We have finished our upgrade of PowerSchool and have re-opened the parent portal for the Middle School and High School students and parents/guardians. We are diligently working to re-open the parent portal for the Elementary students and parents/guardians and will send out a notice once we do. Monroe Township Public Schools is excited to unveil a web-based system that will help to connect parents, teachers, and administrators around the activities of the classroom. This system, called the OnCourse Lesson Planner, will help teachers to develop and collaborate on their daily lesson plans and align them to the most current national standards. In addition to lesson plans, teachers will also use this system to create a Classroom Website, and make homework assignments accessible through the Homework Portal. Wreaths for Remembrance

On December 11th, 2010 the People for People Foundation of Gloucester County was able to lay 1100 "Wreaths of Remembrance" on every gravesite at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Monroe Twp. For 2011 our goal is to purchase 2000 wreaths to honor all buried at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery and surrounding cemeteries as well as the cemetery at the Veteran's Home in Vineland, but once again we need your help. Please help us honor our Veterans and make "Wreaths of Remembrance" an annual Gloucester County tradition for all future generations. Click this article for more information.
