BTW - Anyone know where this photo was taken? It looks a lot like the Strand Beach path in LA/OC but I can't place it. I've walked the Strand a lot in Hermosa, Manhattan, and Newport Beaches and up in Santa Monica/Venice occassionally but the double stripe and wall aren't matching up with any place I've been.

Update - people are telling me this looks like Pacific Beach in San Diego. I'll have to check it out next time I am down there.

A couple more photos of the Hot Hitter line. I think the pieces are being marketed to be used for either tennis or golf, according to the text accompanying the photos but I don't know how true that will turn out to be. I've read numerous comments how the dress/skirt length will not fly at many private golf courses and now that we see the dress is essentially backless it definitely won't fly. However, my husband tells me that public courses around us are hurting for business so have become rather lax on enforcing their dress codes. Since a round of golf often takes five hours these days I know I have no interest in having my upper back exposed to the sun for that length of time. I'm trying to remember what I wore the last time I golfed. It was cooler so I seem to recall it was something like a pair of Still Pants (because of the pockets for my ball and tees) with a Swiftly tee and a Define Jacket. I was really hoping for some fun lululemon plaids for the golf line but it looks like we won't be getting that this year.

Another photo just popped up. It looks like you can see the Bermuda shorts in this one. This golf wear looks ok but not very exciting.

I like this combo - Runbeam Hoodie and Pace Crops in Wee Space White Print. I tried on the Runbeam Hoodie yesterday (my order from Monday night is MIA for now) and liked it well enough but I don't think I loved it enough for the price. Like others have noted in the comments, the zipper sticks right at the transition point between the material on the upper chest. I tried on both the Zippy Green and the Aquamarine/Power Purple. I did like that the Kangaroo pocket added a double layer of material over the belly because the light colored material is so thin it shows every ripple and dimple. I found the top to be rather snug in the upper arms but the body wasn't too tight. It's a nice top but I still think I prefer the Run in the Sun LS from last year.

I also preferred the solid Zippy Green version of this top to the two-tone Power Purple/Aquamarine version. I am long in the shoulder to armpit and I thought the color blocking made my chest look droopier than it is.

I also tried on these Twiggy print Wunder Under pants. Like all white-based prints the print "fades" when stretched. The material has a high poly content, I think on the order of about ~70% but I could be recalling it wrong. I was thinking that I might like a Cool Racerback in this print but now that I have seen the print up close and felt it I think I will pass.

Someone was asking about back fat in the new Stuff Your Bra II. The photos seems to be inconclusive. I didn't notice anything when I tried it on but I was more concerned with the level of support and how it was mushing me down in the front.

So check it out, Australia is getting the Layer Me Longsleeve in White/Aquamarine and solid Power Purple. I think it's out of season so doubt North America will get these but I am way jealous. (Shown with Power Purple Inspires)

I tried on the Mod Moves crops today. People are right, the luxtreme does feel a bit thicker and more compressive than it has been. I liked the style ok but felt I could definitely live without them. I think I prefer run crops with articulated knees like the Pace and Run For Your Life crops. I also tried on the new Beach Runner crops with the Power Purple detailing and those felt like the super stretchy, thinner luon we've been seeing. I took a photo of the tag on the Mod Moves. They were made in the Philippines. My Run For Your Life Crops were made in Indonesia and my latest Pace Crops were made in Singapore so the new factory might account for the different feel in fabric.

I tried on the Power Purple Bold Stripe SS Swiftly today. The material feels a bit thicker than my other Swiftlys. The top also seemed on the long side but that could be my imagination. I also tried on the Zippy Green Swiftly tank and toyed with getting it. It's a bit see through but not nearly as bad as Ray or some of the other light neon yellows. The new Swiftly tanks and short sleeves have some cute sayings sewn into the hems.

I tried on the new Stuff Your Bra II today. The fit is much more TTS this year than last. I liked this bra. I thought the support was a bit less than an Energy bra and it smashed me down a little more than an Energy but if I found this on sale I might pick it up. I think I am up to something like seven Energy bras now so don't really need another shelf bra. I am waiting for a Power Purple Ta Ta Tamer, though.

I was hoping to see the new Soot Twiggy Wunder Unders in my store but no luck.

I exchanged the No Limits Tank I ordered last week and got two of the new Sun Chaser hats in Black and Aquamarine. Someone had a question about the brim on the Sun Chaser - it seems to be a bit wider than the lulu hats I already own - so more shade over your face - but the length is the same. It's not as rigid a brim as my other hats but when you tighten it on your head it curves over your face fine. The biggest problem I have with lulu hats is that they are frequently too shallow on my head and feel like I am wearing a beanie. I definitely have that problem with the Sea Wheeze plaid hat (shown in the middle of the top row of hats). The new Sun Chaser is very roomy, though, so if you have a problem with lulu hats being too shallow this is not one of them. There is no reflectivity on the brim but I guess this hat is made to be worn in the daylight. It's super light and airy, which is what I have been looking for in a run hat. The other new hat, the Classy Cap, is almost like a real baseball cap - very heavyweight and no circle mesh venting at all.

Australia got the new Mod Moves Singlet in a very cute Aquamarine and Power Purple Striped Pattern. I wasn't going to get this top until I saw the Sea Wheeze offerings but that one is making me want it.

Australia also got some Nimubs Twiggy printed stuff- Om pants, Wunder Under Crops and Pants, and a new No Limit tank. I like this version of the print so much better. I am dying to try on the WUs and I like that NLT.

I couldn't resist the Aquamarine/Power Purple Runbeam Hoodie. I also wanted to order the matching Sun Chaser cap in Aquamarine and the Mod Moves crops but I prefer to try those both on in the store. I have to return the No Limit Tank I ordered last week (don't totally love it) so I have to visit the store anyway.

Runbeam Hoodie with matching Mod Moves Crops. I really love the Run in Sun LS I got last year at the Sea Wheeze. It's like extra light luxtreme. I wonder if this is made of the same material. I am really hoping the Run in the Sun makes a curtain call this year. I actually like this top but would never wear it in the summer. This is more like a fall/spring top for me.

New Mod Move crops and Stuff Your Bra II. I hope these crops come in Power Purple. I bought the Power Purple Aquamarine Bold Striped Power Y for the Sea Wheeze and now I "need" some matching run crops. I also wouldn't mind trying a pair with the holster pockets for my shot blox.

All the new colors of the Stuff Your Bra II. What do you guys stuff down your bra? I can't see putting anything much down there other than a couple of dollars to buy water on a run.

Hmm, there is an Aquamarine/Power Purple version. I'll have to check it out at the store or maybe just order it tonight. Decisions, decisions.
