An issue that I am 100% for! Love it. Everyone calls me the SocialMediaBug because I am that addicted. Well this time it paid off! On my Twitter account (<a href="https://twitter.com/#!/lucysmile23">follow me here</a>) I follow quite a few people and in the run up to London Fashion Week I was even more obsessed than normal! (Social Media Rehab anyone?)<div><br /></div><div>It just so happened that I tweeted BelvedereVodkaUK at precisely the right time, because a day later I had won two exclusive VIP tickets to their LCF Matthew Williamson After Party. Obviously I rang Mark straight away and he pretty much said yes, when I said "I've won two...".</div><div><br /></div><div>So Sunday night came, the show was amazing, with the most brilliant colours &amp; fabrics from Matthew Williamson. Around 9pm we headed to <a href="http://www.noburestaurants.com/berkeley-st/experience/introduction/">Nobu in Berkeley Street </a>, the perfect venue; dim lighting, fabulous decor and a hushed buzz of the arriving guests. On our arrival we were presented with a selection of different, red-infused, Belvedere vodka mixes.</div><div><br /></div><div>The night got underway and the decks </div><div>were spun with absolute perfection by the talented DJ Scarlett Etienne, who just oozes 'cool'. </div><div><br /></div><div>Eventually Matthew Williamson arrived with Twiggy, Jodie Harsh &amp; Ben Hudson (Mr Hudson).</div><div>They were all so lovely and down to earth. (LOL).<div><br /></div><div>Anyway so the other night I won exclusive tickets to a press night for the Launch of Stella McCartney's new fragrance Lily. My best friend and I went along to the evening held in Selfridges London, Ground Floor. </div><div><br /></div><div>We were given goody bags, with free samples of the gorgeous perfume, books about the designer, a bright neon badge stating "I &lt;3 STELLA" and some deliciously strong pink champagne truffles. The evening was great, Stella McCartney was interviewed by the Editor in Chief of British Vogue, Alexandra Shulman.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Various things were discussed including her love of the countryside and her children. Then she also uncovered she was so happy to have been chosen to help design the Official Olympic collection for Britain, but said it was so time-consuming she was worrying for her main label! It is a global dance rave called "Whirl-y-gig" held under London Bridge, once a month. The place always sells out and instantly fills up with the most amazing, friendly people you have ever met in your life. There are no fights, no arguments and no negative energy; it is a place where everyone is free to be who they want to be.</div><div style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 100%; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal; "><br /></div><div><span ><span style="font-size: 100%;">The entire area transforms into an eclectic explosion of colourful lights, sparkly fabrics and stalls where you can buy hippie treasures. They have fairies who face paint beautiful flowery designs for free. </span></span></div><div><span ><span style="font-size: 100%;"><br /></span></span></div><div><span ><span style="font-size: 100%;">Then comes the music, it is more than just music, it gets into your soul, your feet, hands, fingers all just move naturally. The beat goes on from 10pm until 7am and surprisingly most of the guests manage to last the night. Not only does the DJ Monkey Pilot bring out all the amazing global tunes, many guests bring their own instruments and therefore the dancefloor edges are crowded with the heavy beats of Bongo &amp; Conga drums. When it gets to 6am, you don't even need to look at your watch to realise, because everyone slowly starts to sit down on the floor and lie across their friends. This time we visited Pizza East in Shoreditch High Street and all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend it!!<br /><br />The atmospherics of the restaurant were brilliant, with the old rustic feel of real Italy coming through in their weathered wooden tables and chairs. The lighting was low and the staff were very friendly.<br /><br />Although it had the typical vintage<span style="font-style: italic;"> Shoreditch</span> feel, there was a contemporary air about it, with the young and fashionable clientèle flocking through the doors.<br /><br />Not only that but the food was like a pizza I have never tasted before in my life! I had a pizza of simple tastes; Buffalo Mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and basil, and my taste buds were in heaven!<br /><br />Overall, I would literally give this place a 9/10 (because hey nobody can be perfect right, and that is what adds the character!!) The atmosphere was great and the DJ knew exactly what we all wanted! The cannons surrounding the dance floor were filled with bursts of CO2 and during the Swedish House Mafia set, the cool bursts were released! Such a cool down for the hot clubbers!<br /><br />The drinks were sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka, they are continuing with their marketing techniques of the PAINTFEST 2011. Therefore when we ordered our Smirnoff cocktails, they were served up in these metal paint tins! AMAZING!<br /><br />The only problem was they had ice in them and the metal became colder than holding a bowl of ice!!! The drinks were amazing!
