<description>Just wanted to say that Mary's del.icio.us EBM site is a fabulous source for EMB information and links! Check it out and link liberally.
Once you learn how to use it, which is simple, del.icio.us is a useful tool. The hardest part is typing the site name. Thanks to Bryan Vogh for turning us on to it at the 2006 annual meeting's Tech Forum.

		<description>Meeting Stipends: $2,000 Available!
It's also not too early to start thinking about applying for one of the four $500 meeting stipends that are available from the Midwest Chapter for the 2008 conference.
Members who are library science students or who have graduated within the past year are encouraged to apply for the two Annual Meeting Scholarships. Members who have one year of professional library experience but have never attended a Chapter meeting are encouraged to apply for the two Professional Development Awards.
Check out the Chapter's "Awards" Web page (http://midwestmla.org/committees/awards/) for complete application information.

<description>Great questions, Chris. Meredith Farkas blogged today that ALA was using web 2.0 technology as window dressing while conducting business as usual. MLA cannot afford to do the same.
