He had a massive towel on it when we arrived and by the time we finally got down to his foot, there was barely a scratch, he had clipped a tiny bit of skin at the side of his nail which had bled slightly initially, his wife had seen the blood, panicked and called 999 but by the time we arrived about 4mins later it had stopped and there wasn't much to see at all. We put a plaster on it and gave words of advice regarding applying pressure and elevation to try to stop any bleeding before grabbing the phone and calling an ambulance!
