Black Children When They Go Missing.

Why don't the media cover stories about "Black Folk" when they go missing. Is it because of the community where they come from. A commumity plauged by violence and a self destructive mind set.What first comes to your mind when you think about the "Black Commumity".A neighborhood riddled with crack cocaine, and armed robberies, or gang violence,.Who is to blame for the ills that are in the so called ghetto.Ills mostly associated with money.Is it the "Parents Fault" who they kids are and who they grow up to be.Is it this so called lack of attention to their kids that trickles down to the media when it comes covering stories concerning the abduction or disapperance of a "Black Child Or Adult" compared to those Individuals who come from a so called "White Community" a community looked at as from the outside looking in as privledged.Are white schools really better than those in the hood or is it the fact that these children actually want to learn so resources will reach those who will not destroy the materials set forth to learn.A good example of this are the schools that have been spotlighted in the media as "Success Stories In The Black Community" schools that where failing until someone stepped up and made the neccessary changes to insure these children do well in school.These are the institutions that get the proper learning tools as well as they are talked about and focused on in that article.Is it the notion that since you don't care about your children then why should we attitude that gives white kids more coverage then black kids when it comes to media expousre when they have disappeared.

Do you have a "MF@#king" College Degree.When you open up the "Classified Section" of the newspaper.What jobs do you see.I know when I open the classifieds all I see is jobs for those with college degrees.Sure I know about "Employment Agencies" but those jobs are drying up fast.Fast Food Restuarants are cool jobs but are only paying the bills if your renting a room or living with your "Parents" in all honesty.Outside of an "Office Job" "Factory Work" I see is the only jobs that could pay a mortgage.Even with factory work you need a G.E.D. or better,so where are the MF@#king Jobs at.

     Water cooler gossip,in office jealousy,corporate thugging.The commonality of the situations is that they lower company moral.How many times has a coworker foolishness thrown your work day off.
The problem that many jobs have is that some associates inside the compay lack the know how to climb the "Corporate Ladder"These actions lead to why there is a Human Relations Department at a business.

In a world where lol and ttyl have importance.A need to better understand the dialouge of "Text Language" would be necessary.

How many times directly or in passing have you heard "What Does lol Mean"
For those uninformed lol is text language for "Laughing Out Loud"

Text Launguage is a physical break down of phrases in conversational dialouge,but to understand all the definitions of such words like bff & hbu you have to have some sort of knowledge of how conversational dialouge is broken into abbreviated form.

Text form language is created by taking popular to not so popular phrases or statement in conversational dialogue like "Talk To You Later" & "Best Friends Forever"
and breaking them down to quick form by substituting the individual terms in phrase with the first letter of each term.

So the next time you get a text msg and you see a phrase like cdfu and are confused as to the definition you could generalize the conversation and figure the word out or you could simply ask the person who texted you wdyjs.

As a kid I learned at an early age how I would provide for myself financially.A lecture by my second grade teacher provided a back drop for my career at present.He explained to his classs how one could go to school,graduate college,and find a job in their field and live a decent middle class life, he also added that immigrants come to the "United States" from a different country having as little as a 4th grade education start running their own business and become wealthy.Choosing my career became easy at that point.I went after wealth.

When it comes to jobs,knowing what you want,getting the know how to do the job,finally applying and getting the job.Is easier then it sounds a lot of technical colleges partner with corporations,so upon graduation a qualified graduate will already have apprenticed at a company and have a 98% chance of getting hired once they have graduated.

Growing up what kids has this drive to go to school for an education to get a job.
Flash,Woman, & The Look Of Getting That Bread is what leads most to the fast life of drug dealing without really knowing the ramifications of these actions.School often thrown away.

If employment looked as flashy as a drug dealing.Jails and cemetaries my be less crowded then they are today.
