&lt;h2&gt;
Ingrédient du Salade Chinoise aux Crevettes&lt;/h2&gt;
- 1 Sachet de vermicelle chinois 100g
- 1/4 de Chou blanc râpé
- 1/2 Carotte râpé
- 1/2 boite de grains de mais en conserve 70g
- 1/2 boite de germes de soja en conserve 100g
- 250g de crevettes cuites à l'eau et décortiquées&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
Ingrédient de la sauce du Salade Chinoise aux Crevettes&lt;/h2&gt;
- 1 c.à.s de moutarde
- 1 c.à.s de vinaigre
- du sel et du poivre
- 1 petit verre d'huile
- 3 c.à.s de lait
- 1 c.à.s de sauce de soja
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
Ingredient de Décoration du Salade Chinoise aux Crevettes&lt;/h2&gt;
- Crevettes cuites à l'eau et décortiquées
  - 50g d’amandes pochées mondées frites et concassées

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
Préparation du Salade Chinoise aux Crevettes&lt;/h2&gt;
Dans un récipient faire ramollir le vermicelle dans de l'eau chaude l’égoutter et le découper;
Pour la Sauce du Salade Chinoise aux Crevettes dans un récipient mélanger au fouet la moutarde l'huile le vinaigre le sel et le poivre .ajouter le lait et la sauce de soja et fouetter a nouveau jusqu’à ce que le mélange devient homogène.
Dans un saladier mettre le chou blanc râpé la carotte râpé le mais les germes de soja les crevettes et le vermicelle chinois.
Après on mélange légèrement avec la moitié de la sauce déjà préparée et on finit par la décoration du salade par les crevettes et les amandes réservé pour la décoration
