Depois abaixe o fogo e conte 10 minutos. Desligue retire a pressão e abra a panela. Coloque as abóboras no liquidificador e um pouco da água do cozimento, bata. Adicione a água do cozimento até chegar no ponto do creme que for da sua preferência. Jogue fora o caldo restante. Quando estiver ok, volte tudo para a panela de pressão, ligue o fogo baixo e dissolva o caldo de carne, adicione sal a seu gosto. &lt;b&gt;Bolo:&lt;/b&gt; bata bem na batedeira a margarina com o açúcar e os ovos &lt;i&gt;(eu não usei batedeira)&lt;/i&gt;. Junte a farinha de trigo, o chocolate, o fermento e o leite, sempre batendo, até obter uma massa homogênea.&amp;nbsp;Coloque a massa na forma preparada com a calda.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Pudim: &lt;/b&gt;bata no liquidificador o leite condensado, o leite e os ovos. Despeje lentamente sobre a massa.&lt;br /&gt;

Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C. Peneire em uma tigela a farinha de trigo com a canela, o bicarbonato e o sal, misture e reserve. Na batedeira em velocidade alta&amp;nbsp;
(ou na mão), bata os ovos inteiros, o açúcar e o óleo até o creme ficar amarelo claro. Junte os ingredientes secos e bata mais um pouco até misturar. A massa deverá ficar bem grossa e pesada. Com uma colher grande, misture as maçãs picadas, as passas, as nozes e a baunilha. Você poderá usar uma fôrma de furo central, ou 2 fôrmas de bolo inglês ou ainda forminhas de papel para muffins. As fôrmas de alumínio devem ser untadas e enfarinhadas. As forminhas de papel devem ser colocadas sobre uma assadeira retangular grande. Asse de 50 a 60 minutos (para as forminhas de papel o tempo pode ser um pouco menor, fique de olho), fazendo o teste do palito.
