if we consider our thoughts, we won't miss a glimpse of how it's really just artificial ideas that we plant in our heads. this is how we strive to feel secure, how we should always be rational to do things we need to do and the need to do it right to minimize destruction as much as possible.

it is not possible.

sometimes, doing wrong could only make space for the right. a solution to all our scantiness might just emerge if we take the wrong step. that needed wrong move could very well be a move worth taking.

owh, i almost forgot. lets talk about my jewel, arissa. she's almost 8 months old now. and if there is anyone outside there telling you that time flies without us realizing, well.. just believe that guy. its true [haha]. i am truly amazed how 'big' she is now. and yes, time does flies - fastly - very very fastly.

arissa dah pandai ape? come, let me tell you, every single thing okay.

'bergelak ketawa' [oh, sudah semestinya. pantang ada yang menegur.]

'menjerit sesuka hati' [pastinya arissa dah tau, dia hanya perlu menjerit, dan segalanya dimakbulkan]

'berdiri' [yep, tapi dengan kedua tangannya dipegang oleh mereka yang lebih dewasa]

'duduk' [ha, yang ni memang dia pandai. dan tidak perlu dipegang sesiapa]

the dust is now my bed, embracing and covering

the sand surrounds and engulfing from all directions

and the tomb recounts the story of the darkness of the calamity

and the light has destined that my pleasure is in meeting Allah

where is the kindness of kin?

where are the scores of friends?

where is the bliss of money?

where are the glory of fame and compliments?

the beloved bade farewell to his love and cried my elegy

the tears flow dried out after crying

the vast universe shrank narrowing my space

and the tomb becomes both my ground and sky

fear overwhelms my estrangement

and sadness is my ailment

praying for steadfastness which i swear - is my remedy

sincerely supplicating to the Lord: You are my hope

hoping for heaven - where my bliss shall be attained

its february. although the new mentri besar had sworned in and the new excos are due on tuesday, this will surely be remembered for a long time. there has been too much talks on what is right and what is wrong, what ought to be done and what ought not to be done. am i going to care? do i look like i care?

as fast as the ligtning strikes, thats how fast our life goes on. day in, day out, and you realize that everything surrounds you have now changed into something/someone you could barely recognize. oh please don't change. i miss those days, those smells, those faces.

i remember an oldfolk who says [truth: i read it in a novel tho~] "the longer you are with someone, the more you don't know about him/her". in most days, i couldn't help myself but to tell its such a blatant lie. but, in days when i choose to look upon the world deeper than my barenaked eyes, well, i guess that oldfolk is damn right.

talking about arissa, yep. Diang Nur Arissa. arissa is a lovely jewel in our life and she has now turns into one gorgeous and oh-i-love-that-smell baby. ultimately rare and unpolished, she will definitely be into someone great in life. Amen.

and its arissa again. below are things she's good at right now, apart from "menangis", "muntah", "berak" and "kencing": -

this is a journey called life. and its not always colorful and full of rainbows. there will be times when the rain pours and the lightning strikes. there will be times when the leaves drop and the water runs dry. its full of laughters and tears.

the moment finally arrives to mark the journey’s re-definition, new perspectives of looking at things, new ways of accepting those unwarranted, new methods of unraveling the true meaning of life.

as we hold our hands tight and close to our hearts, we submit, we pray and we hope , that all things come from the sky within and the earth beneath, are those, that will make us more thankful and closer to Him.
