In celebration of our new vlogging series we are holding a contest to get feedback on what we can do to make this new part of our site more fun and interactive.

How to enter

Visit the Advice Panel Video page at LuvemOrLeavem.com by clicking here or clicking on one of the titles in the side bar widget.
Email us your suggestions for the video page.
The first person to email us a suggestion that we end up using is the winner!

Prize

Choice of $50 US to your paypal account or a $50 Amazon gift card.

Open to All

Unlike our previous contests, you do not have to be a U.S. resident to win. If you are outside the US then only the Paypal prize will be awarded.

Hints- Here are some hints about what we're working on for the video page to get you started.

Do we need a text post explaining the videos and topic or are the videos enough?
How can we be more interactive? (poll questions, surveys, etc be specific)

Celebrity Dilemma- Send us your Celebrity Dilemmas using the contest form and be entered to win a $10 Amazon gift card. In addition, you will receive a "shout- out" for your submission, so please be sure to fill out the section on how you would like to credited- name, company, website, etc. Celebrities can be actors, models, musicians, politicians or other visible personality that has been in the news.

New Contest Asks for Your Suggestions

We've given away mugs in the past, but now that we have such a large batch of new users we're going to do it again so that everyone has a chance to win one of our two-sided Luvem Or Leavem mugs.

The contest is very simple. Just send us your suggestions for either the LuvemOrLeavem site or the blog and you're automatically entered to win a mug.

You can either use the contest form at the top of the sidebar, or the email link for AdviceMaven located beneath the LuvemOrLeavem site links. Our readers inspired us to have this contest because they have been so instrumental in helping us in our site redesign with their wonderful suggestions. The new look for the main site will debut by the end of January.

The grand prize winner with nods from two of our judges was Mike. Right behind him was Matt who received a nod from our third judge and was considered the front runner by our visitors until Mike appeared on the scene.

Either way, we say that both these guys sure know how to have fun and we're still a little bit surprised that the ladies let the guys totally dominate the contest. Will Cindy Lauper have to start singing GUYS Just Wanna Have Fun?

What type of videos can I send?
The video can be taken on a webcam, camcorder or cell phone. We can accept most video formats. If you're not sure, send it to us and we'll let you know if there's a problem.

Do I have to sing the whole song?
You can sing the whole song or just sing the chorus. It's up to you.

How will you judge the videos?
The Divorce Party is all about celebrating a new start, so the main thing our judges will be looking for is that your video expresses fun.

The team of judges will include The Party Goddess, Marley Majcher, Amber Scott, editor Capessa.com and Valarie Moody of Fodeo Video.

How do I submit my video?
Use the contest entry box on the sidebar. You have the option of attaching a file of your video to your entry or posting your video on a video sharing site like YouTube or Google video and including the URL where we can view the video.

"I am not a good one to ask for dating advice, cause I'm not to good at it myself but here goes! I recently bought a new house that needs a little TLC so I have been spending alot of time at Home Depot and Lowe's lately. I've noticed that there are alot of guys that shop there or work there. I am not a handy woman so therefore, I find I need to ask alot of questions, like what door locks are best and what do I need to buy to make my kitchen countertop shiney again. I've also discovered that they put alot of the things I need to buy on shelves too high for me to reach, so I need to find a nice tall man to reach it for me. Just make sure you look for that little gold ring on the left hand or the white ring around that finger where the ring should be and avoid that man like the plague! So there you have it! I suggest you go shopping at a hardware store for your next date!"
