Three years ago today was the day that I got to spend 14-hours with Express Zenovka. We talked about everything and anything that day (and still do!). Mostly our nervous chatter was me trying to impress him and him trying not to be so shy. After three years, he’s still just as shy … and I still try (in futility) to impress him.

We’re still as crazy and stoopid together as ever. I have a flickr set bursting at the seams dedicated to our three year history. I think we still “argue” over what day it was that marks the start of the “us” in SecondLife. I say its today and he thinks its, uhh, in two days. All I know, I’m thankful to have met him at that random September plurk party back all those years ago … and kept in touch until that following January day when we spent all that time together in my skybox.

Express, thank you for not only being the guy who has filled my partner box for all this time but being my SLeverything. Still more than ever and more importantly after logging out you’re my best friend. You are and always will be a “Happy Thing” for me.

52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Iron

Iron is this week’s color in my 52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Part Deux. We’re off to a great start on this second round and its only week four. When I saw this color in the list, I know I wanted to use this shirt. Pants were kinda a fail. Even Express yelled at me … and plurked about it. /sad panda

Oh also, many are asking about my Windlight Settings and yes, I’m planning to release another windlight setting. I just need to tweak a few things then bundle it. I should have this released in the next few days. Be in the know when you subscribe to my blog on the sidebar.

hey you! I know I’ve been AFK from my usual blogging routine the past few weeks. My time in SecondLife has been more for me. Sometimes I forget there is more to SL than plurk, my store and of course my blog.

Here are a few things to check out so your SL isn’t so srsbsns:

Crap Mariner’s 100 Word Story: The one and (thankfully) the only Crap Mariner shares his 100 word stories typically every Wednesday at 5pm SLT.
Live Musicians: Phemie Alcott - Indie Rock/Folk originals and covers, Fricker Fraker – Native American Flute Artist, and tons more.
Byngo: I’m usually at Tommy’s since the atmosphere is on the mellow side and quite friendly.

I hope you head out of your skyboxes (yes, I know its scary but so worth it) to check out some of the above events/locations or find what you enjoy. You never know until you try!

Electric Indigo is Week 3 of my 52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Part Deux! At first I was kinda nervous about this color. Its a tough color to have in the beginning phase of the challenge. Of course, since the first round of this color challenge we covered a ton of the basics, not many left for this round. Shopping or finding inventory items will be tough. (Thankfully more and more designers are requesting the color list.)

My store, !bang poses, has a bunch of new releases today. First the buzz is all about the scribo gift. This will be given out to the full group today as well as anytime a new person joins! I’m hoping to change this gift on a somewhat frequent basis.

Super Bargain Saturday comes to the store again. For today only this pose will be 60L.

Next is all for Stumblebum! Yup, the well loved 2-week event is now back with some awesome designers participating. The each round we are given a color palette and theme to follow. This round is Ambition and will start Jan 15 (but I put mine out early)! Check out the prop poses I have for sale at !bang at a low price:

Its Week two of my 52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Part Deux!

We have over 130 people in the inworld group and more than 450 in the flickr group. I have to honest I haven’t been able to keep up with all the links and photos. Happy New Year!

What better way to start off a new year than with round two of Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color Challenge.
