Mother’s Day is upon us again and one of our biggest events is happening at Loving Hut. We will be holding a Mother’s Day Buffet again, with many special dishes for this special occasion.

There will be many new dishes that are not on our usual menu, as well as desserts and special drinks. Come and find out what else we have in store to tantalize your tastebuds!

The Buffet will only be held on ONE DAY this year, so get yourself booked in fast. There will only be 100 seats available for each session, LUNCH or DINNER.

I know we haven’t really followed through on the promise of a newsletter every fortnight, but late is better than never, especially when it’s to inform you about a fun family day out at a community oriented, locally grass-roots organized festival.

The Green Earth Festival is the initiative of Loving Hut regular Leigh-Chantelle who heads the Green Earth Group. They’ve been meeting here for the last few months to get the festival ready.

It’s looking to be a fun day, with performers for adults and kiddes alike (not to mention face painting). It’s all for free so tell your friends.

Green Earth Festival is a free, family orientated, community event which aims to stimulate awareness by bringing environmental, green, health and lifestyle, cruelty-free, recycling and sustainable issues into the public eye; encourage people to make simple changes in their everyday lives to help our environment and the world we leave for generations to come.

The festival will comprise live bands/performers, a second stage for demonstrations and speakers, a food zone, kids’ zone, video zone, art and fashion displays, roving entertainment and many stalls to create a full-filled festival atmosphere strongly supporting the promotion of local grassroots communities, multiculturalism and the Indigenous people and their culture.
