Choosing LIGHT over Shadow OR Duality & Why a Side Must be Chosen during this time....

2018-09-03T21:53:00.000-06:00

Given that social media seems to be not a level playing field for publishing like it was, I'm going to start publishing here regularly again - just in case they (Facebook in particular) decide to go dark.

So, for starters, here's one of the standing posts [slightly modified] from my group for LightWorkers, LightWarriors, Empaths & Ancient Old Souls. Enjoy!
~Melodie. 3 Sep 2018
**********
Choosing LIGHT over Shadow *OR* Duality & Why a Side Must be Chosen during this time....

You're reading this because you resonate with LIGHT. You *are* LIGHTworkers as well as being empaths, ancient old souls, starseeds, indigos, blue rays, and so much more. Whatever flavor of lightworker you are, you are reading this now because you have decided to work on the side of LIGHT during this time & space. Believe it or not, not everyone has decided to work for the side of light....

You might be surprised how many folks are trying not to pick a side --- and I understand that before now, yes you could work with both shadow & light & walk the edge between them, but that is no longer the case. Not in this time.

Many of you already know why this is no longer possible, but let me explain for those who may not have been exposed to this depth of truth before. So here's a quick run through of what the hell is going on. :)

Why a side MUST be chosen is because of the Ascension Energies, which will continue to grow & get stronger throughout our lifetime. These Ascension Energies are FORCING a choice to be made. They are exaggerating whether you are Service to Self OR Service to Others --- whether you are on the side of Light or Shadow. And if you do not make a conscious choice of which side you are one, it will be made for you. To ascend to the next level --- the next density --- we only have to be 51% Service to Others --- 51% Service to Light. BUT that 51% must be continual --- as we all know our ups & downs are more like a sine wave & not a perfectly straight line. That's normal. So to get the bottom of that sine wave UP above the 51% is what we have to shoot for so that even on our worst days we are still 51% Service to Others & 51% in service to Light.

The Ascension Energies come to us mostly through Grandfather Sun --- who is getting ready to give us a really big shot of energy --- enough energy so the humans will speed up & evolve 1,000 years in 100 years. A "solar sneeze" is how many are referring to it. Actually it will be a series of sneezes, kind of like that friend who sneezes 6 times (or more or less) in a row. ;)

These energies make us MORE of whatever our true nature is --- if we are Service to Self, we become more so focused on self. More angry. More snarky. More greedy. More focused on self. If we are Service to Others, we become more focused on & in our empathy --- more centered in our Heart Space --- more about helping each other through what we we are on the verge of --- more about reaching out to the other beings on this little blue planet to take them with us --- we can do that if we are conscious enough during the ascension blast to remember to reach out through our hearts & love to those we wish to bring with us --- for me that's my 4 legged friends, feathered friends, whether they belong to me as pets or whether they are just frequent visitors. You can also use this technique to bring children with you. For those who are already on the edge psychologically, the Ascension Energies push them over the edge. So that is why a choice must be made --- because we become MORE of whatever we are.

Making that decision *consciously* makes you a LightWarrior. A fighter for the side of Light. I remember when I consciously made the decision to jump in with both feed & my life if needed, because yes, this world is all about duality and learning about the interplay of Light & Shadow, but NOW in this time the choice must be made. And once you decide & jump in --- whole heartedly w/ no holds barred --- once you commit, it makes everything so much easier!

So be aware now that if you have friends who are still working with both sides --- Light & Shadow --- they will often fall off that fence when the Ascension Energies "Level UP" and that's usually during magnetic storms, which are a regular occurrence these days. I keep an eye on those conditions with SpaceWeatherNews.com. Those still working both sides will often act out (or act up) during those magnetic storms when the ascension energies are peaking, and sometimes that acting out is in the most bizarre ways. They often attacks others psychically & energetically, often shooting / directing some misplaced anger at the nearest "awake" person. They can also exhibit floating anxiety for no reason.

Releasing Vows of Poverty, Silence & Obedience - binaural meditation

2015-12-11T11:55:00.001-07:00

An early holiday present for you! This binaural meditation is especially helpful for ancient & old souls who have issues around money --- many of us carried forward Vows of Poverty, Silence & Obedience from past lives. It's time to release them and let them go. <3 <3 <3

Make a crystalline grid around your house & property

2015-10-27T10:34:00.005-06:00

The veil is the thinnest now as it usually is this time of the year and even thinner than before because of the increased vibration & energy --- meaning that all forms are absorbing that energy and are more active.

So to try and help with that, I'd like everyone to be able to construct their own crystalline grid around their house, property & home to have a safe little bubble where you can relax w/o having other beings bother you. I think this is very important for sensitives, and most of you reading this are extremely gifted & sensitive! :)

SO --- starting today and running through Nov 2 at 8 am PT (11 am ET) my little book (the Kindle version) is going on sale for $1.99 instead of the regular $5.99. And of course you can still get it from the Kindle lending library for FREE if you're a prime member. Enjoy! <3 <3 <3

Join our FaceBook group! Emerging Old Souls, Lightworkers, Empaths & Sensitives

2015-07-29T00:55:00.000-06:00

Hi,

Since many of us feel so all alone until we find the rest of our "tribe," and there seems to be an increasing need for open, honest, real information about so many things, several friends & I have started a new Facebook group to help address that need. Come join us!

It's a closed group so that the only people who see the posts are those inside the group. This is to preserve your privacy.

It's the Emerging Old Souls, Lightworkers, and Empaths Divine Support group. Just click the link & then Join group and we'll welcome you in with open arms & hearts. :)

Hugs & Blessings,

. . . and welcome home!

Blue Moon Violet Flame Meditation Event --- All are welcome! :) Help burn away mass consciousness fear & anxiety

2015-07-25T14:35:00.001-06:00

We've noticed there's a lot of free floating anxiety & fear going on lately and this is an effort to focus and use our group energy to burn away some of that fear and lighten the load for everyone.

So as you feel moved, please follow the general outline in the event at YOUR LOCAL TIME of 10:05 pm for 15 min or whatever length of time you feel moved to do, so that we'll have a Violet Flame Wave around the world to clear things out. :)

Each local time doing it sets up a wave that moves around the world --- this lasts longer and I believe burns more fear & anxiety than one big push would.

I have done this is some closed groups on Facebook and have decided to host my own public event that is open to and welcomes all. :) Because of the group focus and energy, this can be a very powerful meditation especially if you are or consider yourself an Empath, Intuitive, Sensitive, Energy Healer, Reiki practitioner / master, or a Lightworker of any type in any way shape or form. We tend to be more sensitive to the energies to begin with, and this free-floating stuff is often caused by / created by mass media.

Please join us! Invite your friends! Add your LIGHT to our LIGHT! Help us push back the shadows and burn away the fear & anxiety the old energy wants us to feel. Shadows run from LIGHT! And Violet Flame Light & Energy are transformative. If you're not familiar with Violet Flame work, think of it as a UV Light to disinfect and purify yourselves, others, and Mother Earth herself.

Namaste & thank you friends! We produce more light together! :)

Hugs & Blessings --- You are LOVED by the All that Is, Mother Earth, and Sensitives & Lightworkers from around the world.

Violet Flame Dragon --- Merlin / St. Germaine works with them and so can you!

Blood Moon, eclipses, and releasing old, stuck energy

2015-04-06T08:50:00.001-06:00

The pic is an image of the Blood Moon (lunar eclipse) visible from the Denver metro area early Saturday morning (04 April 2015). No, I didn't take--- it was so low in the sky you couldn't see it from my backyard by then because it was behind other houses --- but someone around Denver managed to grab this awesome pic of it. :)

There is another lunar eclipse in September 2015 which will be the 4th of 4 for the year. This is in addition the full solar eclipse that was visible in Europe 20 March 2015. So what's going on with all the eclipses?

Basically, we have been in a bit of a "stuck" energy cycle and all of these eclipses will bring what was hidden to the front and break free all of those stuck energies. This can manifest in a number of ways, including increasing intolerance of old energy patterns such as corporate office politics and bosses who need their egos stroked or bosses whose heads are still stuck in old energy and only see the almighty dollar and look for ways to play office politics to get themselves ahead no matter who they have to throw under the bus. Not everyone is "awake" yet and many will not awaken....

If you're as awake as me then your patience for all of that old energy nonsense is pretty thin. You may even be looking for another job, a new job, or even looking to be self-employed as a freelancer of some type or starting your own business. This is normal and as the energies continue to increase at even higher vibrational rates those of us still dealing with the old energy people on a daily basis will find it more and more difficult to do so. The vibration rates are becoming too far apart for us to even feel anything approaching comfort in those environments any more and in fact those environments may even start to make us feel ill. Literally.

So what do we do if we can't immediately turn in our notice and hang out our own shingle to run our own business that sits in integrity and is in harmony with the higher energies, the new energies, and in harmony with ourselves? There are a few protection techniques we can use to help get through the day while we look for work elsewhere or arrange our finances so that we can become self-employed.

Protect your energy field daily.
This means before you walk into those dark, heavy energies every day seal your energy field and add Divine light & protection. You and your higher energies may be the only light this place sees and that may indeed be why you are still there. Once another lightworker shows up then you will find it easier to leave as another bright light has stepped in to function as a lighthouse for the dark environment. A new job may reveal itself often from an unseen direction. In the meantime, visualize a golden egg surrounding you from head to toe --- this is your Divine Protection Shield ---and call on Archangel Michael and his angels to walk with you in this dark place.
Clear your energy field daily after a full day in the dark, heavy energies. This will help ensure that you don't have anything just hanging around because it likes your brightness or that has attached to you in that dark, heavy environment. You can do this using the Reiki technique, by grounding, or by intention by asking Archangel Michael and his angels to remove any energy that is not "you" and escorting it into the light. Even just soaking in the tub (including crown chakra / hair) that has bath salts or plain old Epsom salts and baking soda added will do this.
At least once a week, do soak in a salt bath (including crown chakra / hair). This ensure that your aura / energy field remains squeaky clean. Use 1.5 to 2 cups bath salts (dead sea, Epsom, Himalayan, etc.), 1 cup baking soda, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. This mixture also absorbs stray radiation and is very helpful for minor skin conditions and irritations, especially when Lavender essential oil is added. (It's antimicrobial --- viruses, bacteria, etc.)
Daily meditation upon waking: What do I need to know for today? Spend a few minutes in bed before rising for the day just connecting to your Divine Innate, filling yourself with Divine light and love, and asking what you need to know for the day. The answer will come quickly and clearly and the more you exercise this muscle the louder the answer. This will also help keep you motivated while you share the Light in the dark environment where you find yourself. There is indeed a reason for everything, and the lives we touch on a daily basis are often the reason we are in those environments.
Remember, this is work that YOU must do.
Very few can tolerate the dense, heavy energies once ascension has begun. This is part of the reason you are there in that environment --- to shine your light & love as brightly as possible in an environment that needs the light more than others.

And so it is.

Hugs & Blessings to you in your daily work as you shine your light brightly in the darkest places on the planet.

Update to Strongest Clearing mixture --- tar water

2015-02-18T20:32:00.001-07:00

I just added and updated to the original entry from 5 Feb 2014 and have re-pasted it below for easy reference.

18 Feb 2015 Update: I just had to clear the house and spray around it again. So it's lasted about 3 months and I have had a LOT of workers in and around the house since the original clearing and spraying. (Hail damage so there was a new roof and gutters and screens and a window and once it's warm enough here in Colorado painting and staining still to be done. Very nasty hail storm last 29 Sep 2014 that came from an unusual direction.) So all of those workers with whatever spirits and entities that were with them, ON TOP OF the pretty active area where my house is --- right off green space that is used as a "run way" for wildlife and some other souls. But still, only having to do it once a quarter instead of nearly daily is a good deal! :)

And again for easy reference, here is the reciepe:

Ingredients:

Creolina
Holy Water
Sea Salt
Sprayer bottle and/or dropper bottle
Black Salt to sprinkle around after

Instructions:

In the sprayer bottle and/or dropper bottle, mix a small (very small) amount of Creolina, a pinch or so of Sea Salt, and fill the bottle with Holy water. Shake well. The liquid will look brownish.

Creolina is the closest thing to pure "tar water" that can be found these days. It is a cleaning solution (disinfectant) made from coal tar and it is very strong! And so is the scent. Holy Water, if you don't want to buy it or get it from your local church, you can also make your own and my book has instructions for how to do that. Black Salt is black lava salt and is edible.

Spray in the corners of the room, property, around the basement, or foundation of the house or area where your problem keeps recurring. If you don't use the sprayer, use 1 drop of the liquid instead. After each area is sprayed and/or dropped, sprinkle the black salt as a barrier. The black salt absorbs any negative energies present and gives them a place to go to get away from the tar water mixture. I also said a prayer of clearing while spraying and sprinkling, to clear the negative lower energies and also invited in the higher, Divine and Angelic energies, and also asked for Divine Protection.

What have others said about Working with your Angels: Clearing and Blessing your Home?

Love This Book! ~meap
Well written, practical, easy to follow steps that give space clearing choices without all the confusion and rambling that I've noticed in other guide books. This was the perfect book for me, and I'll refer to it over and over.

Educational and requires some studying ~gardenlady
There's a lot of info in this book. [. . . ] Very informative and I recommend this book for anyone interested in clearing, blessings, and guidance.

Fascinating! ~ Sherrie H.
I found this book utterly fascinating! [. . . ] I highly recommend this book.

"I felt my energy shift after reading only a few passages." ~ Eleanor G.

"I loved the clearing layout." ~ Joy K.

From the back cover:
Need to clear the energies in your home but aren't sure how? Feeling a need to protect your home psychically? Looking for information on angels and entities? How about basic information on crystals or how to make your own oil spritzer to clear areas and raise the energy? Wonder how all that fits in to clearing your home energetically and raising the vibration? This book shows you how to do that and more. Working with your angels, you can:

(1) clear your home of wayward, lower energies;
(2) raise the energy vibration in your home to the level of the divine; and
(3) create the safe, sacred space you need and deserve.

You'll be working with crystals, setting up a crystalline grid around your property (you can also do that around the house exterior or a single room). You'll be using sage and/or incense and/or spritzers to clear areas. You'll be calling in angels and archangels to help you. You'll learn how to make your own blessed water and how to do a Japanese House Blessing and use the Reiki Power Symbol to help you clear and seal rooms.

No familiar with those things? Don't worry, the book contains sections on specific archangels, the crystals associated with them, and what their specialties are. There are also sections on the basic stones we're working work, AND a section that discusses entities of all types, including spirits and ghosts and how to tell them apart.

Interspersed with all of this "how to" information Melodie shares similar experiences from her own life to help those sensitives who are "new" to being sensitive to recognize their own Gifts. Often sensitives attract unwanted attention and don't understand what's causing it. To help with that, there are also sections discussing the "clair" gifts and how to recognize them: Clairvoyance (clear vision), Clairaudience (clear hearing), Claircognizance (clear knowing), and Clairsentience (clear feeling).

Get your FREE copy now!
Promotion runs from Monday, February 16 though Friday February 20, 12 AM Pacific Time for beginning and ending.

Enjoy! Hugs & Blessings,
melodie

Strongest clearing mixture I've EVER used!

2014-11-05T21:06:00.000-07:00

______________________________________

As many of you have heard me say over the years, the energies on Mother Earth are ramping up, and as they continue to go higher and increase in vibration that additional energy is also waking up? certainly stirring up other energies and other beings --- entities, spirits, ghosts, other dimensional ETs, you name it.

You've also heard me talking in here a lot about clearing your space and how to keep it clear. Even with the other items I talk about for space clearing, I still had to routinely clear everywhere and sometimes it wasn't getting everything. How did I know this? Since I've been working from home predominately for the day job for the last year or so, whenever I have to leave for any period of time (even just a few hours) I ask the angels, St. Francis and St. Michael to watch over my rescue Afghan Hounds (Affies). (See the post with pics from last year when I picked them up and brought them home.)

The Affies are extremely sensitive to energies and entities of whatever type, spirits, ghosts, ETs, etc. My younger one especially so. No only do they get nightmares when things aren't clear enough, my younger one (Phoenix; he's 2 yrs old) will even point at it (like a cat) while awake and woof enough to not only draw my attention but wake me if I'm asleep.

(SIDEBAR: My sensitive senses are more along the lines of feeling (clairsentience), hearing (clairaudience), and knowing (claircognizance); long story short is that I blocked my clairvoyance when I was 3 yrs old due to an unhealthy home environment and a lot of fighting between parents who did finally divorce when I was 12. After a lot of work, it has been unplugged and my higher self / soul self acts as the throttle so that I don't get overwhelmed. When I do see things, they appear to me as solid and "real" as everything else in this world.)

Anyway, when I leave the house for more than a few hours and the Affies are alone, as part of my ritual of asking in the angels and St. Francis to watch over them until I return part of my "ask" that they are safe from "things seen and unseen," and I would usually get a major verification that when I said "unseen" that there was something still hanging out at the house, even if I had just cleared it a day or two before dragon's blood, frankincense, and myrrh.

The recipe I'm about to give you is the one I used around the house and outside of the house in combination with black salt and when I went to the office today and asked the angels to keep them safe from things seen and unseen ---- no verification signal on unseen, meaning whatever it was is now GONE. Yea! I picked it up from a rerun episode (Season 2) of The Dead Files with Amy Allan -- the best "ghost hunter" show I've seen largely because Amy helps the people by telling them how to clear the problem. Now, whether they follow her advice is a whole other matter... ;>. One of my major pet peeves with other shows of that type is because there are ways to clear the problems / spirits / entities; her "residual energy" is what others may call "thought forms" and there are ways to clear those as well.

So here's the recipe for Tar Water I went digging for after I heard her mention it during that Season 2 episode:

Ingredients:

Creolina
Holy Water
Sea Salt
Sprayer bottle and/or dropper bottle
Black Salt to sprinkle around after

Instructions:

In the sprayer bottle and/or dropper bottle, mix a small (very small) amount of Creolina, a pinch or so of Sea Salt, and fill the bottle with Holy water. Shake well. The liquid will look brownish.

I sprayed only my basement area and crawl space area both inside the house and outside the house and also hit a few areas around my property line where I know some things come through from the green space next to me. My crawl space seems to attract things for some reason, and it is under the family room.

The lightness in the entire house (even the second floor!) rest of the afternoon and next day was nearly enough to make me dizzy! LOL :D I did that Saturday and went to the office today (Wednesday) so even 4 days later everything is still clear. It will be interesting to see how long this extreme clear lasts. Enjoy! :)

Come connect with other Lightworkers on Facebook and LinkedIn :)

2014-09-12T17:54:00.003-06:00

I seem to be spending more time "hanging" with Lightworkers in two (2) specific places lately, one particular Lightworker's of the World group in Facebook where there are another 36,000+ of us that contribute equally and in LinkedIn in the Spiritual Writer's Association where there are another nearly 7,000 Lightworkers who are writers.

If you're looking for like-minded friends, these are a couple of decent places to hook up with them. :) The LinkedIn group tends to get a little more intellectual at times since that group is also writers usually working on a book. But by and large it is a decent group of open-minded folks you can have an honest discussion with and go deep-diving into topics with. It's a closed group so you have to ask for membership. And membership on LinkedIn is free.

The FB group is an open group and membership in FB is free also.

So come joins us! The FB group is really focused on shining their light brightly and bringing change to the world. The LinkedIn group is focused on sharing that light through writing.

Until next time,

calling Divine Messengers . . .

2014-08-03T22:49:00.002-06:00

This post is specifically for those of you out there who are Divine Messengers and are looking for a little help to connect to Divine Inspiration, organize your thoughts, and get your Divine Message, your Divine Story out to others.

You've probably seen my tweets about the Divine JV Giveaway that went on during all of July, and which has been extended through August 8 so that everyone can access and share the gifts from those gifters who joined us late. Here's the link: http://yourdivinebizgifts.com/go/542

The gifts I had available in there I also have available for everyone anytime on my new site: DivineWritingCoach.com You can sign up for my newsletter and download an e-book on connecting with your Divine Messenger (both inside and outside yourself), download an MP3 of binaural meditation music (folks have called it "melodie music" before <lol>), or both.

After much meditation and thought on what to do for the giveaway, the Divine Writing Coach was born. :) It's a marriage of the two sides of me --- the spiritual, "woo woo" side, and the professional, published writer side.

For those of you who aren't aware, my "day job" for the last 20+ years has been writing about technology. My first byline was in the fall of '95 and I've been doing it ever since. There was and still is a great need for those who not only understand technology but who can also explain it to others. In 2012, I married those parts in myself, started a publishing house, and published my first "woo woo" book.

In exchange for the freebies, you'll see the newsletter every few weeks (I promise not to spam you daily! That just annoys the crap out of me...) and it will contain even more tips on putting your Divine Message, your Divine Story, and your Divine book together, including how to tell when your idea is too big or too much for just one book.

So if you've ever thought about writing your book and getting it out there, come on over and join us! It's always easier when you have friends going through the same things you are. :)

hugs,

Lightworkers --- your help is needed tonight

2014-07-17T19:25:00.001-06:00

Lightworkers! Your help is needed around the world tonight. Healing energies, loving thoughts, pink energy to calm emotions and ease transitions. To help with that, here's a Golden Healing Angel image channeled by Naomi Watts to help us focus and send a request / affirmation / prayer to the Divine and Archangels to help our little blue planet that's in so much turmoil tonight from the little humans all over her surface...

Raphael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Michael....

Watchers of the World,

Angels of the four winds and cardinal directions of Mother Earth

We ask for your help,
Which help is sorely needed tonight in many places around the Earth

To diffuse tense situations

Calm angry emotions

And help those transition who passed into the Spirit Realm so suddenly today

We ask that you send the excess energy from all of these situations

Deep into Mother Earth

Who can use them and transmute them

To help Her heal and become something positive

Something full of life and love and hope

And so it is, and so shall it be

Diffused and Transmuted

three by three....

When you think of the hot spots over the next few days, please direct your thoughts to this request to the Archangel Watchers and the Divine for transmutation of the energies. Our Light Being friends can't help until asked because of the whole free will, non-interference Universal Law experiment going on here on Mother Earth.

Namaste' Lightworker friends... and thank you.

This is a follow-up to our posting on 24 Feb 2013 about meteors & moldavite. I ran across a very interesting NOVA episode about it where a couple of scientists gathered all the video that was shot of the object (think about all those cell phones and dash cams), analyzed it, and managed to estimate the size and where it originated from. It came at us from the Sun side, so we literally never saw it coming.

According to NASA, the Siberian meteor exploded with the power of 30 Hiroshima bombs and was the larges object to burst in the atmosphere since the Tunguska event of 1908, also in Sibera.

Here's the link to view the episode online at PBS. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/earth/meteor-strike.html

Enjoy!

Doctorate of Divinity & ordination as an Interfaith Esoteric & Spiritual Lightworker Minister

2014-05-25T21:07:00.001-06:00

So I've been a bit absent here the last month or so and that's because there has been much going on in my life and little time to write about here to let you all know. :) Probably the biggest news is that, as many of you know, I've held ULC ministerial titles since 2003, but lately I'd been feeling a pull to do something a bit more --- so when I stumbled across the Esoteric Interfaith Seminary while doing some research for the next book (the one on the Divine Feminine), I took a closer look.

If you've read my first book, you know I have a major problem with most organized religions and prefer to refer to myself as spiritual or a seeker or even a Gnostic or green witch if pushed to hang a label on what I believe. Most of all, I am a purple sheep, a learner, and walking my own path on my own spiritual journey.

Anyway, the more I looked at them the more I liked what I saw. The pages I had stumbled across initially about Magdalene and the Divine Feminine also referred to Jeshua by his given name. So, after talking to the Senior Minister / Bishop there, I submitted my first book (Working with your Angels: Clearing and Blessing your Home) as my thesis, which was accepted for the DDiv degree. :)

This additional ordination and degree provides additional protection for my clients when I'm working with them, wherever they may be in the world and however we are working together, whether that is via e-mail, phone, Skype, or in person. All of our work together now falls under spiritual counseling, pastoral counseling, and ministerial counseling.

And yea, I can call myself "Rev. Dr." now just as soon as the paperwork arrives not to mention performing weddings / hand fastings, funerals, and rites of passage as needed in all 50 states. :)

in the Light until next time,

Traditional herbs in a bolus to treat your unmentionables ;> (how to)

2014-04-16T18:05:00.001-06:00

I thought I would share this since it's good for so very many things from a traditional herbal use perspective. It's a mixture of 8 herbs into a bolus for placement in those areas folks don't like to talk about. You can also make herbal douches and enemas from the same herbs if you'd prefer to treat that way instead of with the bolus, although the bolus treatment is stronger.

The information below is distilled from two different books: Cancer Salves by Ingrid Naiman and The Herbal Medicine Maker's Handbook by James Green. The Cancer Salves book is outstanding and well worth the price. If you hit it just right you may even be able to find a used copy on Amazon a bit cheaper.

These herbs and this particular bolus treatment has been traditionally used for conditions ranging from cervical cancer to prostate cancer to colo-rectal cancer, as well as conditions that are not quite so severe, including most gynecological ones (yeast infections, vaginitis, HPV treatment, etc.). Many of the herbs are antimicrobial --- antiviral and antibacterial --- while others are soothing and nourishing to the healthy tissue helping the body not only in the specific area but also in a systemic way as they are absorbed in your blood stream so it can fight off the attackers. (The mucus membranes in the areas where these are used are very thin so the blood is close by.) They stimulate the blood and lymph system to carry away toxins. Many of them are also mild laxatives to ensure those toxins are flushed from the body.

Most of these herbs are readily available, although some are easier to find in season. (The most expensive herb on this list is goldenseal. Buy the smallest quantity possible since we're only going to use a small amount.) My favorite place for purchasing organic herbs (because you do want organic for this use and most herbal uses) and associated supplies (including the cocoa butter or coconut oil) is Mountain Rose Herbs in Oregon. They safely pack everything by hand for shipping and you can be assured there are real herbalists on the other end if you ever have any questions. I also love their large bottles with corks that are made from recycled glass. My kitchen is full of them! If what you're looking for there isn't in stock or is out of season, then check on Amazon.com and you can usually find it. Make sure you include "organic" in the search term for the particular herb.

So, here's the recipe and instructions below.
(Note: If you are pregnant, do not attempt. Partridgeberry can cause miscarriages if taken in the first or second trimester. If you are on any prescription meds, talk with your doctor before trying this because the herbs may interact with the prescription drugs. Also be aware that the FDA only approves herbs as dietary supplements --- you know, the standard statement: The information provided is for informational purposes only. These statements have not been evaluation by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.)

Ingredients:

Partridgeberry (mitchella repens) --- Well known among American Indians, it was used mainly for female concerns, but also appears to have antiinflammatory properties as well as being astringent and having the ability to stop bleeding.
Yellow Dock Root --- antimicrobial, antibacterial, anticancer, anti tumor, and anti fungal. In the same family as sheep sorrel, one of the main "essiac" herbs. Blood & lymph cleanser. High in Vitamin C and iron.
Chickweed --- Rich in vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Strong anti-inflammatory and blood purifier.
Mullein Leaf --- Antibacterial, anti inflammatory, anti-spasmodic. Also mucilaginous and helps sooth the healthy tissue.
Marshmallow Root --- Anti inflammatory rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Stimulates the immune system. Also mucilaginous and helps sooth the healthy tissue.
Goldenseal Root --- Wild harvesting has put it on the endangered list, so buy it from reputable source. Commercial herb growers are growing it now to meet demand so the wild sources can come back. It has a long history of use among Eastern American Indians for everything from from eye washes to mixing it with bear grease to make an insect repellent. :) Antibacertial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antibiotic, and strengthens the immune system.

Slippery Elm Bark --- Mucilaginous and helps sooth the healthy tissue. Another herb also in the "essiac" herb formulation. High in antioxidants. Traditionally used by American Indians in slaves for healing wounds, boils, and skin inflammation. It was taken internally for coughs, sore throats, diarrhea, and stomach problems.
Comfrey Root (aka "knitbone"; optional) --- It makes cells grow faster so may want to omit it depending on what condition you're using it for specifically. It's also anti-inflammatory.
Cocoa butter or coconut oil --- nourishing to the healthy cells as well as provides a delivery method for the herbs.

Directions (cold process):

Powder the herbs if you couldn't purchase them powered.
The easiest way to do this is with a coffee grinder, just don't burn it out. Powder small amounts, starting with 1 Tablespoon. Some of the herbs are "poofy" (mullein leaf) while others (roots) can be very hard on the grinder. Pulse it in short bursts so you won't burn out the motor.
Mix equal parts of each herb once powdered.
Start with 1 Tablespoon each, which will give you 8 Tablespoons of herb to mix.
Add the cocoa butter or coconut oil and mix well.
You should have a sticky, gooey mass like Toll House Cookie dough if using cocoa butter and a very thick and stiff mix with coconut oil.
Form the bolus.
Use clean hands and make little "tootsie roll" forms about the size of your little finger. Place them on wax paper as you finish. You can either wrap them in plastic or aluminum foil when done.
Use 1 at night at bedtime.
Folks use it differently, but the general agreement seems to be daily for 5 to 7 days. Use a pantiliner to catch any discharge. Others have used it every other day and some others more infrequently when in maintenance mode or preventative mode. Some don't have a discharge, which just means the body needed and absorbed everything in the bolus --- herbs, oils, and butters.

Tips!

Cocoa butter can be hard to work with if you melt it, add the herbs, pour into a form then cool. Once it's above a certain temperature it melts at a lower than body temperature. That's why we've given directions above for making it using a cold process --- the simplest way possible. If you prefer to melt the carrier, add the herbs, and pour into a form, please use coconut oil instead as the carrier.

Angelic assistance during regression therapy --- change your life in 3 intense sessions & 6 weeks

2014-04-05T15:56:00.003-06:00

As you may know, I see clients who want to explore past / other lives (regression therapy) and what dawned on me today is that during those sessions we not only explore those lives but we do it in a very unique, safe, healing way with our higher selves called in / plugged in, with the angels and the circle of light, and with whatever ascended masters and teachers we intuit to invite in well. Most traditional hypnotists / hypnotherapists do not work this way, but you will find many spiritual healers, energy medicine practitioners, preachers, energy therapists and transpersonal therapists work this way. The Archangels nearly always present in these sessions include Raphael, Haniel, Ariel, Michael, and Gabriel. Ascended Masters that usually sit in include Jesus / Jeshua, Kwan Yin, St. Francis, St. Germaine, and others depending on your own personal spiritual beliefs will pop in as well.

Major Healing
These sessions often become a major healing for the person working with. Areas and issues that may have come up for them during other modalities and other therapies during their personal growth that may not have been fully understood or fully experienced become both fully understood and fully experienced during our work together, and this experience happens in a very safe manner so that if you don't want to completely "feel" that experience we're examining, if you don't have to. I use techniques so that you are safe and comfortable at all times and we would never force you to face something you're not ready to experience.

3 Sessions over 6 weeks (or less)
A series of three sessions seems to work well whether you're an old hand at meditation and focused concentration, or whether you're new to it all and have never experienced it before. The first session is usually pretty light but can touch on areas that need further investigation. That's what happens in the second session and that session is usually the one that will give you what you need at this particular time for wherever you are in your life at this time. The third session is always a surprise but will be what is needed at the time. This may involve a healing for you, your loved ones, it might be deepening that understanding received in the second session, it might be resolving some unresolved issues. I never know what it will be, but it will be just as powerful.

This type of work is very intense and each session lasts a full 2 hours (Not just "clinical hours," which are usually 45-50 min; this is a full 120 min.) and is best done in person. Lighter work is fine to do by phone and in Skype, but this type of intenseness is just better held with both in the same physical room surrounded by the Circle of Light with the energies held together. Not only does it seem to sit better, but I can also see and feel what's going on with you better and hold a hand or touch your shoulder if as we experience it together. You're not alone during this intense work.

I have done some intense work on myself by phone (soul fragment retrieval with me on the client / receiving end) where the session was only 1 hour and afterwards I still felt... not quite done? Certainly not grounded and certainly still doing some major processing around the whole thing. In fact, I continued to process for an entire week and it's a good thing I had pre-arranged to take that following week off before hand.

Because these sessions are so intense and so healing and so long (2 hours each), scheduling them every other week instead of every week works for many because it gives them time to process in between sessions. So, over a 6 week period we can accomplish some major work for your own growth, for clearing any blocks you may have run into, for understanding what your own work has brought to the surface, for even understanding what your dreams and meditations have been trying to tell you. This is often the first place deep-seated issues will surface.

Qualifications for this Work
Wondering who I am to be able to help guide you through this? You know parts of it if you've read the first book and other parts of it from the blog here and the over at Luna Wellness. Many would call me a "real" person, because I tend to be very grounded and came from "real" people --- farm girl, remember, from generations of farmers, coal miners, and nurses. ;>).

The therapies I use to guide you are therapies I used in my own healing at various points in my life. I have been on both sides of the couch, like most healers and therapists. Many American Indian's have a saying: You cannot truly know a thing until you have experienced it for yourself. That points out a big difference between "book learning" and first-hand experience. Some would call that the difference between theory and practice and often those differences are major.

Since many folks find comfort is seeing the credentials, here's the list of I've accumulated since 2002. I've tried to group them by areas. I've been practicing energy medicine since 2002, hypnotherapy since 2003, and held ULC ordination since 2003.

Past Life Healer (Doreen Virtue)
Advanced Counseling for hypnotherapists

Karuna Healing Master Teacher (Center for Wholistic Health)
Usui Reiki Master Teacher (Center for Wholistic Health)
Integrated Energy Therapy Advanced Practitioner (Center of Being)
IET is a form of cellular release therapy closely connected to angels, especially Archangel Ariel.
Reconnective Energy (hands activated during a reconnection)

Spiritual Counselor & Soul Therapist (Universal Life Church*)
Doctor of Metaphysics (ULC)
Ordained Minister (ULC)
* ULC is non-denominational and believes we are all children from the same universe and looks to change the negative perceptions of religion, faith, and spirituality by encouraging all to take control and speak their truth, whatever that truth may be. All beliefs are honored here. Christian, Jew, Gentile, Agnostic, Gnostic, Atheist, Buddhist, Shinto, Pagan, Wiccan, Druid, etc., and even those who are anti-religious are welcome. It is not unusual for old souls to have many, many issues with religion to work out since many old souls have had past lives as nuns, monks, priests, preachers and teachers of various sorts. Many were burned as "witches" or "sorcerers" down through the ages. Those old souls - YOU if you are still reading here - held the higher energies for Mother Earth, anchoring them in during those dark times and are truly today's Lightworkers. Welcome Back and I am honored to be working with you again! :)

Clinical Hypnotherapist (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners)
Forensic Hypnosist (National Guild of Hypnotists)
Certified Hypnotherapist (National Guild of Hypnotists)
Registered Psychotherapist (NLC#8036) with the state of Colorado.Required for hypnotists / hypnotherapists in Colorado. Colorado is one of the few states that closely regulates its hypnotists / hypnotherapists. California is another.

Additional training and certs in various hypnotherapy areas, including rapid inductions, diabetes, smoking cessation, transformation and transpersonal. In fact, by looking at this list you could say I've been practicing energy psychotherapy and transpersonal psychotherapy since before it was cool. ;>

Where & When
If you're ever in the Denver area and want to schedule your series of 3 sessions for some very deep and intense work, shoot me an e-mail and I'll get you scheduled.

Word from some of my super-sensitive friends is that starting this summer (2014), the Denver area will be inundated with folks looking for regression therapy to explore past lives. :)

This area is home to many wonderful, old souls who are drawn to the energy here and all up and down the Rocky Mountain West region --- it holds the heart energy for the country, the freedom of the wide open spaces, and what is left of the Old West.

Come to Denver and heal your heart, touch the angels, and reconnect with yourself and your intuition. You'll take it all home with you.
