle dried oregano. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Setelah doh naik,letakkan lah topping ni atas doh. Cara meletakkan topping ialah dengan drizzle minyak yg digunakan saute bawang tadi atas permukaan doh. Letakkan bawang saute tadi sehingga selesai dan sprinkle kan garam. &lt;br /&gt;
Manakala topping zuchini pula, hiriskan zuchini nipis2. Susun atas doh dan sprinkle garam dan oregano. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bakar pada suhu 150 degree celcius selama 15- 25 min. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tukar kedudukan loyang klu oven anda cpt pns pada sebelah dalam. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Roti dah siap..blh makan begitu saja.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*uli tepung pakai tangan buat tangan kita lembut tau... Tapi saya suruh mixer buat kerja...hehe&lt;br /&gt;

Butterscotch loaf&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Doh roti&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500g tepung + 1/3 cawan untuk dusting&lt;br /&gt;
1 paket yeast&lt;br /&gt;
4 tbs gula&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbs garam - ni boleh tambah sket lagi klu suka sbb&amp;nbsp;roti saya ni rasa a bit&amp;nbsp;tawar..hehe&lt;br /&gt;
30ml double cream/ susu full cream&lt;br /&gt;
1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;
100 -120 ml air&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbs olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;butterscotch recipe&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbs gula&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cp butter&lt;br /&gt;
20-30ml double&amp;nbsp;cream&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Untuk doh roti&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Saya just mix all ingredient dalam mixer tapi make sure masa start adding bhn, garam dan yeast berada dikawasan berasingan untuk elak yeast mati..&lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan doh rehat dan naik sekali ganda, baru tumbuk dan biar rehat sekali lagi.. &lt;br /&gt;
Lepas tu baru devide kepada doh2 kecil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Untuk butterscotch sauce&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Buat camarel gula&lt;br /&gt;
bila gua dah cair masukkan butter, dan diikuti cream&lt;br /&gt;
Kacau sampai likat dan sejukkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Gulungkan doh dan masukkan dalam loaf pan.. &lt;br /&gt;
Biarkan ia mengembang 80% dari muatan isi loyang.&lt;br /&gt;
Bakar 150 degree selama 15-20min - oven saya cpt pns.. resepi biasa 180 degree&lt;br /&gt;
Tunggu sejuk dan potong.. - Pakai serrated knife untuk potongan roti yg rata dan tak penyek.. :)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 cup castor sugar&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;2 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;1tsp soda&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;a pinch of salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of chocolate chips - i use lembaga koko chocolate&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup almond strip&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together. Put in choc chips and almond strip inside the flour. &lt;br /&gt;Whisk butter with castor sugar and brown sugar until double up (the color turn out pale)&lt;br /&gt;Put in two eggs and beat again&lt;br /&gt;Pour in the dry ingredient and fold in until well mix&lt;br /&gt;Let the batter rest overnite - &amp;gt; tp saya tak sabar try juga bakar sket..&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 180 degre celcius for 12 min -&amp;gt; mine 150 degree celcius 12 min&lt;br /&gt;

Oleh kerana hari mengadun hari tu saya tak menyabar nak bakar, bila spoon sket je atas loyang, tetiba biskut mengembang tak hengat.. lepas tu adunan tu saya simpan overnite dalam fridge.. Infact menurut source resepi ni allthecook.com kata adunan blh simpan up to 4 bulan..hehe tp sy simpan seminggu je,bkr bila nk mkn..bila lepas simpan tu, senang je nk jemput-jemput adunan tu comel2, dan hasilnya comel2 macam biskut famous amos..:)&lt;br /&gt;

1 1/2 tsp garam&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
3 tbs gula&lt;/div&gt;

80ml double cream (susu full cream pun ok atay 100g susu tepung)&lt;/div&gt;

3 batang kayu manis ( panjang sejengkal) dikisar kering sampai halus&lt;/div&gt;

Cara:&lt;/div&gt;

Sediakan air suam yang dimasukkan gula sedikit.kacau gula sampai larut&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Masukan air suam bergula kepada bekas yg berisi instant yeast&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Biarkan seketika sehingga nampak yeast berbuih ( it show that yeast are working)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Dalam mixing bowl, masukkan tepung, garam, double cream&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Masukkan larutan yeast&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Mulakan putarkan mixer pada kelajuan perlahan dan masukkan sedikit demi sedikit lebihan air&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Putar sehingga adunan licin&amp;nbsp;lebih kurang 30 min&amp;nbsp;(selang selikan putaran dengan kelajuan sederhana dan perlahan) &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Bila adunan telah sedia ( adunan elastik dan tidak melekat pada tangan apabila dipegang), kemaskan ia dalam bentuk bulat dan biarkan ia rehat selama 45 min&amp;nbsp; atau sehingga ia mengembang 2x dari saiz asal&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
Setelah ia mengembang, tumbh adunan untuk membebarkan udara yang terhasil akibat tindakan yeast.&lt;/div&gt;

bahagikan adunan kepada dua bahagian.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Untuk roti naik&lt;/u&gt; : bahagiakan lagi kepada adunan bulat2 kecil, letak dalam loyang yang telah digris, biarkan sehingga adunan kembang 2x saiz asal&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Untuk cinnamon rolls&lt;/u&gt; : lenyek adunan dengan rolling pin, taburkan serbuk cinnamon dan gula diatas doh. gulung, dipotong2 kepada saiz yang sesuai dan susun dalam loyang yang digris, rehatkan sehingga doh kembang 2x saiz asal&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

Setelah kembang bakar dengan suhu 200 degree celcius selama 20 min (sebelum tu panaskan oven 10 min)&lt;/div&gt;

Selesai bakar, roti naik tu disapukan dengan mentega pakai berus silikon (kalau takde berus silikon pakai daun pandan gunting2 pun boleh, klu selera pakai berus cat pun ikutlah....)&lt;/div&gt;
