The Shaping the Future Web site has recently been updated. Messages from Provost Wilcox regarding student support services, student health services and ongoing academic planning can be found on the Communications to campus page. Also on that page, you will find a memo regarding center reviews from J. Ian Gray, vice president for Research and Graduate Studies.

Links to schedules for meetings of the University Committee on Academic Policy and the University Graduate Council can now be found on the home page. Also on the home page, links to administrative and operational changes have been added including Recommended changes and College operational and administrative efficiencies.

Under Recommended discontinuations, links to rationales regarding the proposed recommendations can now be found.

Information will continue to be added to the site as it becomes available.

The Shaping the Future Web site has recently been updated. An important message from Provost Wilcox regarding the first phase of reshaping the university has been added to the main page. In addition, the Power Point presentation the provost presented to the MSU Board of Trustees on Oct. 30 has been added in PDF format to the Presentations and other resources page. On that page are two additional updates, a Material Waste Report and the President’s Progress Report on Energy Conservation.

Under Planning initiatives, you will find a new chart that has clickable links to information from that category. Currently, the Energy Conservation and Sustainability section and the Academic Program Planning section provide linked content. Others will be added as more information becomes available.

The Shaping the Future Web site has recently been updated. A message from CANR Dean Jeffrey Armstrong to stakeholders has been added to the Communications to campus page. In addition, a Daniel Howes’ column from the Detroit News and an editorial from the Grand Rapids Press have been added to a new category, Related Material.
