So nice to be back! I have really missed blogging.. A lot has been happening around me lately... Humm.. From being a wife, to a mum and also a student...😂. Well, that is story for another day.. Thank God for his mercies and strength he has given me. To him be all the glory....

Vanessa Trump has officially filed for divorce from Donald Trump Jr.

After five children, the Donald’s presidency, and even death threats, they certainly had a drama-packed 12 years of marriage.

Vanessa’s move follows a report in the New York Post’s Page Six on Wednesday indicating the two were “headed to divorce.” Even though they had “not legally separated” yet, friends told the newspaper the two were already in the dreaded state of “living separate lives.” Donald Jr., an aspiring politico himself, has been, along with brother Eric Trump, running the Trump Organization and doing extensive traveling, including trips to feed his hunting passion. “Vanessa is a devoted mother, but she is increasingly lonely and alone in the house with the children,” the newspaper reported. And their problems aren’t new. They “had hoped to stay together during the president’s time in office, but it is getting harder to resolve their issues. He’s never there.”

Furthermore Donald Jr.’s friends told the tabloid that he had “changed recently,” citing some of his tweets, including one attacking a teen survivor of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. Vanessa obviously had a very scary experience recently when she opened a letter, addressed to her husband at their home, that contained a threat as well as a mysterious white substance. She went to the hospital as a precaution.

The last year-plus of their lives has been truly a wild ride for the couple, both 40, but it really has never been dull from their first meeting — where they were introduced by the Donald — until now.

At intermission for the same show, the Donald again approached Vanessa. “‘I don’t think you’ve met my son Donald Trump Jr.,'” Vanessa, who had been linked to Leonardo DiCaprio, remembered him saying. She replied, “Yeah, we just met, five minutes ago.”

I Regretted My Last Relationship !! Part 2

Despite I felt a lot of pains, this experience was really a revelation of who God is to me. When the room didn't lead me out of the house, I thought the only thing left for me was death. But I was wrong, the room led to my deliverance. Most of the time, we always think God will save us through a rout, but his ways are different.

As I was crying and trying to move out of this room to face my fate. I felt a hand pulled me back, I was half dead, I thought probably, someone was in the room I didn't notice, but when I turned back, I didn't see any one. Instead, I noticed a big double door wardrobe in this room, it was as if I was blind before, I went straight away to this walldrope, as if a hand is still pulling me along, I opened it. This wardrobe has three compartments. The top was full of diffent types of guns and handsets. The middle was filled with clothes, while the down part has different kinds of shoes and bags. Immediately I sighted my phone and my bag. I was shaking at this discovery. "God is the greatest. No one can beat God"

Quickly I decided to pick my phone and switch it on, I was surprised that it was still intact, I sent text message to my aunt immediately, informing her that I have been trapped and almost killed in Fred's house, that I discovered Fred is a cultist, and that all she need to do as early as she get the message is to go and get the police informed immediately and come for my rescue. I also added that I stole my phone to send the message, and that she may not be able to reach me again. Immediately I sent it, she replied with ah! Ah ah! The God that I serve will rescue you. Just be calm. I am in the church for women vigil. All will be well! I sent her another message telling her not to send any message again, that I will be waiting for her. I quickly deleted all the messages, switched off the phone, replaced it there. Immediately I closed the walldrope, the wardrobe disappeared into the wall, I was shaking greatly at this revelation. I now knew it, that it was not visible when I first entered the room. An angel took me there for my deliverance and quickly I moved back to my prison. They were still there dancing, drinking, and having fun in the dancing room. No one took note of me.

But something happened to me when I got back to the room I was put. I was not afraid again. The revelation I saw earlier made me very bold. I knew and was so sure that God will save me. I became so calm. I was waiting for God to finish what he started.

For God shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper.

Psalm:72:12

"What is the essence of my escape from Fred's prison" this was my deep thought as I await the Lord's deliverance. I have cheaply lost my virginity to a stranger and a criminal. Not even Fred! Fred did not even choose to touch me that night. I began to imagine how cheap I sold my life. It was as if I should be given another chance, God should just allow me to be a virgin once more. Oh! I lost it! I thought on my wedding night, my just wedded husband will carry me and place me lovingly on our matrimonial bed, and sing songs of love, and play with me for so long, before he even deflowered me. Oh! I lost all that. I was brutally deflowered. Not will honour and pleasure as I thought. What a shame to me! Oh mum! You caused this all! Dave was a true love. I loved him with all my life. Had I know I would end it this way, I would have taken my stand, but No, I was been childish! That night, the importance of obedience dawn on me. Was I not told? I was told to be sure of God's leading. I was told to find out the personality of who I want to marry. I was told not to plan to spend a night at a man's house before marriage. I was told not to date. I was told to have a mentor to guide my relationship. I was told to be sure if he is a believer. I still remember how my pastor use to ring the bell "If You Are Not Sure, Don't Go Ahead!" Ah! I failed myself, I failed my God! Lord Jesus I have failed you! I'm so sorry Lord! Oh! I failed my pastor! Pastor Johnson won't allow anyone fall into this shit! Only a disobedient child of his can fall into this.

I started crying again but now in deep prayers. I was there not more than thirty minutes when I heard gun shots, I became stiff. I couldn't move. I was so afraid. I have heard gun shots before, but not as close. It was as if it was shot in that house. Before I knew what was happening, the house has been rounded with police. Two police officer entered my room, they arrested me. By the time I was brought out, everyone in that house has been taken outside, and they were all handcuffed. My aunt came with the police, as she sighted me being brought out she was so surprised of how I looked. She busted into tears and was lamenting of her carelessness for trusting brother Fred for his fervency at church. That is not enough to believe someone is genuinely saved but the fruits. But she was happy at my miracoulous deliverance.

Don't take this as just a story. Make sure you learn from this!

At times in life we find ourselves in the wrong relationship and we end up asking ourselves how do we manage to get entangled in such a relationship. God help us! Sisters please be very wise when choosing a life partner, pray about it, study the person in questions, find out about the person very well before going into a relationship with him,likewise men do same when choosing a life partner. Part 1 I never knew he was not a believer. We prayed together, we church together, we even fasted together. He was everything to me. When I needed money he gave me. I took him to my mum, to my greatest surprise mum loved him. Mum has never liked any of my male friends. She must have excuse for not liking them. One was too short for me, despite he was a good Christian. What an excuse. True! I am a short beautiful girl. But I loved Dave! Dave was too short for mum. A little shorter than me though. But does that really matters? All I cared about was someone that can understand me. When I raise my hand, Dave knows what I wanted. We were the most beautiful couple on campus. We did everything together. But he never touched me for sex. He was a good home trained boy that does not believe in that, naturally. My growth spiritually was slow but I was not an unbeliever when I men Fred. I couldn't pray through, but he convinced me that he heard God spoke to him. He was mentoring me I thought. Put me through in so many spiritual things. He condemned so many things I use to do. I love my trousers, jean most especially. He took them away! Bought me ten beautiful colourful skirts, just in one day. I haven't left school when I met him. Fred was a civil engineer. I met him at my aunt's church in porthacourt when I went to see my aunt from school. Fred was a youth leader at my aunt's church. Oh! I regretted the day I met Fred. I spent two weeks with aunty Vic. It was like a day, just because of Fred. As if my break should not end again. He took my number on that same day aunty Vic introduced me to him. We became friends that same day. Our friendship brought him to University of Ibadan where I was studying then severally. He will always lodge in an hotel when he comes around. I was serving as a youth Corp when I decided to visit Fred without notice. I travelled down from Kano to porthacourt to see Fred on this fateful day. I got to his house around 9:05. The gate was left unlocked. I peeped and peeped, no sign of the gate man. I wanted to do a surprise visit. I entered the compound without anyone noticing me. Getting to the door, it was locked, but I was hearing sounds from inside. But not of people talking, it was not a sound I was really familiar with either. Not of pain, not of joy, but so weak. I peeped through the window I was hearing the sound from. It was so dark. I turned round the house to the other door, it was wide opened. Right in the kitchen I met a guy in a hot sex with a lady. I ran back. He left the girl, and ran after me. He got me so quickly. Slapped me, asking me who I wanted. I said "please its Fred" He dragged me along, took me inside, open a dark room, threw me on the floor, and said, good we have a new goat now! I tell you, I was breathing as if it was my last breath. He pointed a gun at me, and told me to hold my lips. He opened the wardrobe in the room, brought out rope to tie my hands to the back. He tied my face with a scarf he loosed from his head. I was lying down almost lifeless for fear, when I noticed a wet hands pull down my skirt. I wanted to shout but I remembered the gun. I started begging him. He slapped me severally and deflowered me. I cried and cried as he was struggling to do this. After this I heard him left the room banging the door behind him. I was still sobbing like a baby, when I head the voice of Fred coming along the corridor of the room I was put. I heard someone told him, "Scot! we have a new goat, Baba will be glad, I think she missed her road, she was looking for one Fred" I heard the door opened, and I saw the ray of light through the scarf on my face as they switched on the room's light. Then Fred said "why the blood" I was bleeding! "Idiot! did you rape the goat?" Fred said. I didn't know she was a virgin! He replied. "Notwithstanding you have defiled the goat! She must not meat a man for seven days, Please throw her away! She is not useful. We shall use the old goat. She is already here for seven days." Fred said again. I was shaking where I was lying for the revelation that Fred is a cultist. By himself he pulled off my blindfold, just to discover his wife to be. Seeing his wife to be, as the goat being raped, I even thought it will be painful to him. But his reactions was very different to the Fred I used to know. He shouted "you! how did you get here? Now that you know who I am, you have to die" I started shouting Fred please! Fred please! moving close to him on my kneels, then the other guy pushed me back, slapped me again and again, saying who is Fred? I think the goat is a mad one, laughing crazily. He couldn't get what was happening between us. So callous in mind, Fred said immediately, Go get me my gun! You can never imagine if he has seen me for once. He pretended he does not know me. But instead of the other guy to go and get his gun as instructed, he moved very close to him, whispered something into his ear. All Fred said was "fine!" after that. He left the room with that guy immediately switching off the light, they banged the door. oh! What a pain! I never knew love can turn to even death not hatred in a moment. I was left alone! Immediately I remembered "wolves In Sheep Clothing" That is what my pastor use to call fake brethren. I thought he was a sheep! So Fred is a wolf! Still tied on both hands, with blood on me I knelt down cried unto God, forgive me oh Lord for my carelessness, but save me from these wolves. That was when I understood everything that my pastor use to tell us singles. I realised I was not patient at all. I didn't allowed God to lead me, but Fred. I regretted all the steps I took. I was left alone in that dark room for hours I cannot tell. I remembered my phone and my bag that was taken by the guy that raped me. Can I even do anything with my hands tied? I was so hopeless! I imagined if aunty Victoria can know what she put me through. She connected me to this evil man, thinking he would tutor me in the way of God. No one knows my whereabouts. Mother thought I was at Kano, likewise my Aunt. Who can save me now? I was deep in this thought when I heard foot steps again. The first thing that came to my mind was that my prayers has been answered, probably he has changed his mind to kill me. I was wrong, no one came to my door. I started hearing voices, music, sound of people having happy moments. Guessed I have been forgotten. The noise was growing bigger! I guessed it was a party. Suddenly my fear left me. Something just told me that I can excape. I stood up, thank God my blindfold has been removed, I bent to look through the door hole, I didn't see anything. I bent again, used my chin to press the door handle, Lo and behold it opened. I peeped out, to the right, the corridor led to a big room afar off, supposed to be a sitting room, but it was having no furniture, afar off, I saw people dancing in twos and most of them carrying bottles, I guessed that was beer or hot drinks. Odour of smokings has filled the whole place. To the right of the corridor, the far end led to an opening I saw not well enough. The house was poorly lighted. I summoned courage, like Esther "if I die I die" I tip toe, moving towards the opening, although I didn't know where the opening led too. I haven't walked a little distance when a guy half naked, drunk I guessed, came out from another door on the corridor. I almost fainted, but surprisingly, he said "Mary! Mary! I said I'm not drunk, give me more drink now" trying to pull me to himself. Immediately I keyed into the game. I said oh! more drinks for you! Loose my hands! I turned my back on him. Immediately he bent down to loose the rope singing along with the music.. He found it so difficult, he was pulling my hands instead of him loosing the rope. I felt much pains, that was when I knew how drunk he was, but I had to manage. Luckily for me, one hand came out of the rope suddenly. I used the that hand to remove my other hand from the rope. I pulled up my skirt very well, I told the guy" go join them, let me get you more drinks, staggering to the dancing room, he left. I continued towards the opening still tip toeing. When I got there, It only led to another room, lighted though, I busted into tears, I couldn't cry aloud. I lost hope of escape! Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. He had a deadline to beat. So he came home late when his family was asleep. He went into the kitchen, warmed up his dinner that the wife had cooked. Rice with beef stew. In a few minutes he was done and went to sleep, exhausted. He couldn’t even take his bath.

In the morning, he and his wife got up. After the shower, wearing robes, it was time to prepare for the day.

“Do you think I am your house help? What is this? How many times must I tell you never to leave used plates unwashed? I wake up to an unwashed plate in the kitchen sink. Can't you even wash your plate after eating? Must I always clean up after you have eaten? Are you a baby? And you used my favourite plate that I keep for visitors, can't you even use the some of the ordinary plates I bought? Aaarrrggghhh you have ruined my morning. I am so sick of being married to a man who can't even follow simple instructions,” his wife shouted at him.

“What is this all about?” He asked looking at her surprisingly.

“What is this all about?” She ridiculed him. “Stop acting like you don't know. This is about the mess you left in the kitchen last night.”

“Is this really about the dishes? Are you seriously talking to your husband like this because of a plate?” He shockingly asked?”

Their 6 year old child walked in on them in the kitchen.

His wife looked at the child then sneered at him and said, “We are getting late. The kids are also getting late for school.”

He gently grabbed her hand to lead her to the bedroom.

“My love, we need to talk,” he told her.

“We don't have time! You have a deadline, I have an early morning meeting at work. The kids need to get to school. Stop rushing me,” she reluctantly said.

“Kids, prepare for school. Mummy and I will have a chat. We will join you to have breakfast then we will leave,” he told their three children.

“But daddy, we will get late for school,” said their first born.

“You have never been late. But today, there will be no harm getting to school slightly late. Don't worry, I will personally talk to your teachers,” he said.

“Woop! Woop! You are the coolest dad,” cheered their naughty second born jumping on to the sofa as she turned on the TV.

The couple walked inside their bedroom. Closed the door.

He got her to sit on their bed and he knelt next to her, placing his hand on her lap.

“We are getting late,” she said with a cold tone.

He rubbed her waist and said, “Shhhhhhhhhhh, it doesn't matter, this is important. I don't want us to get caught up living life that we fail to address issues.”

“So there is an issue?” She asked.

“Yes, my dirty plate on the sink,” he said.

“Don't worry, I will wash it,” she said it as she made attempt to get out from the bedroom.

He pressed her down to make her remain firmly seated.

He looked deep into her eyes as if searching for her soul. She felt naked before him.

“My wife, who hurt you in your past?” He asked.

“What do you mean?” She questioned.

“For the years I have married you, I notice you are easily irritable, you have this temper, this bitterness, this fear that erupts out of petty things,” he spoke.

“Oh, so you are saying I am petty? You think my reaction over what you did last night is petty? You think I am petty?” She erupted, sneering at him.

“See what I mean?” He said.

Silence.

“I am not saying you are petty, I am saying you are easily irritated and angry. I am saying that your response to my dirty plate was cold and harsh, all you could have done was to correct me with love, instead, you attacked me, you crushed me over a dirty plate, you fought me over a thing. Why are you this angry?” He continued.

Silence.

“No one is born angry and irritable. Anger, a hot temper is something we acquire as we live. It is our reaction to the circumstances that push us to fear, defensiveness and confusion. We acquire an angry temperament from our upbringing and the pain we collect along the way. So I want you to look inside you, your past and tell me, when did you start being so angry?"

Silence.

“My love, open up to me. Let me in to the darkest corners of your past. Show me your scars. Who did this to you? Who introduced you to bitterness? When you open up, you release the pain and healing will start; but when you hide, when you pretend, when you act like you are okay, when you wear a fake smile; healing will evade you and you will take it out on your loved ones. You will find yourself shouting at me and the kids, taking out your frustration on us.”

Silence.

“Racism, fear, tribalism, anger; all those are taught. All of us are born in the image of God and then the darkness of life creeps in through events and we become fearful and angry. Who did this to you? Who taught you how to be angry? Who made you feel like you have to fight alone, like no one is on your side?”

She began to cry.

She broke down in tears.

He hugged her. She broke down even more.

“I was raped. I was raped by my cousins. I was just a young girl,” she opened up.

She let him inside her darkest thoughts. She told him about how she was raped, her abortion when she was only 17 years that she did because she couldn't face her parents, her questions about her father who was largely absent when she needed a father figure, how she was sexually harassed at work by her boss and no one believed her. She opened up about her fake friends, who were there only to use her until the day she chose to ride solo. She opened up about how she gave her body to a man who claimed to love her, only for the man to end up cheating on her and making her feel unworthy and not beautiful enough. She opened up about her struggle with self esteem, the nights she cried to sleep. She opened up about how she made mistakes that ended up costing her time, money and peace of mind, her struggle with pornography and alcohol while she tried to project an image of a godly woman yet she felt God was angry with her. She opened up about the nights she would wake up naked in bed with a man she didn't love and how that made her angry with herself. She opened up about the five relationships she got into thinking they would last. In her first relationship she was used and dumped, in her second relationship she was physically abused, in her third relationship she was rejected because the man's parents didn't approve of her tribe, in her forth relationship she was cheated on and in her fifth relationship she was dumped the night before her wedding. She opened up about all her baggage.”

He listened.

He wiped her tears.

“My love, that is a lot for one person to go through. Thank you for opening up to me. It will help me to love you better. When you open up, you release the burden. I now know better about where you are coming from,” he told her.

“I have never told a soul all these things,” she said clinging on to him.

“If you don't tell me, who will you tell? Darling, this is what love is about. Taking your past, walking with you today and building with you our tomorrow. Many people think marriage changes things but actually marriage reveals things. In marriage that is when issues become unearthed. People use marriage as a cover up thinking it is a magic wand that will change lives. But when marriage is done in honesty, marriage become a place of healing because where there is love there is healing. With the help of God, my love will silence your fear, my love will redeem back your view of sex, my love will tell you the men you were with before me were wrong.

I will show you that you are a Queen deserving of the best of love. Love will heal you. Instead of taking things out on me, let me be love to you.

My love, stop fighting alone, stop fighting your inner wars alone. That was then, this is now. You have me. You are married to a man who has your best interest at heart. No more fear, no more anger. Okay? He told her.

She looked at his eyes and said, “I love you. I cannot believe after all the pain I went through, finally God brought me something good and I allow the hangover of my past to make me live with anger in my present.”

He kissed her and said, “Healing takes time but it will happen. It happens when you stop covering up your pain but become intentional about it.”

“I love you. I love you so much. You are a great husband. Thank you so

much,” she said.

“I love you too. We are in this together,” he told her.

“Please kiss me,” she requested.

“Make love to me,” she asked.

They kissed and it was so passionate as never before. Indeed it was the healing kiss.

They made love and for the first time in their marriage, it was so deep, satisfying, very fulfilling and full of ecstacy. Indeed they made the healing love.

They prayed. And it was truly the healing prayer; with joy, love and oneness of heart.

He then helped her to dress up and she helped him to dress up. They exchanged some laughs, joined their children with one love, peace and understanding as never before.

They had breakfast as a family in an atmosphere of great love. They drove to school and their respective places of work playing some cheerful music in the car and having family fun. The naughty second born, very characteristic of him, said

“Today mummy is very happy and we are all happy too. Please dad we always want mummy to be happy.”

Did you get married without addressing the issues you went through in the past?

Are you an angry or a bitter person?

Don't take your anger or bitterness into your marriage because it will tarnish the relationship between you and your spouse and your children and your entire family will suffer, more so, the children.

Many marriages have hit rocks because of this.

May you be healed from all the damages you went through along your path.

May your marriage be a place of healing.

We live in a hurting world. Support your spouse in his or her healing process.

Beautiful and promising marriages are broken everyday because of pain and bitterness bottled up. But if spouses open up to each other, things will get better.

.................he came back from a meeting that fateful day and informed his wife that the next meeting of Good Brothers London branch will be in their house, as it was now his turn to host them. He added that the people have demanded to eat special Ofe Onugbu for entertainment.

On the day of the meeting, she went to Nigerian market to purchase the items to make the Onugbu Soup for the guest who are well respected personalities, highly placed individuals with profound integrity.

She entered the kitchen and started making the food, while the husband went out to get other important items for the meeting. Lo and behold, the people have started arriving.

Just as they have settled down and waiting for entertainment, the wife whispered to the husband who just arrived and was saluting the people's with great excitements with handshake in turns telling them that the food was ready........

Wooow!! He was so excited the more... As the custom demands that food should be presented before everything thing.

The husband then accompanied her to the kitchen, decided to taste the soup before hand.

It happened that this woman just got the Onugbu (bitter leaf) straight from the market without knowing that onugbu must be boiled and squeezed out part of the bitterness very well before putting into the soup. She just sliced them like that and put them directly into the soup. The husband became dumbfounded, not knowing what to do!!

Suddenly, a thought crept to his mind, though he didn't disclose nor say anything to the wife who was believing the cooked soup to be the best, and to her, that's indeed it going to be *"a delicious bitter leaf".*

He said, honey, please could you take up the fufu pot to the dining for the visitors while I assist you to carry the soup pot?

She accepted.

Just as they were approaching the center table, *he intentionally double crossed his legs, and fell down fatally, and the whole soup poured out and wasted to the ground.* The people started shouting: sorry, sorry sorry oh my God, oh my God. Hope you're OK, no injury, etc, this delicious soup wasted. Oh nooh. Sorry sir.. And helping him to stand up... Eventually, the people ended up taking only the drinks alone and left with joy and showing pity for the man.

However, the wife was very angry shouting at him, you are just a devil, who came to ruin my happiness, look how honoured I could have been before this people, you just wasted my soup. This wicked man.

The man didn't answer nor respond anything to her wife. But was very happy that the wife integrity and respect was wittily, handsomely and smartly rescued. The woman continued to Abuse the husband with razor blade mouth.

Later in the night while they have slept and woke up, the husband quietly said to the wife, *darling, do you really know what happened yesterday, I intentionally poured out that Soup to protect your integrity. The soup could have brought a big Shame to them. And told her the soup was very bitter and no one could have eaten such a bitter Soup. Probably you forgot to wash out the bitter leaf properly before putting it into the soup

There she fell down and started crying and begging the husband for forgiveness... And, the Love for the husband increased the more.

*LESSONS TO LEARN FROM THIS:*

1. Take all possible risk to protect your spouse, you're his or her shield.

2. Women not all your men action is against your happiness.

3. men don't talk back at your angry Wife, her ears are always at her back whenever she is so provoked.

*What You Will Need*

🤜🏿 *A slatted chair or modified stool/chair to let steam through. Preferably made of natural materials such as wood, canvas, or bamboo*

🤜🏿 *2 large natural fiber blankets,Wool or cotton are preferred.A large stainless steel stock pot, large enough to boil a gallon of water.You may also want a large ceramic or Pyrex bowl to pour the hot water and herbs into.Do not use a cracked bowl, the hot water may split the bowl more.Herbs of choice. A cup of dried herb, or a quart mason jar loosely filled with fresh herbs*.

*Instructions*

1. *Place your chair, blanket, and whatever else you may want in a location that will be comfortable.*

*Place a cutting board under the chair, or place chair on a tile floor. Have a glass of water, music, reading material set up in advance. Be sure you are wearing a long skirt, no underwear, and a warm natural fiber top.*

2. *Boil 1litre of water with 1 cup herb(can be just a handful or less) depending on what's available for 10 minutes. Continue to steep off of the stove for an additional 5 minutes. *If transferring to a ceramic bowl, do so now.Place pot or bowl under the chair/stool*

3. *Test how hot the steam is. Put the inside of your forearm over the steam to test. Remember your genitals are very sensitive to heat, you do not want to burn them! Do not sit down until the steam is comfortable for you.*

4. *Sit down. Be sure you are not wearing underwear and none of your clothing is hanging in the pot*

5. *Cover your entire lower half, all the way to the ground with the first blanket. Make a tent all around the chair, to keep the steam in*.

6. *Wrap the second blanket around the upper half of your body. Keep it wrapped around you, stay warm.*

7. *Steam for 20-30 minutes.*

8. *Keep warm, go to bed for 1 hour*.

Now, you know I never knew my wife had money on her? But she brought it out and spent on me because I had impressed her.

Are men afraid to say yes to marriage proposals from women?

Looking at Nigeria where am from, It feels like Nigerian guys are not comfortable with a woman bending the knee to put a ring on their finger.

Since the beginning of 2018, women have gone viral twice for proposing to boyfriends – and on both occasions have they failed – is there something scaring men away from saying yes?

The two proposals mentioned above did not fail because the men were freaked out – the first guy who was proposed to at ICM was said to have rejected the engagement because he already has a wife while the other rejection was just part of a grand scheme you actually need to watch here.

However, reactions of other men garnered off social media provides a sort of insight into the minds of the average Nigerian guy out there concerning women who propose to men.

It kinda feels like Nigerian guys are not comfortable with a woman bending the knee to put a ring on their finger in public. Or in private.

SAVE THE VAGINA NOW!!!

To maintain a healthy vagina you must know what to do to avoid infection and it is equally important to educate your sexual partner on so...me of them to also help you help the vagina.

Do not use any detergent or soap to wash inside the vagina.

Here are some few things you can do or avoid.

1. Fingering
During foreplay or romance, as part of it some people insert their finger or fingers into the vagina. The question is, how many people wash their hands before sexual intercourse? Some people do not even keep their nails clean so it gathers a lot of germs and during the fingering, these germs are deposited in the vagina...leading to infection. Same thing apply to autopleasure acts or masturbation.

2. Anal sex
I am not here to tell anybody to have anal sex or not to but I simply want to draw the attention of those who engage in anal sex with the opposite sex that it is dangerous to have anal sex and continue having penovaginal sex. If this is done, the penis will pick bacteria from the anus and deliver them to the vagina even if you are using a condom....which will lead to infection.

3. Quest to make the vagina TIGHT
Some guys complain bitterly about the vagina of their sexual partners. They complain that it's too big and they no more feel any sensation during intercourse. Some ladies are therefore pushed to find a quick solution and in the process some use herbs or other substances in the vagina with the hope of making the vagina tight. Some of the substances cause infection or sepsis. Some of the herbs can cause the vagina to get tighter to the extent that penetration is no more possible. This will require treatment.

4. Douching
Some parents, when bathing for their baby girls put warm water in a milk tin or dip a towel in the warm water and pour the water through a hole made beneath the tin or squeeze the water out of the towel into the vagina of the baby. This is sooooo WRONG as it can damage the hymen.

Some parents also insert ginger or pepper or both into the vagina of adolescents as a form of punishment. This is sooooo WRONG as it can lead to infection.

Some people are use to bathing by adding dettol or other detergents to the water and they put this solution inside the vagina with the help of sponge or towel or just the hand with soap to clean the vagina. This is soooo WRONG as it will change the normal flora in the vagina, leading to infection.

5. Use of water closet
Some people have the habit of not sitting on the seat of the WC when using it so they end up urinating on the seat. The possibility of picking infection when using it in that condition is high. Don't let your pant be at the thigh level when using the WC especially the public ones as the inner of the pant may rub the surface of the WC. Where the water is not running and people have used but have not flushed and you don't have any choice but to also use it, use enough toilet roll to cover before using the WC to avoid any splashes on the vulva.

6. Washing and drying
Develop the habit of disinfecting your panties frequently...depending on the number of pants you have. Keep exclusive panties to wear whenever you are menstruating and don't mix those panties with your regular panties. Pay particular attention to those panties when washing. Ensure that the panties are made of cotton and are dried in the sun or well ironed to kill germs.

7. Change sanitary pads
Some people try to economize the use of their sanitary pads so during the period they tend to still wear the pad because there is little or no blood. This is soooo WRONG as it can lead to infection.

NB: If there is any bad scent from the vagina or there is a discharge coming from the vagina then it might be an infection which you have to have it treated.

Help save the vagina by ensuring that you get the message to as many friends as possible. Help save the vagina by getting the message to your sexual partner or sisters. Let us all join hand in saving the vagina.

“We just have to find the time to put it together,” Wilde told Glamour of her eventual wedding. “In many ways, a child is more of a commitment. We are fully committed and really happy as a family. And there’s no definition of the ‘normal family’ anymore. Kids today are growing up with so many different definitions of family. I guess what I’m saying is that I don’t feel any pressure to do it. Having been married only a year and a half, I’ve recently come to the conclusion that marriage isn’t for me.

Now before you start making assumptions, keep reading.

I met my wife in high school when we were 15 years old. We were friends for ten years until…until we decided no longer wanted to be just friends. I strongly recommend that best friends fall in love. Good times will be had by all.

Nevertheless, falling in love with my best friend did not prevent me from having certain fears and anxieties about getting married. The nearer Kim and I approached the decision to marry, the more I was filled with a paralyzing fear. Was I ready? Was I making the right choice? Was Kim the right person to marry? Would she make me happy?

Then, one fateful night, I shared these thoughts and concerns with my dad.

Perhaps each of us have moments in our lives when it feels like time slows down or the air becomes still and everything around us seems to draw in, marking that moment as one we will never forget.

My dad giving his response to my concerns was such a moment for me. With a knowing smile he said, “Seth, you’re being totally selfish. So I’m going to make this really simple: marriage isn’t for you. You don’t marry to make yourself happy, you marry to make someone else happy. More than that, your marriage isn’t for yourself, you’re marrying for a family. Not just for the in-laws and all of that nonsense, but for your future children. Who do you want to help you raise them? Who do you want to influence them? Marriage isn’t for you. It’s not about you. Marriage is about the person you married.”

It was in that very moment that I knew that Kim was the right person person to marry. I realized that I wanted to make her happy; to see her smile every day, to make her laugh every day. I wanted to be a part of her family, and my family wanted her to be a part of ours. And thinking back on all the times I had seen her play with my nieces, I knew that she was the one with whom I wanted to build our own family.

My father’s advice was both shocking and revelatory. It went against the grain of today’s “Walmart philosophy”, which is if it doesn’t make you happy, you can take it back and get a new one.

No, a true marriage (and true love) is never about you. It’s about the person you love—their wants, their needs, their hopes, and their dreams. Selfishness demands, “What’s in it for me?”, while Love asks, “What can I give?”

Some time ago, my wife showed me what it means to love selflessly. For many months, my heart had been hardening with a mixture of fear and resentment. Then, after the pressure had built up to where neither of us could stand it, emotions erupted. I was callous. I was selfish.

But instead of matching my selfishness, Kim did something beyond wonderful—she showed an outpouring of love. Laying aside all of the pain and aguish I had caused her, she lovingly took me in her arms and soothed my soul.

I realized that I had forgotten my dad’s advice. While Kim’s side of the marriage had been to love me, my side of the marriage had become all about me. This awful realization brought me to tears, and I promised my wife that I would try to be better.

To all who are reading this article—married, almost married, single, or even the sworn bachelor or bachelorette—I want you to know that marriage isn’t for you. No true relationship of love is for you. Love is about the person you love.

And, paradoxically, the more you truly love that person, the more love you receive. And not just from your significant other, but from their friends and their family and thousands of others you never would have met had your love remained self-centered.

Truly, love and marriage isn’t for you. It’s for whom you love.
