                                <description><![CDATA[<b>CANCELLED:</b>  TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ON US-212, LOCATED 1 MILE FROM THE MT/WY STATE LINE ON THE WYOMING SIDE AT MILEPOST 45<br /><br />AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING A DISTRIBUTOR TRUCK OCCURRED THIS MORNING ON THE WYOMING SIDE OF THE BEARTOOTH NEAR THE WEST SUMMIT AND FROZEN LAKE.  TACK OIL WAS SPILLED AND DEQ IS COMING TO THE SCENE.  AN OIL ABSORBENT MATERIAL IS BEING PUT ON THE SPILL.  THE ROAD HAS ALSO BEEN CLOSED ON THE WYOMING SIDE AT THE ACCIDENT SITE ON THE EAST SIDE AND ONE MILE FROM THE MT/WY STATE LINE ON THE WEST SIDE.  FLAGGERS ARE POSTED TO ADVISE TRAVELERS THE ROAD IS CLOSED.  THE ROAD IS ESTIMATED TO BE REOPENED AT 2:00 PM.
