An astonishing 650,000 Americans experience homelessness on any given night. Yet, most communities have no system in place for identifying and helping members of this vulnerable group. Janis Foo, a second-year Yale Law student from the school's Community Economic & Development Clinic sat down with Rosanne Haggerty, a MacArthur Genius Grant recipient and the founder of Common Ground and Community Solutions, to discuss her organizations' national efforts to end homelessness.
