I had one of my FAVORITE family fall sessions this year out at Coffee Creek! Wonderful family with absolutely beautiful children :)

To say I LOVE my job, would be a complete under statement.

I truly enjoy meeting with my clients, learning about their lives together and being part of capturing their love story...

Each chapter is so much different from the one before.

Every new member, new year...brings on a whole new beginning!

I love the interaction...

the emotion...

the love I see!

Makes life seem that much more fabulous to me...

Sexy Private Boudoir $350

Sexy little session that can be shot at your place of desire. May it be your home, apartment, condo or favorite hotel suite! If you choose to book at your favorite hotel suite, you can keep the room to spice things up that night with your favorite guy or to hang out with your girlfriends and have a girls night out!

Sexy Boudoir $300

Sexy Boudoir sessions are taken on the specific days that we have booked during a specific month. They are taken at a local hotel or venue at which you will need to sign up for an appointment. There are only 6 sessions shot the entire day and each session is individual and private. The cost of the hotel or venue is included in creation fee, therefore we must have at least 4 ladies booked for each scheduled weekend shoot. These special shoots are shot on Saturdays or Sundays during off wedding season and during the week days during wedding season. They are only offered once a month.

What a fabulous session I had with the Theis Family! We were up against rain...and it pretty much held off with the exception of a few sprinkles :)

LOVED seeing the kids run around and give me a hard time about getting their capture done!

Makes for a more challenging and exciting session!

In between all the living, loving, and chaos always comes the beauty of each and every family...

and being able to uniquely capture that particular chapter in the families life together.

I LOVE capturing the spirited moments...the ones

that no one thinks will come out!

The boys were a blast! It was the first time I ever got to meet them, and super cute they were!

I learned about invisible kids, statues, and many other little boy creations :)

Boy, oh boy did they love their little cousin...and she was such a little sweetheart as well!

Such a quiet little pip-squeak...

I think she had EVERYONE wrapped around her tiny little finger!

...and as I walked away from this session and drove home,

I realized once, yet again...just how very blessed I am to be able to capture all the

life and love I see every single day!

Last night I ran downtown to do a "Coming Soon" Maternity session with

Kurt and Carol!

I have been waiting the last 13 hrs to post to the blog...after they made it FB official :)

They have a little miracle on the way...

a true miracle that was "never suppose to happen"

and I could not be more delighted to be part of their new baby story!

I still have goosebumps from when Carol revealed she was pregnant to me...

what a beautiful blessing for such an amazing woman!

Carol is too much fun and pretty much up for anything...

I CAN NOT wait till she gets to 7 months and we photograph her baby bump again!

So funny side of this session...Kurt has watched The Next Top Model A LOT apparently,

and had 100 ideas for the way he wanted to style this session of ours...

he and I were mostly on the same page at the same time,

which was funny to me...

I suggested he come along and be my assistant from now on :)

I truly should of had a video going of our session,

Kurt made me giggle more than once!

God Bless Carol and this pregnancy adventure with his shenanigans lol

Have I ever went into detail about how much I TRULY LOVE LOVE LOVE,

maternity sessions?!

I think motherhood is one of the most amazing times in a woman's life.

Incredible how each new mommy to be is radiant in her own way...

This little mama that I had the pleasure of capturing, is

absolutely B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L

There was NO bad way of capturing her!

We first headed out to an urban area, and finished up at the beach....the beach is where my heart and soul seem to always dance around together.

I love every chance I get to take, to head to our local beach!

Mike and Beth

This past weekend, my handsome husband and I shot a beautiful outdoor wedding!

The weather was a delightful 70* ...who knew we would get so lucky this deep into August!?

Beth's mom did a crazy beautiful job with all the wonderful decorations....

you can tell she had prepared for this day since Beth was born :)

Mike is beyond PERFECT for Beth...

Words just can not describe how much love there is here.

You can see it in his eyes, the way he looks at her...and touches her gently.

One of my favorite shots of the day! (above) There was no doubt Beth's dad watched from Heaven to see his baby girl get married to her guy!

Again...some of mother of the bride talent lurking all around the yard!

LOVE this pose of Beth...and the bench is pretty sweet too...just another wonderful find her mother had!

It seems like forever since I have posted anything at all! To tell you the truth, I have been extremely busy and I haven't had any extra time to post :( Between shooting, editing and delivering to my clients...then trying to throw in some family time and SLEEP :) ...well, something had to give and unfortunately it was the blog....

Nana, Papa & the boys!

I absolutely love the colors in this one alley way downtown...
Recently I had a family special that I ran,
which kept me way busier than I had ever expected!

Another beautiful family shot in Indiana!

We have had a time trying to schedule this wonderful session together...

I had sick kiddos, then she had sick kiddos...and FINALLY

she was able to get one of the most beautiful days we have had this far in Indiana!

No need for coats today,

in fact after this session I ran home and slipped out of my shoes and into my flip flops :)

Little N loves baby K so very much...he is so adorable with his sister...

Jessica is such a wonderful mom ...N obv gets his lovey dovey from her...she is absolutely in LOVE with her kids and family!

I have so many smiles inside from working with these two today,

Josh just kills me!

He was def giving Jessica a little run for her money with images today :)

It wouldn't be a normal shooting day without that for me!

That little man loves his family so much...

he couldn't figure out who he wanted to be closest to the entire shoot :)

What a blessing they have in him!

Dads are just so wonderful in so many ways! They always know how to have fun.

This one is for Josh..his idea and he told Jessica just how to do it!

The best is when she asked "do you really want me to actually throw her up in the air?"

What a darling family!

(p.s. I just may have to hire him as my assistant to help other dads!)

Life has been fabulous!

I haven't posted much on the blog lately.....well because I can't :)

Boudoir for me has taken off like crazy!

I'm debating on wether or not to start a new website for that type of photography!

I have been super busy shooting and editing...

but took a little time away today for a little fun with leopard print.

Thought I would share :)

I have had some family and baby sessions recently ...so I will be posting a few from there soon!

I ABSOLUTELY am totally in LOVE with this saying....

I think it sums so many things up :)

I have been a pinterestaholic....

and I find all kinds of things I like, want, feel I need lol

So when I came across this little bit of sweetness..it was almost perfect...

almost.

I found a blog that allowed for download of this image.

It was aqua.

Don't get me wrong...aqua is beautiful.

However, I am a leopard print girl at heart!

I mean for crying out loud, I wore 5 inch heels on the sand of Dillon Beach when I got married...

because they were LEOPARD print!

My bouquet had leopard ribbon...

are you seeing the theme here?! So when I found this..

I knew it was almost perfect..

I just needed to throw it into photoshop and do some magic and make it all me :)

And I did...so now,

this little beauty will be printed up and I will be doing something fun with it for my home.

Fun right?! :)

Before I get to this next session...I truly need to explain why this is such a near and dear to my heart session! Becky, is one of my very close friends. She was a client of mine when her LITTLES were, well a whole lot smaller :) I was so fortunate to capture them in some of their tiniest times in life!!! Becky and I hit it off right away, and pretty much after our first session together we became very close friends and ended up finding out that our lives are pretty darn parallel to each other! After recently being reconnected to someone from my past..it just seems so fitting that the same thing happen to my beautiful friend Becky!

I love capturing life period.

However, it is so much sweeter when you know all the stories behind that life!

btw...her knight in shining armor is also a photog.

He specializes in landscape photography! Its fair to say (after stalking his fb page) that he has an eye for it and takes some beautiful scenic images!

We recently rented a beautiful house at Dillon Beach!

This house had absolutely everything to make it feel like home, and so much more...

it over looked the beautiful ocean :)

Sunrise and sunset could be seen from the Master Bedroom and upstairs balcony as well

as from the multitude of windows gracing the living room!

It is a must see and a must stay...

if you are looking for a weekend getaway or a special place to be with

a special group of friends,

you need to check out this BEAUTY!

this is the front of the home we rented

The kitchen and dining space was to DIE FOR...and it overlooked the beautiful ocean.

You could see it from every window on the top floor facing the ocean,

and the sounds were absolutely breath taking when we sat out on that deck!

Heck, even when we opened the windows...nothing but beautiful sounds came rushing in.

You can see here how open the home was...this dining room opened into the living room.

..don't you worry, we used that fireplace and got all cozy while we enjoyed our weekend...

even though it was about 60 to 64 all weekend long...GORGEOUS weather

nights fell a little cool, so the fireplace took the chill out of the air, and it just

smelled so inviting and homey!

You could see the ocean our of every single one of these beautiful windows!

What an incredible view it truly was...

These stairs led to the down stairs where there was 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths...that were incredibly comfortable and had heated floors...yes...I said HEATED!

the Master which had a huge walk in closet and very large bathroom

that could comfortably shower two :)

We opend those windows and let that ocean breeze just pour right in...

you could hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean and see the amazing sunset and sunrise each day!

Very large space and the bed was extrememly comfy...including a electric blanket that kept us all toasty while we enjoyed the ocean breeze coming in those windows!!

This is the second guest room...you can also see the ocean from this view as well and again very comfy!

Pretty spacious too...

There was another guest bedroom, but I didn't capture that to show.

We had an amazing time here with two other couples and one of my best friends since preschool!!!

Could not of asked for better hospitality from the owners,

or a cleaner environment to enjoy with our loved ones.

It was one of the best weekends...and oh the memories we all made!

ah sweet BLISS ;)

OH MY!

I am just dying to show the image that I captured for my recent Holiday Boudoir!!!!

But I can't!

They are gifts...so I have to wait until after the 1st of the year!

These women were so beautiful and owned who they are...

so grateful to meet each and everyone of them.

I feel so thankful that they chose me to capture this beauty

from within that they all possess!

Simply..AMAZING!

I will offer one more Boudoir special in Jan.

They will be ready for Valentine gift giving :)

after that, my sessions for boudoir will end until June for Indiana/Illinois area

I will be offering these special sessions in California from March to May2012!
