THE WILL TO SUCCEED

2008-07-11T12:06:00.000-07:00

Having a strong will to succeed is the most important factor to win. The key is to approach success as being inevitable. Your positive attitude is what can help you do it sooner rather than later!
The important thing is the ability to recognize and act on opportunities we have now to win the MEGACONTEST.I have seen people succeed because they simply believed they could, and others fail because they thought they couldn't.Those people who have the WILL TO SUCCEED manage to get into a routine that enables them to put forth amazing energy to win the MEGACONTEST.Never waste time making comments about competitors."IN SHORT YOU HAVE THE WILL TO SUCCEED , AUTOMATICALLY THE SUCCESS COMES TO YOU".
1. “The will to succeed is important, but what's more important is the will to prepare.”
2.“The key is not the "will to win" . . . everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win that is important.”
3. Everyone wants to be on a winning team, but no one wants to come to practice”
4. “" Evervybody hears, but few listen”.Its important that you listen.
Finally ours is the best team as of now.Friends go all out to win the contest.Spare some time daily to find out what is going on here.Hope you all are LISTENING to what I am saying.

Dear Ajay welcome to our team, wish u Gud Luck n Happy Winning
Sunil

I have rejected Sunny90 after acception

2008-07-03T12:08:00.000-07:00

All was going well, sunny90 contact me and asked me to join LRW, after asking some questions like How much time will he be able to give to our Team daily. & some information about him, i accepted him as a member & i wrote his name in my profile at 6th place, But Third Umpire is seeing all this & send me email on my gmail about sunny90 his mail is :

"Hi abhi

Please be careful when you choose a team member. You must check score card of the members before they are in your team. Few users are doing spamming to score runs, e.g. sunny90 who is supposed to be in your team.

The score of spammer will be reduced at any stage, and this will held your team back and effect you and your team's performance. Each spammer will receive penalty scores and this should be considered by a captain.

Only team that will score maximum runs without spamming will be eligible for the final round of this contest."

than at that moment only i said sunny90, sorry & asked him to leave my team. But he dosen't replied, I have cut his name from Our team.Than i asked from webmater

"hello hiren
thanks, for informing me about it. from now i will choose team members who don't do spamming , But can you tell me how can i know after seeing scorecard that , this person is a spammer. Please explain if you have time."

than he replied ""Hi Abhi

You must go through the score card of the user, and try to see if they have uploaded duplicate content many times, received same or meaningless comments from other user just to score runs etc. etc. May be check their content. this will give you idea how the user is scoring runs."..

So i think i Webmaster is looking everything.

For your information I am Sunil from Dehradun and I am a big fan of Sachin Tendulkar and also a big fan of IPL and Indian-Australia matches anywhere in the world. I felt like joining this team and immediately joined it with no second thought. It gives a good feeling thinking about my score. All I to have say is that only those who r enthusiastic, interested and willing to score highly and fairely should only join team or otherwise don't see it as ur cup of tea, it's as simple as that and there is no arguement about. Gud luck to our team members

2008-07-02T03:32:00.000-07:00

My dear friends I think this site deserves a follow-up. Our team is picking the momentum and the special credit goes to our captain. My special congrates to our captain who is working so well for the development of our team. Leadership requires dedication, coordination and management skills and also the leader should be able to motivate the team on these skills . My dear friends coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success. Let's not forget whatever we achieve, it will be the result of the combined effort of each and every individual in our team. Every great institution is the lengthened shadow of a single man so we must keep ourselves inspired by our captain's work. His approach will determine the success of our team so always remember a successful team is a group of many hands but of one mind.
