It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.</p> </blockquote>  <p>Position Purpose: </p>  <blockquote>   <p>In partnership with Recruiters, this position is instrumental in ensuring the quality of the candidate experience throughout the hiring process for both full-time and intern positions. </p>    <p>You will research viable sourcing options, post positions externally and pre-screen candidates, as necessary. You will coordinate the recruiting process in a fast-paced, changing environment, providing effective communication and coordination with external candidates, internal employees, hiring managers and interview teams. You will organize and post job requisitions into our applicant tracking system; post to external job websites as requested by the recruiter. </p> </blockquote> <p>  <blockquote>   <p>This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining candidate information using the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, making travel arrangements as necessary, scheduling candidate feedback sessions and processing invoices. </p>    <p>This position administers and coordinates the pre-employment drug screening and background investigation processes and has accountability to oversee timely new employee on boarding paperwork and processes (e.g., offer letters, I-9s).</p> </blockquote>  <p>Required (Basic) Experience &amp; Education: </p>  <blockquote>   <p>Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent work experience.</p>    <p>Must have at least 3 years of experience in a coordination role within a business environment. Preferably in a staffing or human resources administrative support role.
