I had a blast yesterday. Me and my son went shopping and found a lot of goodies. Got more accessories as usual and of course cute clothes. But what’s funny is i didn’t even realized that all the clothes that i got are all gray! how crazy is that? hahhaha. Oh well i still love ‘em. Gray color is kinda perfect for winter anyway. My son is just so adorable (love my own). He entertained lots of people at the mall yesterday especially those 2 lady’s that doesn’t want to leave and wants to take Josh with them hehehe. He showed them how he plays iron man, how to write ABC’s (through iPhone). And before they leave he give them a flying kiss and wave and said babyeee, take care. They were so amazed and surprised after they saw josh using my iPhone and knows ABC’s at the age of 2. Such a sweet baby.. love you my lil prince.. Well that’s all for now friends.. til next time. I have to pack our stuff now coz we’re going to Colorado tomorrow and Hawaii on sunday.. Have a good one dolls… Stay fabulous…

How to achieve and maintain a healthy head of beautiful hair.

Three main things are needed for a good-looking head of hair -haute hair- good health, the right attention to cleanliness, and caution when using cosmetic treatments.

1. Adequate Diet

Hair growth depends on an adequate diet. A widespread diet problem which causes loss of hair is iron deficiency Anaemia. The cause is too little iron in blood, brought on by a diet containing too little meat, eggs, cereals or peas and beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also needed to provide vitamin C, which enables the body to absorb iron.

2. Cutting the hair

Although cutting the hair is not essential to its well-being, it is easier to keep the scalp clean if the hair is kept reasonably short. Regular cutting does not make the hair grow strong or faster.

3. How hair can be damaged

Although scalp hair is hardy, and can withstand a lot of abuse, it can be damaged by too much or inexpertly applied perming, dyeing -Blonde to Brunette, bleaching and massage. The amount of beautying the hair can take varies from person to person. Occasionally the scalp is allergic to the dye and becomes inflamed and swollen. To prevent this occuring, the dye should be tested by applying it to a small area on the arm. If a patch of inflammation has developed, the dye must not be used on the hair.

Most people who bleach their hair do so with hydrogen peroxide. If the peroxide is repeatedly applied, it may make the hair brittle. If this happens the hair may turn rough, develop split ends, or become thinned or shortened.

It’s all too much for me right now. There’s too much pressure. I have TONNES of work, and I’ve been doing it all day but cause I’m stressed i haven’t finished it. There’s too much pressure for it to be perfect, and i know i just isn’t! It needs to be perfect? how do i calm down? Also cause I’ve been stressed I’ve eaten so much crap and just keep having thoughts of me going to the toilet and throwing it all back up, because i don’t deserve the food i haven’t done my work,.. SIGH

Last friday i got my stuff for my hawaii trip and OMG-DOUBLE-H-K-P it’s so effing sexy and girly is what i called.. I got the guess bikini, guess flip flops, sun hat, sun glasses, cover ups, some accessories, and some formal dress to wear for going out like dinner. I’m so anxious for this trip can’t hardly wait.

What happen to me lately? well, i have been under a lot of stress lately. We have to move back to Colorado this coming January. Business issue is the reason and there’s nothing that we can do if we want this to work out. I’m going to miss AZ especially our lovely home, our lovely subdivision. But the good thing is we’ll still keep the house so that means we’re not staying in CO for good. We’ll gonna come back here maybe after 3 or 4 years. (SIGH) I’ll be in cold and snowy place again.. hate hate hate but oh well… And another problem is I’m going to Philippines this coming April and i booked a ticket already from AZ to Hawaii to Manila. If we’ll move to CO i guess i have to fly back here in AZ for this trip.(SIGH) too much conflict situations going on right now.

P.S – I’m going to take my road test this coming Friday to get a driver’s license. Good luck for me..

This is my first boyfriend blazer. Pricey but worth it!

Here’s my “look of the day” yesterday.

So today i wanted to tell you guys about the foundation that i have been using for about the past 2 weeks and it is the Revlon PhotoReady foundation. What i love about this foundation is, it doesn’t smell bad,its very easy to blend, it is not as thick as a Revlon Colorstay, and the best part is the pump. So much more sanitary. Revlon photoready foundation has medium to full coverage. It is definitely build able coverage without looking cakey. It is very light weight when you put it on. But I’m sad to say that, it makes me break out uncontrollably.I really, really want to stay with this product. And I have, despite the problems, but my face just continued to get worse. In the end, I told myself to break up with PhotoReady and move on. So I did. The shimmers on my face aren’t something I really mind (in fact, something I like about the way it transfers onto my skin) but I do think it was this shimmers that clogged my pores. Totally not the one for me!.
