Here is our copy of the complete list of professional driver's license fees to be paid by the applicant. Please note that application form (instead of downloading) is available in the nearest designated branches of the Land Transportation Office in your area. Professional Driver's License

Qualifications:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
Must not be a drug user or an alcoholic
Must not be afflicted with any contagious disease or epilepsy
Must be able to read and write in Filipino or English
Must be clean, neat and presentable

Requirements:

Duly accomplished Application Form for Driver’s License (ADL)
Valid Student Permit (at least 5 months old or four months old Non Prof License)
Medical Certificate with Official Receipt from LTO accredited or Government physician)
Negative drug test result from a DOG accredited drug testing center or Government hospital
Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
Clearances. Any of the following:

                       a. NBI Clearance
                       b. Police Clearance
                       c. Court Clearance

7. Must have passed the LTO conducted written and practical examinations.

Non Professional Driver's License Fee and Requirements

Non-Professional Driver's License Qualifications, Fees and Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be at least seventeen (17) years old
Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
Must not be a drug user or alcoholic
Must be able to read and write in Filipino or English
Must be clean, neat and presentable (wearing of sando, playing shorts and slippers during photo-taking & examinations will not be allowed).

Requirements:

Duly accomplished Application Form for Driver’s License (ADL)
Valid Student Permit (at least 1 month old)
Medical Certificate with official receipt (from LTO accredited or Government physician)
Negative drug test result (from a DOH accredited drug testing center & Government Hospital)
Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
Must have passed the LTO conducted written and practical examinations.

If you are just on your driver's license renewal process, I strongly suggest that you go to the nearest mall where you can find LTO kiosks and branches that accept license renewal. It is easier there and with little less to no fixers at all bugging you.

LTO Requirements Student License Application

We have previously posted regarding the different LTO requirements student license application apart from the form which you can get at any branch of the Land Transportation Office all over the Philippines. If your student permit already expired and you were not able to have it upgraded to a regular driver's license, then you will have to go through the same process again so be sure to have it upgraded as soon as you finish test driving or studying driving lessons from different schools all over Metro Manila. You may also opt in for a private driving tutorial with anybody you know.

For the full and complete LTO requirements student permit application, you should obtain your NSO birth certificate first. Apart from this we have listed below the complete standard requirements for a regular driver's license application.

2. For applicants below 18 years old, parent’s or guardian’s written consent with photocopy of ID card to prove his identity
3. Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
4. Duly accomplished Application for Driver’s License (ADL) form

Student License Requirement - NSO Birth Certificate

If you are to apply for a LTO student license permit, you will be required of a birth certificate along with other requirements such as what is stated in our previous post here - LTO license application requirements.

For BC, however, you should opt in for birth certificate delivery to make it fast. With fees on the NSO delivery system. you only have to add up about 100-150 pesos so it is still manageable with and cost-effective with respect to convenience and time.
