&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ceaiurile, mai ales neindulcite, sunt foarte bune pentru organism, dar eu una nu le supoooort!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;M-am chinuit acum 2 seri sa beau o cana cu ceai verde, m-am tinut de nas, stateam cu ochii inchisi, luam inghitituri mari, dar nu am putut sa beau decat jumatate de cana. Si e atat de benefic corpului uman.... :(&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Eu cred ca o singura cana de ceai verde(mai maricica :D) pe zi poate face multe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Il poti folosi daca: vrei sa slabesti, sa-ti pastrezi tenul frumos, sa te protejezi de anumite boli cum ar fi cancerul, diabetul, sa previi cariile si lista poate continua. Eu am sa ma chinui sa beau in continuare. Azi jumatate de cana, mai la fel, poimaine toata cana, cine stie!!! Dar sub nicio forma nu voi renunta la cafeaua mea!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

De data aceasta am exagerat, zic eu!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sa va zic ce s-a mai intamplat. Am tot fost ocupata cu facultatea su munca si m-am ingrasat 2 kg... :)) Stiu ca nu e asa relevant, dar ideea era alta. Tot anul am fost cumpatata, am gustat cate ceva dulce, nu am exagerat cu nimic, iar acum nu ma mai pot opri. Peste tot unde ma duc sunt bombonele, ciocolatele, biscuiti etc... Nu mai imi pot cumpara nimic, nici macar un demachiant fara sa vad in stanga sau in dreapta un dulce... si cedez... pentru ca sunt si eu om :))&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Acum ma chinui sa scap de cele 2 kg... unul s-a dus, dar celalalt se incapataneaza sa ramana dat fiind faptul ca si azi am mancat niste bombonele pentru a sarbatori ceva important pentru proiectul la care lucrez, dar cel mai probabil, plictisitor pentru voi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am descoperit niste tipe pe youtube care au niste execitii bunicele... eu eram mare fana Zuzana, dar pentru ca face filmulete in care se dezbraca si pentru ca are link-ul "buy me a coffee" prin intermediul caruia ii poti dona ei un banut sa se mai plimbe putin, mi-a mai pierit din admiratie. &lt;br /&gt;

La mine nicio zi nu seamana, dar despre asta o sa va povestesc cu alta ocazie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Un mar, o banana, struguri... inainte sa plec la serviciu mananc o supa, o salata sau ceva destul de usor si la munca mananc ce apuc. De obicei mancare de acasa. Cateodata mai imi fac comanda (raaaaaaaau, foarte rauuuuu, ar trebui sa fiu un exemplu pentru voi) sau mai mananc grisine.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

La un moment dat vad intr-o masina o pereche de ochi foarte frumosi si machiati oarecum bine. Se vedea ca fata respectiva a stat in oglinda ceva timp, lucru foarte normal pentru orice femeie. Din pacate, oglinda ei se termina la nivelul gatului, fata infulecand o gogoasa infuriata la 8 si jumatate dimineata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Niciodata nu e prea mult pentru mine.Totusi, am inteles ca viata nu se termina la 20 de ani, ca toate obiceiurile proaste vor avea efecte asupra mea peste zeci de ani. Vreau o inima sanatoasa, genunchi puternici, nu vreau pungi din acelea de grasime pe la ochi care sunt rezultatul consumului de prajeli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Nu va ganditi ca nu mananc niciodata cartofi prajiti, dulciuri, paine, paste etc..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Nu-mi refuz nimic, nu as putea. In schimb mananc cu masura, la ore nu foarte tarzii, incerc sa fac suficient sport. Imi este foarte greu sa ma abtin si totusi o fac pentru ca imi dau seama ca nu e bine. In plus, ma recompensez de fiecare data cand reusesc sa ma abtin de la ceva cu foaaarte multe calorii. Ma vedeam teribil de grasa, desi nu aveam decat un kg sau doua in plus si putina burtica, burtica pe care intotdeauna am avut-o. Puteam sa scap de toate astea prin putin sport, dar eu am preferat sa tin regim. O zi lactate, una carne, alta legume fierte, alta fructe. Cred ca am tinut o saptamana. Am slabit 2 kg sa zic asa si m-am hotarat sa ma duc la KFC pentru a sarbatori succesul.  Evident ca am pus 3 kg care se vedeau ghiciti unde?! Pe burta!!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Pentru mine dieta asta e cel mai mare rau posibil. Nu stiu cine s-ar putea abtine sa nu manance dupa o asemenea dieta.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Nu este indicat sa combini fructele, sa mananci mult la o masa, sa te culci cu stomacul plin etc..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;RETINE:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;O bombonica intr-o zi nu face rau nimanui.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div lang="ro-RO" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa cum se poate observa toate produsele sunt de la Farmasi. Anul trecut mi-am cumparat de la ei o pudra sidefata si pentru ca mi-a placut foarte mult, am zis sa mai incerc si alte produse de la ei.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oja nu este deloc rezistenta. Dupa ce am spalat vasele nu mi-a venit sa cred cum aratau unghiile mele. Gloss-urile nu-mi plac. Mi-am demonstrat inca o data ca nu sunt genul de persoana care sa foloseasca acest produs. Sunt lipicioase, nu se intind cum trebuie, se strang ca un contur in jurul buzelor. Chiar nu stiu ce a fost in capul meu atunci cand le-am luat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pudra este foarte buna. Nu stiu cum ar trebui sa o descriu! :)) Mie imi place ca uniformizeaza si nu incarca tenul. Este produsul pe care mi-l doream.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Corectorul este bunicel. Nu prea am eu ce sa acopar, iar atunci cand am si eu cate un "cosulet" nimic nu-l poate acoperi. :)) Aseara si-a facut bine treaba!!! :))&lt;br /&gt;

In poza se mai poate observa un dematograf alaturi de inca doua lacuri de unghii si o pila. Acestea au fost primite cadou. Dermatograful nu rezista prea mult. Cel mai bun ramane creionul ADA. :))&lt;br /&gt;

Poate am zis cateva perle pe aici si va rog sa ma scuzati pentru acestea. Calitatea pozelor lasa si ea de dorit, dar ce conteaza?! E un simplu post de duminica.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma uitam în oglindă și nu-mi plăcea ceea ce vad. Știam ca nu e bine sa mănânc de la fast food în fiecare zi, dar totuși o făceam. Mă uitam la acea mâncare și mi se întorcea stomacul pe dos pentru ca nu-mi mai plăcea, dar îmi face rău. Nu numai ca nu-mi dădea energie, dar ma obosea și mai mult in condițiile în care și așa aveam un orar cu care nu eram obișnuită. Mă complăceam în situația în care eram și nu credeam ca voi avea puterea de a schimba ceva în viața mea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Mi-am dat seama ca nu e bine și am început încet, încet sa mănânc și altceva în afara de prostiile din oraș. M-am înconjurat de oameni care mi-au oferit sprijin, care m-au înțeles și care m-au suportat atunci când mă plângeam din cauza oboselii, din cauza kg in plus, din cauza hainelor care nu-mi veneau cum voiam eu. De la blugi mărimea 40 am ajuns la mărimea 32, dar asta cu răbdare. Știam ca nicio minune nu se va întâmpla peste noapte și că trebuie sa am răbdare, să nu îmi concentrez atenția numai pe asta. Am înțeles ca vedetele care apar prin reviste arată bine pentru că din asta traiesc si că eu nu pot sa-mi dedic tot timpul acestui lucru, dar am profitat de ora liberă pe care o aveam la dispoziție pentru a face ceva bun pentru corpul meu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Inainte eram genul de om comod si niciodata nu aveam timp deși nu făceam nimic, dar absolut nimic !!!! Nici nu-mi explic cum am reușit să trec de la leneșa care eram la persoana activă de azi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Îmi place sa merg pe jos. Obișnuiam să fac asta cu cea mai bună prietenă. Mergeam, povesteam, râdeam, intram prin magazine, profitam de orice secunda pe care ne-o petreceam împreună. Nu era nevoie sa merg o oră la sală sa simt ca am făcut mișcare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;De cele mai multe ori, lucrurile mici sunt cele mai de efect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Poate ca această postare vi se pare cam patetică, dar voiam sa subliniez faptul că dacă eu am reușit să mă schimb și voi puteți face asta. Nu vă cere nimeni să țineți regim, să nu mâncați, să vă refuzați vreo poftă. câteodată este nevoie de puțină răbdare, de voință si de cumpătare. Ma gândeam sa pun în enumerarea mea și organizarea, dar eu stau cam prost la acest capitol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Dar sa mai fac sport?!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Lucrurile nu stau chiar asa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Sport poți face și la 7 dimineața când nu e chiar asa de cald, dar și la 21:30, 22:00.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Mai nou am o mare problema! Nu ma mai pot trezi de dimineața. Înainte ma trezeam la 6, făceam sport de la 7 la 8 și după îmi vedeam de treaba, dar s-au dus acele vremuri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt; Acum fac sport de la 21:00 și este destul de ok dat fiind faptul ca nu mai mănânc nimic după.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Unii recomanda mâncatul după efortul fizic pentru ca mușchiul sa se refacă, dar mie personal mi s-a recomandat sa nu mai mănânc după ce fac sport.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Faptul ca nu mai mănânci seara contează enorm!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt; In primul rând te trezești dimineața cu pofta de mâncare și nu-ți mai permiți sa sari peste cea mai importanta masa a zilei.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;In al doilea rând, nu-ți mai supui organismul la tortura de a mai digera mâncare fie ea și sănătoasă după ce o zi întreagă a fost supus la stres, griji și mai știu eu ce. Asa cum noi suntem obosiți, asa și ficatul, stomacul și toate cele din interiorul nostru obosesc(cred ca am mai spus asta pe aici pe undeva!!!). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;Sa nu mai spun ca făcea reclama mascata unui restaurant la care am fost si eu acum 2 ani unde se folosește un tip de faina care nu îngrașă și dacă nu ma înșel fabrica unde se face aceasta faina este a lui Teo Trandafir.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;Din câte îmi aduc aminte mâncarea nu m-a dat pe spate (comandasem niște paste), dar prajiturile sunt delicioase (ah, nici astea nu îngrașă pentru ca sunt făcute din nu știu exact ce).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;Din punctul meu de vedere, faptul ca a trecut la un stil de viata sănătos este demn de admirat, dar prea multe fite.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #741b47;"&gt;Daca vrei sa faci asta nu trebuie sa mănânci de la restaurant zilnic, sa ai un antrenor personal și mai știu eu ce. Sunt foarte supărat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #741b47;"&gt;ă&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #741b47;"&gt; pentru ca multe dintre voi ar putea spune "Ah, pai nu merita sa ma chinui. Eu nu am banii ei, nu-mi permit 7 mese pe zi la restaurant sau antrenor personal. Am copii, am rate, am alte priorități." De fapt,nu aveți nevoie decât de putina voință.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; font-family: inherit; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Asta a fost veșnica mea problemă, lucrul care m-a complexat cel mai tare. Cât mai puțin zahăr, cât mai puține dulciuri (eu una nu aș putea renunța de tot la dulciuri; oameni suntem!!!!).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;3. Sport, sport, sport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;4. Abdomene, abdomene, abdomene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;5. Fără fast food. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;6. Multă apă.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;7. Mai puțină sare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;8. Când faceți sport, puteți folosi ștrampi de plastic care se pun pe sub pantaloni. Asta doar dacă puteți face față căldurii. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;9. Mai puțină pâine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #741b47; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;10. Mai slăbuț cu mâncatul seara.
